Chapter 7: 7
Adivaris suddenly appeared in front of her and pierced
her with a turquoise look, sitting down next to her on the bed.
"To spite me, entangled with Denris?"
"You wanted me to sleep with other men!"
"Why with him?" His voice was angry. "What attracted you
to him?"
"We have always been friends during long travel in space,
and here is such an opportunity to get closer even more. He
became very handsome and youthful."
"Isn't Palien attractive? He would take you to the world of
fire and give you magic, but you are very stubborn and refuse
his love."
"He didn't offer me love at all," Onelia exclaimed,
wrapping herself more tightly in the veil. "He demanded that
I give myself to him, and you… impose your brother and
friends on me. I can't take it normally, because I don't
understand your point of view."
"I take care of you, giving you the very best opportunities
to acquire your abilities."
"Wondering why your ex-wife stopped loving you? You
pushed her around! Manipulator!"
The stellate pupils of his eyes dilated, crowding out the
iris.
"How difficult it is to explain to all of you that personally I
don't need it at all!" Adivaris spat angrily, glaring at her.
He suddenly pulled the veil off her and lifted her from the
bed.
"Do not run away from me anymore, and do not dare to
share a bed with any of the Radiance ones," he demanded,
squeezing Onelia in his strong hands. "Denris is not your
TOY!"
For the first time, he dug into her lips and a sharp pain
pierced her body. Unable to say a word, the paralyzed Onelia
looked with horror into the eyes of her jealous husband, who
murmured:
"Sorry! I did not want…"
She went limp in his arms, unconscious.

They hurried down the street shoulder to shoulder
towards the royal tower.
"Are you crazy?" Gedeon asked Denris brusquely, who
was covered up to his head in a thick cloak, looking around
uneasily.
The passing by Syrinxes, noticing two charming Lamories
walking around the city, did not hide their sympathy and
greeted them with a cordial smiles.
"Why do you twist love with Onelia?" Gedeon whispered
irritably to the Queen's favourite. "I was taken aback when I
saw her in your bed! You have got a merciless enemy with
your rash act."
"What did I do?" Denris murmured fearfully. "Cheating are
not allowed?"
"Yes! Allowed! The Supreme Archon who said so, but I
have never met anyone more jealous than him. I'll give you
some friendly advice: don't go near his wife again if you want
to live without problems."
"And what will he do with me if I am immortal?"
"He is a psycho and if you piss him off again, you will
forget forever who you are. Do you know how sad it is to wake
up one day without any memories? It happened to me and it
was all because of him."
"Did you sleep with his wife?"
"Ex-wife! Luanlia…"
"And… where is she now?"
"Married again with two vampires, but not with me…
sadly! She is my first love!"
Denris decided to look around when he heard someone
say his name, and met the blazing gaze of one huge winged
one following him.
"Denris, let me talk to you," the unknown voice sounded
distinctly in the prince's head, "My name is Liorif."
"How does he know about me?" Denris whispered to the
young royal in a daze. "What does he want from me?"
"Do not turn around!" Gedeon replied angrily and grabbed
his shoulder. "You can't look an ancient vampire in the eye.
This yellow-eyed clairvoyant seems to have fallen in love with
you. Nightmares are guaranteed for you."
"What kind of nonsense? Fell in love? Where did you get
this from? I don't want to talk to him at all," the prince
muttered excitedly.
