All Hokage in The Chat Group

Chapter 214: Chapter 214

When discussing the previous reward rankings, no one knew who had amassed the most treasures. Expectations and questions were swirling among the crowd. This time, however, the rankings would be based solely on the degree of effort used while doing the mission.

Everyone agreed that Ryan would undoubtedly take first place, and no one was surprised. After all, he was one of the first members of the chat group and the Hokage who had previously secured the most first-place finishes. His strength was well-known, and during numerous support missions, Ryan consistently demonstrated his overwhelming power.

While everyone felt confident, they also understood that in terms of actual strength, Ryan was undeniably among the strongest.

As the conversation continued, the chat group delivered new hints.

[Next, announce the opponent for the biggest battle!]

Upon hearing this prompt, everyone fell silent. They were eager to learn about Ryan's defeated opponents, curious about the value of beating such formidable foes.

[Ryan's opponents: Saitama, Boros! Total value: 1.2 million points!]

"Ah?? No, are you serious?!" Naruto's jaw dropped, his blue eyes widening as he tried to wrap his head around the number. "1.2 million points? That's insane! I mean, who's racking up that kinda score?"

Hashirama laughed heartily, clapping Naruto on the shoulder. "Crazy, isn't it? I thought my strength was pretty legendary, but this... his opponents were something else too."

Madara's eyes narrowed, a smirk tugging at his lips as he folded his arms. "A name for himself?" he scoffed. "If he's pulling in that many points, he's more than a mere legend. Only true power can earn that much." He shot Hashirama a look, the familiar gleam of rivalry sparking in his gaze. "I wonder, Can we keep up with someone like that, Hashirama?"

After hearing that Ryan had achieved such a staggering point total of 1.2 million, the room fell into stunned silence. As the chat filled with disbelief, voices echoing in shock, Sasuke raised an eyebrow, his usual stoic expression only slightly cracked by surprise. "1.2 million points…?" he muttered, his tone more intrigued than astonished. "Those must've been quite the opponents," he added coolly, though there was a clear hint of respect in his voice.

Tsunade, on the other hand, scoffed and crossed her arms with a smirk, her sharp gaze fixed on Ryan. "You've gone and outdone yourself this time," she said, half-amused, half-impressed. "Just two fights, and you rack up that many points? Talk about overkill."

Sasuke gave a slight nod, eyes narrowed in calculation. "Shows us the kind of scale we'll be up against," he remarked, his voice steely. "But it's not unbeatable."

Tsunade laughed, giving him a sideways glance. "Good attitude, Sasuke. Guess it's about time we aim to raise our scores."

Everyone remembered how Ryan's last total had crested the million mark. But now, without any extra bonuses, just for landing first place, his score had jumped to an unprecedented 1.2 million! They exchanged glances, wondering if they'd ever have a chance to catch up at this rate.

Noticing their reactions, Ryan gave a slight grin, holding up his hands to get everyone's attention. "Whoa, don't be too shocked. If you've noticed, each time we've tallied the points, the scores have been going up. So maybe one day, you'll see your points hit over a million, too."

The crowd murmured, the disbelief turning to a cautious optimism.

Ryan shrugged with a chuckle. "So, maybe don't let my score surprise you too much—seems like things are only getting crazier from here on out!"

Realizing this, they all felt a renewed fire, the excitement of future battles spurring them on.

As everyone was left astounded, the chat group chimed in with a new reminder:

[Boros Value: 200,000 points]

[Saitama Value: 1,000,000 points!]

Upon seeing the individual point values of the two, everyone was left dumbfounded. It was too exaggerated! Saitama hailed as one of the strongest beings in the world of One Punch Man, was worth a staggering one million points!

What did this even mean? In other words, collecting technology and materials from nearly half the world might yield such a point total!

It's obvious how powerful Saitama is—yet Ryan can defeat him with ease. The only way to describe his strength? Unmatched.

As for Ryan's other opponent, Boros, while he is certainly formidable, his strength isn't as exaggerated as Saitama's. With a score of 200,000 points, Boros represents an unprecedentedly high number. In the previous world, there has never been an opponent worthy of such a score.

However, the significance of this number depends on who you compare it with. In light of Saitama's staggering score of one million points, Boros's 200,000 points seem quite approachable. Consequently, everyone's reaction to this point total wasn't as shocking.

As they exchanged glances, Hashirama and Madara couldn't help but reflect on Ryan's fight with Saitama and their skirmish with Boros.

Hashirama nodded emphatically, saying, "Very reasonable, Madara! Saitama and Boros aren't opponents to take lightly. Even both of us couldn't defeat Boros."

Madara smirked, arms crossed. "Agreed, Hashirama. But I think Boros's score falls short. A mere two hundred thousand points doesn't do him justice."

Hashirama tilted his head thoughtfully. "Exactly! With how much of a fight he put up, I'd say he's worth at least half a million points!"

Madara's eyes gleamed. "Now that's more fitting. A true warrior deserves a score that matches his strength."

Their reasoning was simple. While Ryan was battling his opponents, they had been observing the fight closely, and they had even fought Boros themselves. Although they had been engaged in battle at the time, they could see his strength on display.

The strength demonstrated by the other party was straightforward and unpretentious. However, that kind of intensity was overwhelming, leaving both of them feeling somewhat suffocated and even at a loss. They began to think that if Boros fought seriously, they might not stand a chance against him.

Given this, the higher Boros's score, the better it would be for them—it would provide them with a bit of face-saving. Yet, the two were overthinking it. The other Hokages were unaware of the battle's specifics, so they had no inkling about such matters and were instead preoccupied with their thoughts.

At that moment, the voice of the chat group echoed in everyone's ears again:

[Reward for First Place! One-time draw from the Secondary World Prize Pool!]

A draw from the Secondary World Prize Pool? Everyone present was taken aback. Ryan, however, was pleasantly surprised. "This reward is fantastic! I love it!" he exclaimed, beaming with happiness.

He had originally thought the reward would be similar to previous ones, perhaps a direct allocation of tens of thousands of points. To his delight, this reward was a lottery draw, and it came from a secondary world prize pool. He recognized just how powerful this could be.

This raffle is better than the rewards given out before! The other Hokages echoed this sentiment, each chiming in.

As they all discussed the reward, Tsunade leaned back, arms crossed. "The reward last time was around 100,000 points," she remarked, glancing around at the others for confirmation.

Obito nodded. "Yes, I remember it well!"

Kakashi tilted his head thoughtfully. "So, which is better—100,000 points or this lottery?"

Sasuke didn't hesitate. "100,000 points is better. It's a guaranteed boost."

But Tobirama interjected with his typical certainty, "No, the prize pool draw is the best option by far."

Upon hearing his words, everyone turned to him, intrigued. "What's your reasoning grandpa?" Tsunade asked curiously.

Tobirama explained, "Don't forget, no matter how many rewards you earn, the points will eventually be spent in the mall. Second-tier items have a high value, each typically costing hundreds of thousands of points. The most expensive can even exceed a million points! So, Ryan's lottery draw guarantees rewards worth hundreds of thousands of points. That's much better than just a mere hundred thousand!"

As Tobirama's explanation sunk in, everyone else suddenly realized the advantages of the Lottery. They looked at Ryan with eager anticipation.

Tsunade shook her head, a playful grin tugging at her lips. "Damn it, Ryan, you lucky bastard! How do you always end up with the best rewards?"

Hashirama, standing beside her, crossed his arms and laughed. "Seriously! How did you manage to snag something like that? I swear, that kind of luck should be illegal."

He couldn't help but feel a pang of envy; even for him, the prize was eye-catching. "If only I had a luck like that…" he added, almost wistfully.

Tsunade nodded, smirking. "Trust me, if they handed out rewards based on pure luck, we'd be racking up those points too." She glanced back at Ryan, eyes gleaming. "But hey, guess we'll just have to wait for our turn."
