I am currently at the wet market.

There is a cheap grocery store here that has been in business for many years.

My money in the bank can provide me with a luxurious lifestyle, but I prefer to cook for myself, which is why I choose inexpensive but high-quality ingredients.

This grocery store is a great help to many mothers, which is why it is so crowded.

Unfortunately, there is a big secret about the store that nobody knows.

"Welcome"

As soon as I enter the store, an old woman greets me.

Her name is Lola Fiz but that's only her cover name in her new life.

Her real name is Felicity but she's known in her title: Thousand Faces

Felicity is a retired spy of the Lucario division and has been running this store for many years now.

I decided to just walk around the store until the large crowd decrease.

Somewhere in the corner, I saw Hilda Garnett.

It appears that she is also waiting for the crowd to disperse.

The lunch break begins at 12 nn, and the store is closed until 3 p.m.

Despite this, all three of us are looking at each other.

"Hey, newbie, you are still young, so I will give you a chance to escape."

Hilda spoke as she scratched her red hair.

Is she talking to me?

I laughed inwardly at how shallow she is.

Me a newbie?

Well, how can I get angry at her?

She has no idea that I regress in time.

Even though I am not angry, I will not let her get away with it.

But first, I need to know what her mission is.

"Then why are you here? As long as I know what your mission is, I will leave now."

She smirked at me and eventually laughed.

She came to a stop after a few seconds.

"This is really funny. A newbie like you is extremely rare. Anyway, as a reward, I can tell you—No, you can listen in on our conversation, right?"

Hilda makes eye contact with Felicity.

"Hey, Fel, could you please show your true appearance? I do not want to talk to an elderly woman."

Felicity simply smiled at her.

"I am sorry, but I do not want to. Also, I will never tell you."

"Come on, we were friends before."

"And now you are aiming for my life, correct?"

Hilda sighed.

"So in the end, I have to kill you?"

"Not exactly. Even though I am retired, I am still in shape."

Out of nowhere, daggers appear in their hands.

I decided to back down because it appeared that the fight was about to begin.

"Is the last piece truly that important?"

"Indeed, it is. If the Pandemonium Family obtains it, it is equivalent to killing humanity."

There is a brief period of silence during which only the sound of the cars can be heard.

I installed a barrier to ensure that no ordinary citizen witnessed their battle.

With this, people will unconsciously avoid entering this street.

A whip of wind can be heard.

Hilda and Felicity were on the verge of colliding in an instant.

*clank

Their weapons make contact, resulting in a few sparks.

"Wind slash"

"Barrier"

Hilda unleashes a wind slash, while Felicity defends herself with a barrier.

"So you can now use two elements?"

"Exactly! Blaze!"

Hilda casts another spell.

"Barrier!"

Felicity almost got hit, but she was able to cast the barrier in time.

"Huh?"

Felicity noticed Hilda emerge from the blaze as soon as it had subsided.

The barrier also vanishes, so she must block her attack with her dagger.

Unfortunately, she appears to have been unable to block in time.

It appears that her skills rusted as a result of her peaceful retirement.

Felicity looks at the approaching attack and surrenders herself.

She hopes that if she is given the opportunity to live again, she will choose to live as a pet dog or cat.
