Elsa lay weakly on the cat sofa, adding: "It can be used like the bombs you've mentioned before and the magic scrolls."

Rule Dominance was a power that only kings above the level of Master could wield.

While Elsa's secret technique was powerful, in the eyes of the kings, it wasn't much.

"It doesn't work on people."
