17.5 kilometers from Su Wu's shelter, under the cover of darkness, an electric-powered heavy truck silently pulled off the road.

Its cargo bay opened, and a small transport vehicle rolled out, disappearing into the distant wasteland.

As the transport vehicle moved further away, green dots began appearing along the edges of the battlefield on the AI-generated tactical map.

Each dot represented a successfully deployed foldable gun platform, integrated into the AI's command network and ready for combat.

By the twentieth minute, all preparations were complete.

Back in Su Wu's shelter, two meticulously inspected 240mm rockets were loaded onto fixed rails and moved to their launch positions.

Above the launch silos, heavy metal doors silently slid open one by one.

On the tactical map, a large section of the area was bathed in a faint red glow, indicating the predetermined blast radius of the rockets.

Unlike conventional munitions, the 240mm rockets in Su Wu's shelter used thermite warheads. While their raw destructive power wasn't the strongest, their wide-area coverage made them deadly.

Bright flames erupted from the base of the rockets as they launched, accelerating within mere seconds and shooting skyward.

Ten seconds later, a second rocket followed suit.

In the pitch-black night sky, the rockets streaked through the air like meteors, leaving trails of searing light. For the brief seconds they were visible, the darkened earth below was momentarily illuminated, drawing every gaze upward.

Seventeen kilometers away, two deep explosions broke the night.

Without warning or declaration, the gathering at the city outskirts—preoccupied with attack plans and dreams of plunder—was struck.

As the explosions echoed, fiery cascades lit the sky, descending like shimmering silver threads. They painted a picture of otherworldly beauty, brighter and more magnificent than any recorded meteor shower.

But on the ground, those who witnessed the scene were gripped by primal terror, unable to appreciate the display's surreal beauty.

"All vehicles, scatter!"

A half-second of stunned silence was followed by shouts of panic.

Vehicles scrambled to flee the impending fiery hellscape, but those caught near the blast center found escape impossible. Their desperation led to chaos as collisions mounted in the packed area.

Only a lucky few managed to accelerate away in time, while the rest became trapped in a web of burning debris.

From above, the brilliant white firestorms descended, relentless in their pursuit.

"Faster!"

A young man in a heat-resistant suit slammed his foot on the accelerator, smashing through an obstructing jeep and racing toward a distant hill.

Screams and explosions from fuel tanks bursting into flames followed him, driving his adrenaline to the peak.

After several heart-pounding seconds, he managed to escape the immediate blast zone, only to meet another blazing streak of fire hurtling toward him.

BOOM!

The youth's vehicle was engulfed in a massive explosion, its charred remains tumbling into the hillside.

On the tactical map, the marked red dots representing enemy vehicles dwindled to half under the initial barrage.

The survivors scattered like startled fish, fleeing in all directions.

The AI quickly initiated its second wave of strikes.

Two K2-series drones, each armed with five 8.5kg rockets, launched from the heavy truck's cargo bay, soaring toward the scattered vehicles.

Within moments, several enemy vehicles entered the drones' detection range.

Locked onto their targets, the drones unleashed all their rockets in a span of seven seconds.

Explosions engulfed the lead vehicles, creating a fiery barricade that halted the convoy.

Simultaneously, other fleeing vehicles were intercepted by foldable gun platforms, which unleashed automatic fire.

The sound of gunfire filled the air as bullets formed a deadly web, cutting down anything attempting to break through.

The one-sided massacre lasted five to six minutes.

As the flames from the thermite rockets began to subside, the remaining armed personnel regrouped under the guidance of a few retired officers.

Rallying behind the surviving vehicles armed with mortars, grenade launchers, and sporadic rocket-propelled grenades, they mounted a counterattack.

Several foldable gun platforms were destroyed under this heavy firepower, marking the only damage the attackers managed to inflict.

But their retaliation was short-lived.

By this time, the two K2 drones had returned to the truck for resupply and re-entered the battlefield.

Ten precisely aimed rockets targeted the leadership vehicles, obliterating them in seconds and shattering the morale of the already disjointed force.

With their organization in tatters, the attackers broke completely.

The battle shifted from combat to pursuit and extermination as the remaining forces were methodically hunted down.
