ARCANE: Reincarnated with creation augmentation and destruction

(A few hours after the conversation with Vander and VI)

The gang were trying to lay low as Vander had told them. They were held up in a small abandoned arcade.

Vi was on what seemed to be a punching machine but a lot more wild.

Mylo was at the shooting booth complaining as always "Remind me why we bother with this dump?"

Vi having finished a round on the punching machine takes a step back and says to Mylo "Vander said to lay low. Enforcers never come down here, so this is as good a place as any."

Claggor hearing the complaints of Mylo says "Oh, what's the matter, Mylo? You worried powder's gonna beat you again?"

Mylo quickly retorts "Hey, if she didn't keep fixing these things, i wouldn't keep missing."

As he finishes speaking Powder pops out from under the table with two pipes in her hands.

She connects the pipes in her hands and then just looks at him at smiles. 

Once she does that, the firing range comes to life as all the targets begin to glow and they all start moving in random directions.

Mylo just ignores her and begins to shoot the targets. He ends up missing almost every shot.

Vi starts to take the boxing gloves off and says "You guys know i wouldn't take you on a job you couldn't handle, right?"

Mylo firing his last shot looks over to Vi and says "Are you kidding? That was the best job we've ever done. Just maybe don't take the kids next time."

Cyrus walks over and says "Oh really? All i hear are is your whining. Just admit it, me and Powder are just better then you in every way. You suck, get good. "

As Cyrus finished speaking he grabs Mylo's gun and loads 3 bullets into it.

Cyrus, while still looking at Mylo, points the gun and fires.

He hits three different targets perfectly in the head and says "See. Better"

Powder followed Cyrus's example and aimed her gun and fired. One after the other she kept hitting the target, rotating between heart and head.

After emptying her gun she looks at Mylo with a smug face and says "Better."

As Mylo is about to burst out in anger at them, they all hear something going on outside the arcade.

Powder looks to everyone and signals them to be quiet.

As she approaches the large stained glass window that luckily had small holes to look through.

She sees enforcers rounding up people and questioning them.

An enforcer was questioning a middle ages man "Tell me where i can find them."

The middle aged man struggles as he is being held by another enforcer "Topsider business ain't my concern."

The enforcer that was questioning the man says "It's every one of you trencher's concern now. Give me a name."

The enforcer's grip on the man lightens and he shakes the enforcer off him.

He takes a step toward the one asking the questions and leans in like he was going to whisper something.

But instead spites on the enforcer shoe.

The enforcer gives the man a blank look.

Powder seeing this says "Hey guy's, we should probably leave--"

As she was saying that the middle aged man came flying throw the window sending glass shards everywhere.

Cyrus seeing Powder in danger rushes to her. He gets Infront of her and gives her a hug.

As he embraces her, a giant shield springs from Cyrus's back, blocking the glass that could have seriously hurt Powder.

Once the dust settles, the enforcer are able to see them and one of the enforcer says "Search them."

The rest of the enforcer start to enter the arcade through the broken window.

Mylo being the smartass he is, says "Go ahead, idiots. We've got nothing."

Powder seeing them enter starts to panic as she still has the crystals on her. 

Cyrus seeing her distress whispers "Do you want me to get rid of them?"

Powder thinks for a second and whispers back "No, that would only make more trouble. But we have to run i still have some of those blue crystals on me."

Cyrus nodes his head and looks at Claggor and mouths 'now'.

Claggor understood and turned around and pulled a leaver that shut down all the lights.

Once the lights go out Mylo kicks the enforcer Infront of him and rolls over the firing range counter.

Mylo grabs a gun and shrieks as he fires "AHHHHHHHHHHH" 

As its a toy gun it does absolutely nothing to the enforcer besides make them question Mylo's intellect, or lack there of.

Seeing his shots did nothing he looks at the enforcer's and smiles "Truce?"

The enforcer's look at one another and then back to Mylo and charge him.

He runs for the back door as the rest follow him.

They bust through the back door running through the back ally's but they see more enforcer's at the end of the ally.

As they look back they see enforcer's on both sides.

As they were starting to lose hope they hear somebody call to them "Over here!"

Its was Echo. He had sent down a ladder for them to climb up.

Cyrus seeing that there wasn't any time as there was enforcer's closing in on them.

He uses his Biomass to create 4 giant tendrils and sends them to grab each of them on the ground.

Before anybody could object, they had been grabbed by Cyrus's tendrils.

Once Cyrus had grabbed everyone he turned his hands into giant claws and climbed up the wall.

Once they had made it to the top he waited until the enforcer's had started climbing the ladder before ripping it off its hinges and sending it down onto the rest of the enforcer's.

Once they were out of harms way Cyrus lowered them.

Vi looked at Powder and said "You need to hide those crystals."

Powder hearing this just says "Yeah, no shit."

(20 minuets later In the Last Drop)

A angry looking women slams her hand onto a table and says "We should hit them back. We've got the number to beat them."

Another guy chimes in "Yeah. Let's teach them what it means to mess with us."

Everyone in the bar was yelling "YEAH!!!"

After a few seconds Vander lit up a match and started to smoke his pipe "You sure that's what you want? We crossed the bridge once before, and we all know how that ended."

Another random guy says "Your just protecting your kids."

Vander stands up straight and says "I'm protecting out people. I'd do the same for any one of you. We look out for each other. It's the way it's always been."

Vander pauses for a second then continues "This will blow over. We just need to stand together."

The women from before starts to speak again "The Vander i knew, the one who built the underground, wouldn't be afraid to fight."

Hearing this Vander just takes a hit of his pipe and walks closer to her and says "Do i look afraid?"

The women responds "No. You look weak. Lets go."

The women and a few others leave The Last Drop.

Cyrus, Powder, Vi, Mylo, and Claggor were all watching the debate and arguments that were happening.

Claggor hearing the end of the conversation asks "Why isn't he doing anything?"

Powder looks to them and says "We kicked the enforcer's butts with just the four of us. Imagine what the whole of the lanes could do."

Mylo hearing Powders words says "Jeez, even Powder wants to fight."

Vi annoyedly asks "So, why aren't we?"

As Vi was about to go to there room she saw Echo make a weird face like he was hiding something.

Seeing this Vi says "Spill it, Echo."

Echo hesitates but almost instantly gives in "Um... Oh, okay. Well, um, Vander's got a deal with the enforcer's.

Vi asks in absolute confusion "What deal?"

(Somewhere in Zaun)

An enforcer walks into an abandoned were house. As he's looking around he hears footsteps coming from a door way.

From the doorway a man appears, the same one who was interrogating Deckard.

The enforcer looks at the man and says "First time I've been invited to the lanes. It better be worth my time."

The man just started walking around the enforcer "Ah, you see, that's your weakness, Marcus. You carry your chin so high, you fail to see the opportunity below."

Marcus who was slightly caught off guard asks "Who are you?"

But instead of answering the question the man just continues talking "You're looking for four children, the ones running circles around Piltover's finest."

Marcus who was starting to get annoyed reply's "What about it?"

The man stops walking and says "Don't look so concerned. I'm about to make your day."

(Awhile later)

In the same room as before, Deckard was with the sickly old man and a man with a black eye with an orange iris.

The man with the black and orange eye asks "Will he live?"

The sickly man replies "Long enough."

While they were talking Deckard was looking out the giant glass window that showed the depths of the ocean.

The man with the black eye looks out into the water at the gigantic sea creatures just on the other side of the glass.

He looks at Deckard and says "Beautiful, aren't they? Yet up there on the surface, no one even knows they exist."

Deckard looks at the man and says "They're monsters."

The man just smirks and says "There's a monster inside all of us."

As he finishes speaking the man holds up a familiar vial with a purple liquid inside.

Deckard knowing what the man wants him to do Says "What? No. No, no! It'll kill me."

The man stares at Deckard for a moment then grabs Deckard's knife that was hung around Deckard's waist.

The man says "I'd like to let you in on a very important secret i learned when i was about your age, boy. You see, power, real power doesn't come to those who were born the strongest, or the fastest or smartest."

The man paused for a moment and held up the vial "No. it comes to those who will do anything to achieve it."

The man hands Deckard the vial and says "It's time to let the monster out."

Deckard's mind was racing trying to figure out what he should do, but drinking the purple liquid seems to be the only option available.

So Deckard grabs the vial and downs the contents completely in one swift motion.

As the last drop leaves the vial, he drops it as he begins to feel himself changing into something different, something foreign.

Purple veins begin to pulse through out Deckard's body as he mutates. Then all that was left that could be heard were screams of pain and agony.

As this was happening Marcus was using the information that the man provided to him to convince his superiors to let him do a small raid on The Last Drop.

(At The Last Drop)

The door swung open. Vander hearing this turns his head and starts to say "Welcome to the last Drop--"

When Vander fully looked up and saw the enforcer's he stopped talking and just stared.

Vander puts on a friendly smile and says "What can i get you?"

Marcus who was leading the enforcer's says "Five sump-rats will do."

Marcus looks into Vander's eyes and says "Search the place."

At those words the enforcer's that came with Marcus spread out and started searching throughout The Last Drop.

Vander seeing this stares at the enforcer's for a moment or two then says "While you're wasting your time, how about a proper drink?"

Marcus hearing this just plainly says "I'll take the strongest shit you got."

As Vander was grabbing a bottle he also pushed a Butten that set of a toy monkey in the back room.

At the sight of the monkey everyone in the room hid as an enforcer was heading for the room.

As the enforcer entered the room he began to check every hole and or potential hiding place for the 5 kids.

As the enforcer's were searching Marcus was just sitting at the bar.

He smelt the drink and was repulsed but the smell. 

Vander seeing this says "Mm. You be careful with that."

Hearing this Marcus just smirked and said "Nearly forgot. I ran into an old friend of yours. He had some stories... You weren't always the peacekeeper, were you?"

Vander understanding that Marcus was just trying to get a reaction out of him just says "Yeah, well, you cant escape the past. right? Be a shame if i had to put them on again. Cast iron's, well, it's hard to clean."

The enforcer's returned and reported "There was nothing. No sign of the kids anywhere."

Vander hearing this just smirked and gave Marcus a look that said i told you so.

Marcus angry says "You people down here are all the same, mistaking arrogance for bravery. You think you're standing up for something, but we all know there is a crime behind every coin that passes through this place."

Marcus turns and looks at Vander "You're just a small man in a little hole in the world forgot to bury. And I'm going to bury the lot of you."

As he said that he and the other enforcer's storm out of the tavern.

After they left Vander went to the back to check up on the kids. 

Once he opens the door he calls out "Are you all okay?"

Vi pops out of her hiding place and says "We need to fight back. And if you wont, i will."

Vander hearing Vi's statement sighs and says "I've heard this kind of talk before."

(20 minutes later on one of the bridges connecting to Piltover)

Vi and Vander were standing at the edge of one of the bridge's.

Vi asks "Why are we here?"

Vander sighs and says "you still don't understand."

Vi takes a step forward and says "What i don't understand is how you can work with them. We were here. We saw what they did. I grew up knowing I'm less then them, that my place is down there. I want Powder to have more that that, and I'm willing to fight for it."

Vander just looks at her and says "So was i. I was angry, just like you. I led us across this bridge, thinking things could change. If i hadn't... Your parents would still be alive. I know you wanna hurt the topsiders for what they've done to us"

Vander points back towards the undercity and says "But who are you willing to lose? Mylo? Claggor? Cyrus? Powder?"

Vander moved right besides Vi and said "Nobody wins in war, Vi"

Vi leans on Vander and asks "What are we going to do? The enforcer's will come back."

Vander for once was uncertain "I... I don't know. I'll uh, I'll figure it out."

(The Last Drop)

Vi enters The Last Drop and then the back room were she sees Cyrus and Powder tinkering with Powders bombs.

Mylo seeing Vi says "Vi, where you been?"

Claggor continued "Rumor is the Lanes are gonna fight."

Vi ignored them and walked over to Powder and Cyrus.

Powder seeing Vi Shows her the new bombs "Look, i made them for the enforcer's. These are smoke bombs, and those two are full on nails. Cyrus helped me tweak them, there gonna work this time, i know it."

Vi looks at Powders smiling face and says "Me to. You know, Powder, what makes you different makes you strong. Always remember that, okay?"

As Vi said this she gets up and leaves.

(One hour later)

Powder walked up to the bar counter and took a seat with a doll that was a gift from Vi.

She puts the bunny doll down and lays her head on the counter.

Vander, seeing this looks at her and gets a juice for her.

But when he sees that she's still a little depressed he realizes something's wrong.

While this was going on Vi had got in contact with the person that Vander hade made a deal with. 

She was going to turn herself in to save those around her.

After waiting in benzos shop for the person, somebody came and opened the door.

Vi looked up prepared for any and all consequences that may come.
