Aria Of The Cursed Dragon

'Fuck!' Siegfried cursed as he gazed at the Huge Titan that was towering over the walls.

He was frozen as he gazed at the diobolic sight , the huge wall that stood for centuries was being destroyed.

But Siegfried quickly shook out of it

" No! Carla and the Kids! " Siegfried said in frantic voice as he started swinging between buildings with his ODM gear.

His heart was pounding in fear and rage as he rushed between the buildings.

He couldn't let anything happen to Carla and the kids as he had promised Grisha he would protect them with all he had.

And even if he was not the same man he was , he still didn't have a habit of breaking promises.

The Fall of Wall Maria was something he knew would happen but he didn't know who to tell or what to do without others seeing him as a mad man.

His priority would always be Carla , Mikasa and Eren after that only could he even care about others.

But he did request a bit more Scout regiment members to come to Shiganshina as he told Erwin he had a bad feeling about something and wanted to plan an expedition.

Hopefully with this, less lives would be lost , He knew he couldn't save everyone and he was fine with it ... He had to be fine with it.

'No...No.... No... No....' Siegfried muttered inside his mind as he watched Carla's house crushed under some rubble.

' Please... Don't let anything happen to her... ' Siegfried pleaded inside his mind as he rushed towards the rubble....

...

" Thank God you are fine! " Siegfried breathed a sigh of relief as he hugged the kids before turning towards Carla who seemed to have her legs trapped under the rubble.

Siegfried bit his lips as he gazed , she was alive but her legs were injured.

'Damn it'

" Sieg take the kids and go! I-I would just be burden! " Carla pleaded with Siegfried in a desperate tone as she knew she would probably die as the rubble lying on top of her was too big to move and currently screams were resounding through the neighborhood along with loud thudding footsteps which made her heart constrict.

Wall Maria had fallen and Titans were rushing in , she didn't want to die.

But she also didn't want Siegfried and the kids to be harmed.

" P-Please just go " Carla pleaded as she could see the struggle in his eyes.

" Hannes take the kids and go " Siegfried told the soldier who had rushed to Carla's house sensing the turmoil as he was a family friend.

" No! I won't leave Mo- " Before Eren could say anything Siegfried knocked him out before handing him out to Hannes.

He patted Mikasa on the head and she hugged him for a few seconds before Hannes picked both of them up and started running towards the evacuation centre.

" What are you doing ! " Carla asked in a confused tone as she couldn't understand what Siegfried was doing.

*Thud*

A loud footstep was heard near them as a Titan had sneaked up on them.

It's smiling face came near them as it slowly reached its hand out towards Siegfried.

Siegfried didn't hesitate a moment as he jumped onto the Titans hands with suprising agility as he ran along the length of it until he reached its shoulder and with a strong slash at its nape he dismebered it.

This all happened in a few moments as the Titan couldn't even process what was happening before it fell to the ground steaming.

Siegfried prayed silently in his mind to the unfortunate soul who was forced into the situation.

" Let's get you out ~ " Siegfried said with a gentle smile as he moved towards Carla who was watching all of this dumbfounded gaze.

Her eyes teared up as tears rolled down her face watching him not abandon her even at a time like this.

She didn't dissuade him this time as it was like spitting on his resolve.

" Umm" Carla hummed in response as she smiled through her tears.

Siegfried moved toward the rubble as he lifted it with some difficulty.

"Ugh! " Siegfried grunted as his veins bulged as he pushed the large piece of rubble off of Carla without worsening her condition.

Siegfried could understand that he was still in a phase where he was stronger than peak human and right now lifting a few tons was his limit.

Especially a lot of rubble had piles up on top of Carla and he didn't have the time pick it up one by one due to fear of some thing happening to Carla so he opted to lift the bottom piece of the broken Wall fragment.

He gazed at Carla's lower body which surprisingly didn't look that bad which made him breathe a sigh of relief as he was expecting her lower body to be crushed to pieces that was his fear.

" Let's go " Siegfried didn't waste anytime as he gently cradled Carla in his arm before rushing away via his ODM gear.

He had a bad feeling that things were about to get worse and he didn't want to take any chances with Carla.....

Siegfried breathed a sigh of relief as he stood near the evacuation boats after settling Carla together with the kids.

The south gate was destroyed and the evacuation was nearly complete as the North Gate was slowly closing.

With his presence there weren't any problems with people trying to be unreasonable as he had beaten up anyone trying to cause ruckus in this emergency situation , he had given the order to the soldiers too.

Most able bodied people have evacuated through the North Gate and they were preparing to close it.

But a sudden sound caused everyones hearts to clench.

*Thud* *Thud* *Thud* ...*Thud*

People on the boats couldn't see but Siegfried could see clearly ... A Titan... with Armor...

....

" Close it ! " The soldiers at the gates roared as they tried to speed up the process but no matter what they did the speed just was too slow.

Their Hearts constructed when they saw the Armored Titan start charging towards them.

" Shoot!" Loud booming sounds of Canon fire resounded but the Titan shrugged it off like nothing.

" G-God" Some of them mumbled and prayed to God as they hoped some God would take pity on them and save them from these monsters... But deep down they knew No god was coming to save them.

" R-Run " The only option was to flee as their instincts took over.

* Boom!* * Rumble!* * Rumble!*

But suddenly the square in front of them was illuminated by a bright flash of lightning followed by a loud booming sounds.

*Boom!*

The Armored Titan which was rushing towards them was sent crashing into a nearby buildings as debris fell on top it.

And In it's previous place A muscular Titan with silver hair stood still with steam coming out of its mouth and body.

*Roar!!!!*

No God would save them..... But maybe ..... A Demon would...

....
