Arranged Marriage with Satoru Gojo - Jujutsu Kaisen

Chapter 15: Bastard behavior:

You and Satoru entered the luxurious restaurant, its elegant ambiance enveloping you. Your gaze swept the room, finding your mom and Satoru's mom seated at a prestigious corner table, warmly smiling.

You both approached, exchanging affectionate hugs with your mothers.

Satoru's gaze shifted toward the empty chair. "Oh, where's Dad?"

His mom's expression turned evasive. "Oh, baby, you know how busy Daddy can be."

Satoru's eyes narrowed slightly. "Aha..." Realization dawned on his face.

You and Satoru settled into your seats, exchanging warm smiles with your moms.

Your mom's sly grin sparked mischief. "So, how was last night?"

Satoru's mom chimed in, "Yes, tell us everything."

Your face flushed crimson. "Mom, stop..." Embarrassment overwhelmed you.

Satoru, unfazed, unlocked his phone and began scrolling, feigning indifference.

Your moms exchanged amused glances, teasing laughter dancing in their eyes.

Satoru's mom pointed out, "You know, Satoru always does this. Whenever we're at a restaurant or about to eat, his phone becomes his best friend."

Your mom nodded, smiling knowingly.

You turned to Satoru, exasperated. "Could you put your phone away for once?"

Satoru glanced up, smirking. "Mind your business, fatty."

Your eyes widened, offended. "Excuse me?!"

Satoru's mom raised an eyebrow. "Fatty? She's stunning. Why would you say that?"

Satoru shrugged, nonchalant. "Mom, she literally shook the entire bed this morning. I've never seen anyone with such vigorous morning stretches."

Your face burned with mortification. You were embarrassed, humiliated, insecure, and angry.

Satoru's mom gently admonished, "Satoru, behave."

Satoru rolled his eyes, sighing dramatically. "Mom, remember her wedding makeup? Mismatched colors, clown-like. Perfect for a circus!"

Your face flamed, indignation blazing. "That wasn't my choice!" you protested.

Satoru leaned forward, eyes sparkling with amusement. "I don't care. You looked like a rejected carnival attraction." His voice dripped with mock innocence.

Your anger boiled over, but Satoru's absurd comparison made it hard to maintain.

The moment was somehow a little funny. Your mom intervened, chuckling. "Chill out, kids. It's not a big deal."

Meanwhile, Utahime, Shoko, and Suguru were all lounging in the living room of Suguru's house, enjoying some downtime for fun.

Utahime broke the silence, tilting her head slightly. "What do you think about the wedding, guys?"

Suguru, calm as ever, took a sip of his drink. "It was... quite interesting."

Shoko paused for a second, her fingers tapping on the table, before glancing up with a slight frown. "A little strange, honestly."

Utahime nodded enthusiastically, agreeing with Shoko. "Right? I hated everything about it."

Suguru and Shoko both exchanged confused glances, their eyes narrowing a little as they looked at her. There was a brief pause before Shoko raised an eyebrow. "But didn't you plan the whole wedding, sis?"

Utahime's heart skipped a beat, and her eyes widened. She shouted at herself in her mind. Utahime! Your intentions were to ruin her wedding ceremony! Do not expose yourself!

Her mind raced as she quickly tried to cover up her slip. With a nervous laugh, she forced a smile. "Just kidding, guys! I was the happiest to see how my efforts paid off!"

Suguru and Shoko exchanged a quick glance, both smiling at how Utahime responded. There was no suspicion in their expressions—just an easygoing acceptance of her words as they continued to relax.

Utahime cleared her throat, standing up abruptly. "Well, I think I'll excuse myself for a minute." She quickly made her way into the bathroom.

Once inside, the door clicked shut behind her, and Utahime leaned against the sink, her hands gripping the edge as a wave of anxiety hit her. Did Satoru sleep with her last night? she thought, her heart racing. It was their wedding night…

She cursed herself mentally. Why did I let the marriage happen? I should have figured out a way to stop them... I let her get to him so easily. Damn it!

Utahime stared at her reflection in the mirror, silently questioning her choices. Maybe... maybe I should meet up with Satoru tonight. The thought lingered in her mind, unsure of what exactly she hoped to achieve, but feeling an undeniable pull toward him.

She exhaled sharply, trying to shake off the tension. Whatever happened next, she would have to figure it out. But first, she had to get back to the others and act like nothing was wrong.

Later that night, after some time to think, Utahime picked up her phone and quickly typed out a message.

"Come over to my place."

She hesitated for just a moment before hitting send, her heart pounding slightly in her chest.

At the hotel room, Satoru was lounging comfortably, scrolling through his phone. When he saw the message from Utahime, a smirk spread across his face. So, she's calling me over... he thought, amused by how everything seemed to be unfolding perfectly.

Without wasting any time, he stood up, sending a quick reply: Be there in a few.

Satoru ran into the hotel room, moving quickly as if there was something urgent. You stood up, sensing the rush in his movements. He seemed to be in a hurry.

He grabbed his jacket from the chair, throwing it over his shoulder. "I have to go see Suguru," he lied, his voice abrupt.

Before you could respond, Satoru leaned in and kissed your cheek swiftly, his lips brushing against your skin. "See ya, wifey!" he said with a grin, his tone playful.

In the blink of an eye, he slammed the hotel door behind him with such force that it echoed in the hallway, making it clear he was in a rush.

You just stood there, staring at the door for a moment. After a beat, you exhaled slowly and muttered to yourself, "Oh."
