Chapter 20: Chapter 20 : Royal Banquet III

While Van was still deep in thought about finding a normal maid, a small child suddenly approached him.

Van finally came to his senses when he felt his clothes being pulled by someone. Van turned to the side and saw Oliver who was pulling his clothes.

Oliver currently looked a little different than usual. His cheeks were flushed, his vision was blurred, and a faint strange odor wafted from his body.

However, Van ignored that little oddity and asked, "What's wrong?"

"Big brother, drink this. It's delicious!" Oliver said as he handed over a glass of wine.

Van saw that the glass Oliver handed over contained a dark red drink. As the glass approached, Van could smell the strong odor of alcohol.

Smelling the strong odor of alcohol, Van's eyes twitched slightly. Van then turned his gaze back to Oliver who was probably drunk by now

"Who gave you this wine?" asked Van, pointing at the glass in Oliver's hand.

"Huh? Wine? Aren't grapes a fruit? Why is it a drink? Brother, are you stupid?" asked Oliver in a semi-conscious state.

Hearing Oliver call him "stupid", Van's eyes twitched even more in annoyance, but his facial expression was still as flat as ever.

'This kid?!' Van thought.

"Oliver, I don't drink wine. What if you give this drink to Mom? Maybe you'll like it." Van said calmly.

Hearing Van's words, Oliver without thinking immediately nodded in agreement.

Oliver then turned around and looked around for Mom. After finding Mother among the crowd of nobles, Oliver finally walked towards Mother with staggering steps.

'Gotcha!' Van thought happily looking forward to Oliver's fate after this.

However, the name MC is certainly always filled with luck.

For some reason Oliver suddenly swerved and bumped into a small child. Fortunately, the wine in the glass Oliver was holding did not spill onto the little boy's clothes.

Seeing who was hit by Oliver, Van was speechless.

'Is this luck, bad luck, or fate?' Van thought.

"Hey, don't you have eyes?" asked the little boy while looking at Oliver. His gold-colored eyes stared intently at Oliver.

Looking at Oliver, the little boy was full of shock. His golden eyes were fixed on Oliver's golden hair.

"Golden hair? Are you from the Gold family?" asked the little boy as he touched his golden hair in confusion.

However, Oliver who was under the influence of alcohol did not seem to notice the child's confusion.

Oliver just smiled as he handed the little boy a glass of wine.

Smelling the alcohol from the glass that Oliver handed over, the little boy's face immediately changed.

"Huek! What is this smell?" asked the little boy as he frowned and covered his nose.

Seeing the child's reaction, Oliver made a puzzled face.

"Shishishi. Lancelot, what happened to you?"

Lancelot, the little boy with golden hair and eyes, turned to the side and saw a little boy with silver hair and silver eyes walking towards him.

"I don't know, Noel." Lancelot replied.

Noel, the little boy with silver hair and eyes, just chuckled and looked Oliver up and down.

"Golden hair and blue eyes. I think I know him." Noel said with a small chuckle.

"Huh? You know him?" asked Lancelot in confusion.

"Of course. He is the son of the Black family, Oliver Black." said Noel.

"Huh? The Black family? You mean him?" asked Lancelot while pointing at Oliver. "Then, why is his hair golden like mine and not black?"

"How would I know? Just ask the Black family." said Noel while shrugging his shoulders.

"I thought you knew, but you don't. Tch, boring silver hair." said Lancelot.

"Huh? What do you mean, rusty brain?" retorted Noel coldly.

"Gray hair."

"Narcissistic lunatic."

"Graying boy."

As Lancelot and Noel argued with each other, while Oliver just stood silently watching the two of them, Van finally decided to approach the three of them.

'Lancelot Gold and Noel Silver. Both are from the [7 Dukes of Avalon] (Note: 7 Great Families). I can't believe I got to see three of the third generation [7 Pillars] in person.' Van thought.

[7 Pillars] was a term he coined while writing this novel and one of the reasons that made this novel interesting.

Fate is funny, marvelous, unpredictable, and unpredictable.

There were times when the 7 children of the [7 Dukes of Avalon] were born in the same year.

The birth signifies good luck and bad luck at the same time. Fortune that signaled the birth of a hero, but also misfortune because it foreshadowed disaster.

That's what he wrote in his novel when telling about the [7 Pillars].

The first generation of [7 Pillars] was born about 500 years ago. When they came of age, World War II happened.

The second generation [7 Pillars] was born about 100 years ago. When they came of age, World War III happened.

And right now, the third generation of immature [7 Pillars] appeared before him.

While Lancelot and Noel were still arguing, they suddenly felt a chill run down their backs.

They immediately stopped arguing and turned back together.

*GLUPP

both gulped when they saw Van staring at them with his bright red eyes.

"Va-Van Black." muttered Noel nervously. Even the foolish Lancelot could sense Van's dangerous aura.

Van then walked over and the two of them unconsciously stepped aside to make room for Van.

Van grabbed the still drunk Oliver and dragged him towards Olivia, who was surrounded by several small children.

Apparently, the children were attracted to Olivia's looks or perhaps told by their parents to have a relationship with a child from the Black family.

As Van got closer, the children who were trying to get close to Olivia suddenly felt the temperature drop slightly.

Van then threw Oliver towards the crowd of children surrounding Olivia without caring about the fate of all of them.

Oliver ended up falling on several small children and left them lying on the ground unconscious.

Oliver's fate, of course, was the same as the other children. His head collided with the head of one of the children and made him faint.

Van's action naturally attracted the attention of all the nobles in the banquet hall, but Van ignored him and walked away.

After a while, most of the nobles finally realized that their child was among the crowd.

"My baby!"

"Ron!"

"Oh my God!"

On the other hand, Van rejoined Arthur in the corner.

"Good show." Arthur said with a faint smile.

'When is the d*mn King going to show up? Doesn't he know that time is gold?' Van thought with annoyance because he was tired of waiting.
