Chapter 8: Hunter's World The beginning of the adventure

At that mysterious moment:

'Gathering player information... 20%... 50%... 88%... 100%.

World system installation has begun... Brain Capacity Scan... Condition completed... Installing...'

A deep electronic sound pierced through the darkness surrounding Ryan. It resembled an alien voice from a distant world. Suddenly, a transparent screen appeared before him, glowing with cold blue lights and sending a strange sensation through his gut.

'Do you want to move to the Hunter's World?'

Below the question, two boxes appeared: 'Yes' or 'No'.

Ryan stared at the screen, torn between fear and amazement. His eyes could hardly believe what he was seeing.

"Is this... a game?" he whispered to himself, still unable to comprehend what was happening around him.

He didn't have long to think. With no other options, he pressed 'Yes'. Mystery surrounded him, and all he wanted was answers.

He waited expectantly as a countdown began on the screen:

'Entry will take place after... 3... 2... 1...'

Suddenly, everything around him seemed to collapse. The air became thick, pressing against his chest, as if the darkness itself was swallowing him whole. His body flipped in the void, and it felt as if his feet had disappeared from beneath him.

Then, a soft blue beam of light glowed in front of him, dispelling the darkness and easing his tension. Everything became strangely silent.

'Welcome, Chosen King, to the Hunter's World.'

A new screen appeared, displaying his personal data. He stared at it in complete amazement.

"What is this?" Ryan muttered absently, catching his breath as he tried to make sense of the information.

Another window appeared, explaining the basic rules of this new world:

The screen lit up again, revealing a new section:

[Map:]

'You now have a map to guide you in this world.'

As Ryan focused on the words, an ancient and majestic map appeared before him. It radiated a mysterious blue aura, as if it held secrets from ancient times.

[Dark Forest: Level 1-10 (Beginner Monsters)]

The map displayed several areas, but all of them were sealed with mysterious markings, except for the Dark Forest—his first accessible area. Shadows loomed within, hinting at creatures that might not be friendly.

"So, this is the new world..." Ryan murmured as he tried to organize his thoughts.

After a few moments, anxiety overwhelmed him.

"Will I be able to survive here?" he whispered, gazing at the glowing map before him.

'The journey begins now. Good luck, Chosen King.'

With those words, he felt a strange force pushing him forward, pulling him toward the unknown.

"Am I ready for this adventure?" he asked himself as he began moving toward the first destination on the map—the heart of the Dark Forest, where his journey would truly begin.
