BOOM!

The conference room exploded, a shockwave rippling outward, a cloud of dust and debris billowing into the sky like a monstrous, gray mandala flower blooming over the city—a strangely beautiful sight.

The gray cloud, composed of pulverized stone, spread across half the city, blanketing everything in a haze.

...

The sudden shockwave and the dust cloud sent the Devils of Lilith, the capital of the Devil territory, into a panic.

"What was that?!"

"What's going on?!"

"An explosion? And… Fog?"

"A terrorist attack? The Khaos Brigade?"

The Devils reacted much like humans would in a similar situation—perhaps even worse.

The sheer scale of the explosion and the dust cloud indicated the involvement of beings far beyond the comprehension of ordinary mortals.

Without Ultimate-Class Devil levels of power, anyone caught in the blast's epicenter would have been obliterated.

And the Devils, possessing supernatural powers themselves, understood what that shockwave truly signified.

"Oh, God! Someone's fighting in the capital! A Maou-level battle! A nuclear-level explosion right in the middle of the city!"

As panic spread, a sharp-eyed Devil pointed towards the sky.

"Look! Up there!"

All eyes turned upwards.

Two figures, barely visible at that height, even to Devil's enhanced vision, faced off in the sky above Lilith.

One figure radiated an aura of Pure Destruction, the sky around him a swirling vortex of Nothingness, the clouds, the air, even the sunlight, obliterated by his power.

Only the space within a ten-meter radius of the other figure remained untouched, a bubble of normalcy amidst the chaos.

The Devils below watched, their breaths held captive in their chests.

From the two figures, an oppressive pressure descended, a terrifying power that made their faces pale, their bodies stiffen, their limbs lock in place.

Primal Fear, born from the deepest instincts of survival, paralyzed them. They could only stare at the sky, their eyes wide, their faces ashen, waiting for the inevitable.

High above, Shiva and Haru faced each other, separated by a few dozen meters.

Haru, a smirk on his face, looked at Shiva, who was panting slightly.

Shiva's eyes burned with black flames—the manifestation of his Power of Destruction, visions of annihilation dancing within them.

A cruel smile twisted his youthful features, his voice cold, menacing, like a demon from the depths of Hell. "How do you wish to be destroyed?"

Haru, unfazed by Shiva's ominous words, merely tilted his head and asked, "Does your face hurt?"

Shiva's eyes widened, and he froze for a moment.

Then, his smile vanished, replaced by an impassive mask, his eyes completely consumed by the black flames of destruction.

His form began to shift. A third eye appeared on his forehead, and two additional arms sprouted from his sides.

Each of his four hands now held a weapon—a trident, a conch shell, a water pot, and a drum—all radiating a dark, divine aura.

This was the True form of Shiva, the God of Destruction, a form he assumed only when he intended to annihilate his opponent completely.

The trident in his hand pulsed with black flames, and the Aura of Destruction surrounding him intensified, swirling and coalescing into a massive black hand that reached towards Haru.

The Gods watching from below paled. Some, who had intended to get a closer look, froze, their faces etched with horror as they sensed the overwhelming power of the attack.

A single touch from that hand, and they would be Obliterated, their bodies and souls completely annihilated.

Sensing the destructive force of Shiva's attack, the Gods glanced at the representatives of the Biblical God's faction with expressions of disdain, then began to whisper among themselves.

"It seems Shiva-sama is serious."

"My, my~ with such power… it will be difficult to divide the spoils."

"Perhaps Shiva-sama should take half, and we divide the remaining billion?"

"Should we leave some for the Biblical faction? Fifty thousand, perhaps?"

"Excellent idea!"

<><><><>

The Gods, caught up in their discussion, openly debated how to divide the Biblical God's followers, as if Haru, the target of Shiva's attack, were already dead!

But a second passed. Then three. Then ten.

The earth-shattering explosion they'd expected never came.

The Gods looked at each other, confused. What was going on?

Then—

BOOM!!!

The ground shook violently, a tremor that registered as a magnitude 9 earthquake.

The protective barrier around Lilith activated, shielding the city from the worst of the quake.

The Gods, feeling the tremors even through the barrier, smirked. 'That arrogant brat is finished.'

Then, their smiles vanished. 'That's not right. Shiva's attack should have detonated in the sky. Why an earthquake?'

They looked towards the source of the tremors.

Their enhanced vision allowed them to see clearly, even at that distance.

Haru stood in the wasteland outside Lilith, Shiva's head clutched in his hand, slamming it repeatedly into the ground.

A massive crater, spanning miles, widened with each impact, mushroom clouds billowing into the sky.

"..."

The Gods stared, their faces turning an apoplectic shade of red, their voices caught in their throats.

What… just happened…?
