Amidst laughter and chatter, a servant came to notify them about The Crown Prince's arrival with his eldest son and imperial grandson.

Because of his old age and status, old duke didn't had to go to personally welcome the royal blood, but Wei Jingchen and Madam Wei had to put some efforts and give face to the Crown Prince.

Leaving everyone behind, General Wei and his wife arrived at the door before Crown prince's royal carriage came to halt.

Wei Jingchen and his wife also laughed at Jiang Mingyan's ridiculous question to his two year old toddler but to their surprise; the little fella immediately perked up from his father's shoulder and looked towards the guests as he shouted: "Yes." In his excitement he even gave a toothy grin.

Seeing his son giving such a big smile at the mention of his little fiance, Jiang Mingyan didn't forget to compliment himself: "Good son. As expected of my son. Already excited to meet your future wife, no matter how old you are."

"Hahaha." Everyone who heard Jiang Mingyan's words couldn't help but burst into laughter.

It was not any secret that the imperial grandson was engaged to the eldest grand-daughter of the Duke's Residence hence no one was surprised when The Crown Prince threw such remarks in front of the whole capital's nobles.

As she was already one month old, she could move her arms and legs slightly to throw in air and amuse those who were watching her.

But all her happiness came to halt when someone announced The Crown Prince arrival with his son.
