Kazuki sat at the edge of the training field, his combat suit deactivated and his hands resting on his knees. The Void Dragon's power still buzzed faintly in his veins, a reminder of how dangerously close he had come to losing control.

"I could ask you the same thing," she replied, sitting beside him. "After last night, I thought you'd be resting. Instead, you're here, brooding as usual."

Kazuki sighed. "I can't stop thinking about it. Zephyr... he wasn't fighting at full strength. And I barely managed to hold my own."

"Stop being so hard on yourself," Sutea said, her tone surprisingly gentle. "You're not supposed to have all the answers right now. That's what makes you human."

"Human," Kazuki repeated, staring at his hands. "But what if I lose that? Every time I use the Void Dragon's power, I feel like I'm losing a piece of myself."

Sutea placed a hand on his shoulder. "Then hold onto the things that keep you grounded. Your friends, your family... us."

Kazuki glanced at her, surprised by the warmth in her voice. Before he could respond, the sound of approaching footsteps interrupted them.

"Am I interrupting something?" Ayumi asked, her fiery hair glowing in the sunlight.

Kazuki quickly stood up, flustered. "N-no, we were just talking!"

Ayumi smirked, clearly enjoying his discomfort. "Sure you were."

Murmurs spread through the crowd, and Kazuki felt a chill run down his spine.
