"Everyone, gather close to me! I'll handle these troublesome creatures!" Riveria called out, gesturing to the little fox girl behind her. Under the protection of the two LV5s, the fox girl, Haruhime, immediately began to act.

"Grow large, do your best, countless treasures, countless wishes. When the bell rings, pray for glory and fantasy—Grow large, swallow the god's food, and offer the god's gold. Return the hammer to the earth and give blessings—Magic Mallet!"

As Haruhime chanted, a golden halo enveloped her, and the number of glowing light spots around her multiplied.

The moment the chant ended, the golden light spots surged into Riveria's body under Haruhime's guidance.

It was as though Riveria had transformed, her body surrounded by swirling golden flames, much like a Saiyan powering up. 

Even though she had experienced Haruhime's magic many times before, every time Riveria felt the surge of power in her body, it was impossible not to relish the feeling. "Even with my calm mind, it's hard not to savor this power…" she thought, but now was not the time to be distracted.

She snapped back to reality and instinctively recited the spell she knew by heart: "Destroy these bugs into ashes with a single breath! Advanced Sword of Victory—"

A massive pillar of fire erupted at the feet of the insect swarm, more terrifying than even Valgang Dragon's earlier attack. The flames surged, followed by a second, then a third.

What kind of destruction could a LV8 Elf Magister cause?

More than half of the 59th floor was immediately bathed in red. The lush vegetation, previously dominating the area, was consumed by the flames, turning to ash and dissipating into the air.

The insect swarm, which would have caused anyone with a fear of densely packed creatures to panic, was effortlessly cleared away with just one strike. Any insects that ventured too close to the fire pillar were incinerated instantly, evaporating into gas at an extremely high temperature, vividly demonstrating how lethal the magic was.

The effect of the magic was overwhelming. The once dense jungle was now decimated, and the entire 59th floor had fallen eerily silent. Even the wind that blew now felt scalding hot.

The few scattered monsters that survived, hiding in the corners, were no longer a threat, but the scorching earth beneath their feet made the other team members hesitate to approach.

"This magic is really powerful…" someone murmured in awe.

"The combination of Riveria and Haruhime is terrifying."

"Is this LV8 magic? So terrifying."

"Ahaha, good thing Riveria's our captain. Otherwise, I don't know how we'd handle this kind of attack," Tiona scratched her head with a sheepish grin.

"What kind of monster is that?!"

"Is this really magic? That elf… from Sol Familia? Why is her magic so strong? Isn't she LV6!?"

"LV6!? Can LV6 magic wipe out so many monsters in seconds!?" someone retorted in disbelief.

"Riveria's info is wrong—she's at least LV7! No way she's a normal LV7!"

"LV7 or not, what do we do now? If Orario has two LV7s, what do we do?"

"Stop arguing. Didn't you notice? Before Riveria attacked, the blond fox girl cast some magic on her."

"You mean, it's because of the buff magic that she's so powerful?"

"It's very possible. Otherwise, how could it be explained?"

"That's right, it must be buff magic! That fox girl must have some powerful auxiliary magic, or why would Riveria bring a weakling to the 59th floor?"

The group of onlookers, who had been relaxed, now began chattering excitedly, the earlier attack having completely shattered their sense of security.

If Riveria's magic was really as powerful as it had seemed, why were they still wasting time here? Even if the reality was different, they couldn't help but feel unnerved by it.

This revelation not only scared the dark factions watchers but also made Riveria's own teammates rethink their understanding of her. They had little chance to see Riveria unleash her full magical power before.

Most in the familia only knew Riveria as a strong leader but had no idea just how strong she truly was. Even the old members only caught glimpses of her power when she faced off against LV5 opponents.

This display of strength, however, had proven to be an eye-opener.

Even after they returned, the members of the familia who caused a lot of trouble became far more disciplined, saving Riveria a great deal of trouble.

It was a pleasant surprise to realize that a proper demonstration of power could have such an effect, like a warning to those who needed it.

"...But, there doesn't seem to be anything else here?" one of the group members observed curiously.

Under the devastation of Riveria's magic, most of the obstacles that had previously blocked their view were now flattened.

They could now easily observe the entirety of the floor, but there was still no sign of the BOSS.

"By all logic, the small fry have been cleared, so shouldn't the BOSS be showing up soon?" one questioned.

"Could it have been burned to ashes along with the bugs?" Sett idly suggested. Riveria's attack had been so powerful that even he hadn't seen any signs of slowing.

'After all the times Riveria has been angry with me, it's amazing that I'm still alive…'

No one knew the depths of Sett's thoughts, but many agreed with his speculation.

Even the floor master wouldn't have withstood that kind of attack, so it wasn't surprising that the BOSS of these strange insects had been wiped out.

While they were all thinking this, Riveria continued to clean up the remaining monsters. She waited patiently for Akali and Kennen to return.

"No unusual activity found. It looks like all the new monsters here have been eliminated," Akali reported upon her return.

"Are you sure?" Riveria asked, her voice calm but focused.

"Yes, I even checked the entrance to the 60th floor, and there's no sign of biological activity there."

"It seems the BOSS has indeed been eliminated," Riveria said with a relieved sigh.

The 60th floor marked a new world, one that Riveria had never ventured into. She wasn't eager to enter it just yet. She had heard some details from Alfia before, but she preferred to take things one step at a time.
