Dawn of Light - Reincarnated as a villain

Chapter 12: Transformation

"Wh...what do you mean?" I asked her, my voice shaky with confusion. Is my blood really different? Could there be more to Zephyx than what was shown in the game?

Her crimson eyes glinted with a mix of hunger and disbelief as she leaned closer, her voice trembling slightly. "Your blood... it's intoxicating. No words can describe it. It's divine, unlike anything I've ever tasted."

She started explaining in a way that went completely over my head. I couldn't follow everything, but the way her tone wavered between obsession and wonder unnerved me.

"System," I called out internally, hoping for clarity. "Do you know anything about this?"

[No, host. Most likely, your blood feels divine to her due to your unknown bloodline.]

" My bloodline?" I murmured to myself. "Maybe..."

When her explanation ended, her gaze was different—obsessive, hungry, nothing like the cold, calculative Drusilla I remembered from the game. The air around her felt charged, her demeanor uncharacteristically vulnerable yet terrifyingly predatory.

"I have changed my mind," she said suddenly, her voice dripping with conviction. "I'm not making you my slave. What if your blood loses its divinity?" Her words carried an eerie possessiveness, as though she had absolute authority over me.

It struck me then—becoming her disciple, or even a vampire, was a far better alternative than being a mere blood source. And, let's be honest, who hasn't fantasized about becoming a chad vampire with three beautiful wives?

....Atleast I have fantasized.

"Will it be painful?" I asked cautiously, trying to suppress both my fear and the odd excitement bubbling within me.

She smiled, stepping closer with a strange glimmer in her eyes. "No," she said softly, almost sweetly. "It won't be painful."

I exhaled deeply, the tension in my chest loosening just slightly. "Okay," I said, nodding.

Her smile widened, but then she turned serious. "Listen carefully," she began, her tone commanding. "First, I'll bite you and release my essence. That's when the process will begin. Once the bloodlust takes over, you'll bite me on my neck. I've prepared blood essence specifically for you. For normal vampires transformation, they only take blood, but I'm giving you my blood essence. And for your knowledge you will be my first Vampire." she added with a faint blush.

Her blush caught me off guard. The image of the cold, ruthless Drusilla from the game shattered further. Was this truly the same character?

"Alright," I said, now I'm more curious than hesitant.

Without waiting, she straddled me, her slender legs wrapping around my waist, locking me in place. Her crimson eyes burned into mine, and her lips curved into a sultry smile. Her breasts pressed against my chest as she leaned closer. "Then… I'm starting," she whispered in a voice dripping with anticipation.

Before I could respond, her fangs sank into my neck. The initial bite stung, but almost immediately, I felt an odd warmth coursing through me as her essence flowed into my veins.

The system's voice echoed in my mind.

[Vampire essence detected in the host body.]

[Transforming host into vampi… ERROR.]

[ERROR.]

[Bloodline interference detected.]

[Transforming host into Primordial Vampire.]

The words froze me mid-thought. Primordial Vampire? I stared at the system's panel as a mix of excitement and shocked flooded my mind. My bloodline... what is its origin?

Just as the transformation began, intense bloodlust overwhelmed me. Unable to resist, I leaned forward and bit into her neck where she'd indicated earlier. The moment her blood essence entered me, she let out a sensual moan, a sound that sent a shiver down my spine.

The system's voice interrupted my thoughts.

[Blood essence detected!]

[Category detected: Crimsonvale Vampi… ERROR.]

[Category unsuitable for the host body.]

[Bloodline reacting!]

[New category formed: Eldritch Bloodborn.]

Categories for Vampires are like class to humans. Every Vampires have categories while pure blood Vampires are born with it whereas humans or any other race if are changed into vampire they get their category during process. But..

Eldritch Bloodborn? The term rang unfamiliar. Not even in the game's lore had such a category existed.

As I finished consuming the blood essence, Drusilla withdrew her fangs, and I did the same.

[All prerequisites for transformation met.]

[Transformation starting…]

A moment later, agony tore through me. My body writhed as an otherworldly energy coursed through my veins.

I looked at Drusilla expecting betrayal because according to her there will be no pain during process. But when I looked at her shocked face.. i thought "yupp.. just I'm not normal"

My heart pounded erratically, each beat sending shockwaves of pain through my chest. My skin bubbled and cracked, splitting apart as if my human body was rejecting itself. Blood poured from the fissures, pooling beneath me. My flesh peeled away, revealing raw muscle that glistened under the eerie black dome Drusilla had formed.

Bones shattered and reformed with sickening cracks, reshaping themselves into something new.

My left eye burst, ichor dripping down my cheek before it reformed as a glowing red eye pulsing with unnatural light. Crimson veins spread across my exposed muscles, pulsating with energy.

Each moment of agony pushed me closer to unconsciousness, but some instinct kept me awake, forcing me to endure every second of the transformation.

Finally, the process ended. My body healed itself, leaving pale, unblemished skin in its wake.

I panted heavily, trying to process what had just happened. The black dome around the room still pulsed faintly, casting an ominous glow on the blood-soaked floor.

"Status," I muttered internally.

The system panel appeared before me.

[Name: Zephyx / Edgar Neal]

I looked at my race tab where a primordial vampire is added and in game it was mentioned that primordial vampires are the first ancestor vampires of their kind.

Then my gaze locked on category part where Eldritch Bloodborn is mentioned and I don't have fucking idea what category it is.

Lastly I saw my stats which have increased greatly but when I remembered the pain I endured then these stats also felt less.

As my breathing steadied, I turned to Drusilla. Her eyes were wide with shock, awe and concern as she stared at me, her lips parted slightly.
