DC Heroes in Marvel

Chapter 174: C154(2)

While thinking about it, Optimus Prime did not take this matter to heart. Since cyborg showed a powerful combat method, it didn't seem like a big deal to cooperate with the technology loaded onto cyborg to add another teleportation ability.

Optimus Prime didn't believe that the teleportation technology on the cyborg could reach the point where it could teleport across galaxies. He estimated that it could only teleport freely within Earth.

After all, there is an unknown distance between teleportation within a planet, teleportation between planets, and teleportation between galaxies.

Although "one method can solve all problems," the difficulties encountered along the way can be studied, but it is not so easy to overcome.

Human beings are a potential race, but it shouldn't be so exaggerated! Just a few thousand years to catch up with the planet Cybertron? There is a gap of millions of years between the two sides, okay!

Huh!

Cyborg reappeared in the junkyard, missing Keller and Tom by his side.

He looked at Batman.

Immediately afterward, a message came into Optimus Prime's mind:

"Optimus let me tell you that the person who should go has already gone, and we should talk about something else."

"Ok?"

Optimus Prime suddenly lowered his head and looked at Batman.

Batman smiled at him slightly.

Quickly, Anton spoke to the agents behind him: "Leave it to me here. You stay away."

"Understood."

The agents in sector 7 were relieved of Batman. Moreover, in the face of two alien mechanical beings, they had no plans to stay here all the time. The atmosphere was too oppressive.

Batman and cyborg may not feel it, but the pressure from Optimus Prime and Bumblebee inexplicably made them feel as if their hearts were racing and it was difficult to calm down.

Soon, a group of agents from sector 7 evacuated. However, they did not dare to go far. A few stayed near the junkyard, while others went to the residential area to meet Simmons.

Fundamentally speaking, the agents in sector 7, including Tom and Keller, did not trust the aliens.

Especially after experiencing the alien invasion in New York, they even regarded the aliens as a scourge.

If it weren't for Batman working with the Autobots, they might have even considered starting a war with the Autobots.

To be honest, the alien attack in New York not long ago really gave the world a heavy blow and dispelled some of their illusions about aliens.

...

"Batman, what do you want to say?" Optimus Prime was curious. What is Batman's purpose in supporting them?

From the approach, it seems that Batman and these people are not of one mind.

"About the Allspark!"

Anton said calmly, "As you think, the Allspark is in the hands of the military, including Megatron, which is also controlled by humans at this time. However, this is not something that humans should have at this stage."

According to the plot, the researchers in the seventh area should have conducted a preliminary exploration of the energy of the Allspark.

At the very least, they know that the Allspark can be used to create a large number of robots. Once the U.S. military fully grasps the power of the Allspark, it doesn't mean that the Earth will become like Cyberpunk 2077, but it does mean that the current balance of power on Earth will be completely broken.

At that point, the United States would dominate! And it would swell so much that it couldn't swell any further!

Is the global situation beautiful? No!

Anton couldn't let things go on like this. If the power balance on Earth were disrupted, the Justice League, led by him, as well as the extraordinary humans in this world, would be reduced to an embarrassing situation.

Not stable at all! Either they would be turned into pawns of the government, or be regarded as a threat by them.

There is only one way forward.

Just like in the original plot, during the Avengers civil war, the power of the Avengers made the whole world feel terrified. Moreover, they were unregulated.

When they performed defense missions around the world, they would typically cause damage to cities. The world tolerated the Avengers' recklessness.

As a result, the United Nations issued an agreement requiring Avengers members to show their identities to the government, accept government supervision, and act with the government's permission.

Let me ask, if the United States had the military power to suppress all resistance, would it still tolerate threats and only use a paper agreement to restrain potential dangers?

Let's not talk about whether the Avengers were right or wrong. It's easy to understand that as an official force, the government will never tolerate a private armed force standing above it, acting recklessly in the name of saving the world.

This is easy to comprehend.

In other respects, the benevolent see benevolence, and the wise see wisdom.

In short, Anton will not let others control his future. Therefore, the Allspark should not stay on Earth. Even if it is left on Earth, it should not be in the hands of any official power.

From a selfish point of view, Anton is very interested in the Allspark. This is a treasure with a steady flow of energy to create an army. To some extent, it is not weaker than the Infinity Gems in the Marvel world.

If it weren't for the fact that the Infinity Gems are official plot devices, it is likely that the Allspark would be more popular than the Infinity Gems among many people.

"Are you going to help us?" Optimus Prime was a little surprised, hearing the implication in Batman's words.

"Not to help you, but to help myself," Anton said. "I won't hand over the Allspark to the Transformers, but I can take care of it for the Transformers."

"Keep it for... I don't understand," Optimus Prime said, stunned.

"To put it bluntly, I will quietly take the Allspark from the military," Anton explained. "Then, after we work together to deal with the Decepticons on Earth, I will send you back to the planet Cybertron. With the power of the Allspark, I will help you rebuild Cybertron. However, if Earth faces a threat in the future, you must return to Earth and help the Justice League resist the enemy."

"The power of the Allspark is left to us, but the Allspark will be kept by you... I understand," Optimus Prime said suddenly.

As the leader of the Autobots, he could understand Batman's approach. After all, a cosmic treasure like the Allspark would not be voluntarily given away to any outsider by any insightful person—even though the outsider was well-meaning and the original owner of the Allspark.

However, Optimus Prime had no intention of starting a war with the Earthlings. After all, Batman had promised to allow the Autobots to borrow the power of the Allspark. The only minor disagreement between the two parties was the custody of the Allspark.

"If you can really do what you promised, I will promise you, Batman." Optimus Prime thought for a moment, then continued, "As long as you can help us rebuild Cybertron, the Autobots will be your most solid ally! Even if the Allspark is given to you, it doesn't matter..."

"Optimus Prime!" Bumblebee was taken aback. He hadn't expected Optimus Prime to say that. The Allspark—a Transformers treasure—actually let to the Earthlings?

"Bumblebee!" Optimus Prime said in a deep voice. "The Allspark is the origin of the Transformers, but our kind did not rise in the universe because of it. Even without the Allspark, we are still Transformers, and the Autobots will still be the Autobots! As long as we can rebuild Cybertron and restore our original form, even without the Allspark, that is the future we want to see and look forward to."

"Optimus Prime!"

Bumblebee was very emotional. This was his leader.

Hearing this conversation, Anton was also a little surprised, realizing that he had underestimated Optimus Prime.

The leader of the Autobots was extremely broad-minded. Although he constantly forged ahead for the sake of his race, he was not tied to it. He did not use his strength to bully the weak and treated all lives equally.

Optimus Prime's charm likely stemmed from this very trait.
