Chapter 47: Heal
Jorge sits up his eyes a brazing yellow, his hair a dark gold with white streaks.
"Oh man, kid you just, haa, that's a second awakening. So how did you die, or have you not seen it yet? Judging by your hair and the change in your eyes you must have been someone important."
The yellow eyes glared up at Alex.
"I can see it, you have been cursed. Now by what I can't tell, what I can tell is you have a limp, and are mostly blind." Alex took a step back. "I can fix it in exchange for you stepping out."
The old man's lip trembled. He looked towards the crowd, and then at his team. With a nod he turned back.
"There's no way your team will beat mine, you know that right, even without me."
"At least we have a chance."
"Fine I accept."
"Amish grant me strength, Sana I mean Hele, giv I alt, hvad der er helligt, magten til at helbrede denne sarede rejsende, så han kan fortsætte med at udbrede dit navn, Amish."
Alex's body creaked and snapped, he screamed and hollered. Alex's hair raised from his head, his body shook and spasmed, saliva fell from his mouth in disgusting waves. His hands claw at his skin, scratching away at each and every inch, his eyes bulged and fell into his head.
Laying there on the floor his body shows no sign of life but a few spasms.
The judge looked at him with pity, she stepped up.
"As killing violates the rules, Pandora's knights are here by disqualified."
"He's not dead."
"Hmmm."
"I said he's not dead, Amish would not kill a helpful disciple."
"Amish?"
"Would you like to discuss his holy name?"
"Is this a cult?"
"Ahhhh." Alex groaned.
"So he isn't dead?"
She jumped in shock. The once shriveled up old prune, skin turned solid, his face the same rock jawed mean mug from the paintings. The air in the auditorium shivered, waves of energy shot through the crowd, everyone in the room froze.
"Hey kid, you said it would heal me, you didn't say it would de 'age me? Oh right, that must have been the curse." No one could speak. "Hey what's wrong?"
Lynx jumped down from the stand, his body cloaked in magic.
"Aren't you a strong one?" he said with a smile.
He wasn't the only one to converge on the stage, the Iron heart was behind him, and a man dawned in a head of a lion.
"I am happy to be before a legend." The lion spoke before falling to his knee.
Some who still could move in the crowd eyed the Lion in fear.
"You." The old man grimaced. "Are one of his generals aren't you? Leave my team alone or I'll kill that little master of yours."
The lion smirked.
