When Ye Feng arrived at Flanders' office, Tang San had already left. Their conversation, though brief, must have revolved around Yu Xiaogang.

Although Ye Feng didn't eavesdrop, he could easily guess their exchange. He relished this feeling of control—having everything under his grasp.

"Ye Feng, is there something you need?" Flanders asked directly.

"Dean, I heard from Dai Mubai that the academy is facing financial difficulties," Ye Feng began, stating his purpose.

"If you've come to subsidize the academy, you should turn back now. Didn't Dai Mubai tell you? Shrek Academy has its own rules—we do not accept private funding from students," Flanders said flatly. He was aware of Ye Feng's wealth, given that Ye Feng's teacher was the renowned Jian Dao Chen Xin of the Seven Treasures Glazed Tile Sect, but he was determined to keep the academy independent.

"Dean, you misunderstand. I'm not offering a subsidy—I'm proposing a business venture," Ye Feng replied with a confident smile.

"A business venture? You, a twelve-year-old, want to do business with me? Hah! That's rich!" Flanders burst out laughing, amused by the idea.

"Dean, isn't Shrek Academy known for recruiting 'monsters'? Why dismiss me just because I'm twelve?" Ye Feng countered calmly, his expression unchanging despite Flanders' initial ridicule.

"Well, then. You've piqued my interest. I'll give you ten minutes to explain," Flanders said, settling down.

Ye Feng proceeded to explain various innovative industries from his own knowledge, such as delivery services, express shipping, supermarkets, and most notably, the real estate business model that had made fortunes for people like Xu Jiayin.

From morning until noon, Ye Feng explained the concepts in great detail, and Flanders listened intently, utterly absorbed.

"Can these really make money?" Flanders asked, astonished by the possibilities.

"Dean, every profitable industry eventually becomes saturated. But in its early stages, when few people understand its potential, it's a goldmine. Take supermarkets, for instance—imagine a single place that provides all daily necessities. Wouldn't people prefer shopping there instead of wandering through scattered markets? And supermarkets generally offer lower prices than traditional shops," Ye Feng explained, providing examples to support his claim.

"If this works, Ye Feng, you might just become the savior of Shrek Academy!" Flanders exclaimed, visibly excited.

"So, are you willing to give it a try?" Ye Feng asked.

"We'll start with the supermarket model you mentioned," Flanders said after a thoughtful pause.

After leaving Flanders' office, Ye Feng asked internally, "System, I've overturned a story element. Why haven't I been awarded distributable attribute points yet?"

In the original storyline, Shrek Academy had nearly closed due to financial struggles. Without sufficient funds to navigate bureaucratic hurdles, the academy couldn't secure accreditation and had to rely on the Heaven Dou Imperial Academy to continue its operations.

Now, Ye Feng had introduced a plan for Flanders to establish a supermarket, potentially solving Shrek Academy's funding problems. However, the system hadn't rewarded him with any attribute points yet, even though he had altered the course of events.

"Host, while Flanders has accepted your suggestion, the supermarket has not yet been built, and Shrek Academy's funding issues remain unresolved. Therefore, the storyline has not been fully subverted," the system responded.

"So, I'll only receive the reward once Flanders successfully generates enough income to resolve the academy's financial problems?" Ye Feng asked.

"Correct, Host," the system confirmed.

Meanwhile, Ye Feng heard familiar voices up ahead. Turning in their direction, he saw Ning Rongrong and Oscar running laps as part of their training. Oscar was holding a sausage, trying to convince Ning Rongrong to eat it.

"Rongrong, just try one! My sausage is delicious. It restores stamina and promotes healing. Come on, don't worry about food while you're running!" Oscar said enthusiastically.

"I said I don't want it!" Ning Rongrong retorted, her tone annoyed.

"Just one! My sausage is perfect for replenishing energy!"

"Enough! If you keep pestering me, I'll shove this sausage down your throat!" Ning Rongrong snapped, her eyes flashing with irritation. But beneath her frustration was a faint blush—she couldn't help but notice the attention Oscar was giving her.

Spotting Ye Feng nearby, Ning Rongrong's demeanor changed immediately. She ran over to him, her fatigue forgotten, and greeted him with a bright smile. "Brother, what brings you here?"

Ye Feng smiled warmly and patted her head. "I was just passing by."

"Brother, help me deal with him! He's been harassing me non-stop!" Ning Rongrong complained, glancing at Oscar with mock indignation.

"What's the matter?" Ye Feng asked, his curiosity piqued.

"He keeps staring at me while we're running and insists I eat his… sausage," Ning Rongrong said, her cheeks reddening slightly. Though she sounded annoyed, there was a trace of pride in her voice—after all, she was aware of Oscar's feelings for her.

"Oscar," Ye Feng called out, "are you in love with Rongrong?"

Oscar froze, his expression giving him away completely.

"Oscar," Ye Feng said calmly, "let me remind you of something. Ning Rongrong is the eldest daughter of the Seven Treasures Glazed Tile Clan, and her martial spirit is the Seven Treasures Glazed Tile Pagoda. Sect rules state that any disciple who awakens this martial spirit must marry a non-auxiliary combat spirit master. Knowing this, do you still think you should pursue her?"
