It had been almost a month since Eros had arrived in Bosco, having settled in one of the largest cities in the world, and at the moment, he was making runes on various objects. And even managed to get a good reputation, and during this month, he earned a lot of money, and all this for the sake of one thing, that would attract the attention of the head of the city and one of the best artefactors of Bosco.

Eros rented a small shop in the city where he did his business. The prices were a bit higher than the others, but no one complained, because they knew that the runes Eros used were much better and more effective.

Because of the fact that he had taken away many customers from other rune masters, they tried to threaten him, but usually they left the shop beaten like dogs. There were even those who tried to take revenge, but the next day, their homes suddenly disappeared or they were found beaten and lying in some dark back alley. Of course, everyone realised who was doing this, but kept quiet, because they knew what could happen, and quarrel with the best master of runes is not the best thing to do.

Therefore, the work of the titan was calm and quiet, and in this way, he improved his abilities, learning to put runes, on a variety of objects.

One day, as usual, having received the order, he began to work, but in the middle of the day, he had to stop. Eros felt something in his pocket getting hot.

"What an inconvenience to be distracted while working..."- the titan thought with annoyance, looking at the blue crystal in his hand, "Hmm..."- Eros poured some magic power into the crystal, it extinguished and a rough male voice began to come out of it.

- Hello young master! - The voice said respectfully.

- Blackbeard, is that you? - Eros had not heard this pirate for a very long time.

The titan had met him when he was still in the Village of the Sun. He had left it for a fortnight and was travelling the seas capturing pirate ships to find the gang that had destroyed Kagura's home. He assumed that the bastards' base was somewhere at sea, because that's where it would be hardest to find them. And Blackbeard was one of the twenty ship captains he had captured. And Eros gave them all one task, to find strange buildings in the sea, some bases or something and report back immediately. And the first team that found the place became his deputy, that is, managed all twenty teams on his behalf. So all the teams frantically searched for the gang and during this time captured about thirty more small pirate teams. All in all, almost fifty ships were scouring the sea day and night in search of the right place.

- Did you recognise me?!

- How could I not recognise you, - "You are the only one who can speak in such a sweetly respectful voice," the titan thought with a slight smile.

- I'm so happy... - Eros thought for a moment that he heard sobs from the crystal, but it was probably just that, - Young Master, it's about that case.

- Did you find something?

- Yes, we found a strange dark tower in the sea, not far from the coast of the kingdom of Chisel, but we don't know what is there," the pirate said with frustration, "We sent two scouting teams there, but they never came back.

- So I'll be there soon, tell me the exact coordinates of where you are!

- Yes!

Finishing his conversation with Blackbeard, Eros locked the shop and using invisibility, a pair of wings appeared on his back and taking off, he flew westwards.

"If this is really going to be the place, we need to hurry..."

It took Eros half a day to reach the Kingdom of Chisel, which was located between Fior and Minstrel. On the shore, five ships with a skeleton of a lion's head on the flag were waiting for him.

As he landed on the ships and retracted his invisibility wings, he was immediately targeted by several pirates, some pulling out blades and others preparing to use magic and magical weapons like cannons.

- STOP YOU FREAKS! WHO ARE YOU RAISING YOUR WEAPONS AT, HAVE YOU HAD ENOUGH OF LIFE?! - roared a big man in his forties, with long black hair down to his shoulders, many scars on his face and a long black beard. He wore a black bandana on his head, a simple buttonless shirt that showed off his muscles, and a leather jacket, also buttonless and sleeveless. He also wore simple black trousers tucked into long boots that were almost knee-high. On his right side hung a sabre, and on his back a large rifle, - I beg your pardon, Young Master, I will punish them later! - The pirate lowered his head and said with reverence.The others were experiencing cognitive dissonance, they had never thought that their powerful captain, who had never bowed down to anyone, would suddenly be so fawning with some boy. Some, however, pinched their arm to wake up, thinking it was just a bad dream.

- Less talking, more doing.

- Yes! - he turned sharply to his crew, - Raise anchors! We're sailing! - roared the black-bearded man, waving his hand, and the next moment all the pirates were hustling and preparing to set sail, - Anything else, young master?

- No, the sooner we get there the better," Eros said in a calm voice, climbing up and sitting on the bow of the ship.

- Roger, I'll go and hurry them up," the pirate said respectfully.

Three hours later they reached a strange fog that completely engulfed the ship, obstructing the view. Eros frowned slightly, waved his hand and made a gesture to stop.

- 'Stay here, we need to explore it closer first, but in the meantime, call the rest of the crew and be ready for an assault.

- Do you need our help?

- No, I can handle this one myself, just wait for my signal.

- Roger, - and right in front of Blackbeard's eyes, Eros disappeared, but the pirate was not surprised, because once he had seen this boy sink ten ships with a wave of his hand, that was really scary and frightening. The pirate obeyed Eros, but it was only for show, for he was ready to personally stab him in the back at any moment. Pirates are the kind of people who value "freedom" more than anything else. Titan realised this and was always on his guard, because there was no telling what to expect from these thugs.

Titan easily made his way through the fog, where he could see a giant tower. It had a rather odd ornate shape, with occasional protruding parts. The main part consisted of a huge number of intertwining steel tubes, interlocked with smaller ones that tapered closer to the top of the tower.

"Looks like the citadel of some demon king, kind of grim..."- Titan thought with a frown as he approached the tower.

Touching the pipes, he began to destroy them creating a passage for himself. It took him only a couple of seconds to get inside and the next moment he froze.

He saw a huge number of people, both children and old men, dressed in simple grey robes, or in dirty torn shirts and shorts, without any shoes. He saw these same children carrying giant boulders and working with pickaxes, as people dressed in red dressing gowns with white masks on their faces whipped them with whips, insulting them and laughing out loud... It was a real hell....

"Apparently I've arrived at the right place..."- Suppressing the anger that flared up, he began to examine the people there, checking their power levels. And after a while Eros left the place of "work" and headed through the stone tunnels, "Only a few C-rank mages so far and that's it..."- Wandering through the corridors, he found a few more mages, but their ranks did not exceed C, - "How did they survive? There isn't a single mage here strong enough... What?!"- The titan stopped abruptly and looked to his right, where he felt a large amount of magical power, at least a strong A-rank mage, - "Still, there are strongmen here, we'll have to deal with him at once, but a little later, first we need to understand why this construction is being carried out at all?"

Eros continued moving around the tower, counting the number of mages inside and looking for answers to his questions, until he heard someone shrieking and approaching the place he froze... For the first time in his life, Eros felt such a strong desire to torture a person to death, he didn't even hate Carl that much.

In a small room, a girl, a little older than Kana, was tied to a large column. She had short shoulder-length scarlet hair and a very skinny figure. She looked hatefully at the two men in red dressing gowns and with white masks on their faces, with a pattern like the letter "H", who were beating her with a whip. The girl clenched her teeth tightly and tried not to make a sound as the two men beat and insulted her.

- So you want to play "heroes" with us, you little thing! - growled one of them, -Get out of here, I'm going to teach this little one how to scream.

- Why would you do that, she's skinny and a child," said the other one, bewildered, "Look for someone else, there are some very nice slave girls out there with nice figures.

- Not until I've taught her, I won't rest!

- Eh... Do what you want, but just let her live.

- Don't worry, I'll be gentle... - as soon as the other left the cell, he unbuttoned his dressing gown and started to approach her.
