-Haruka POV-

Dr. Haruka Charles Auclair." A voice speaking behind me shocks me. Did anyone here know I'm a doctor. I clearly told the stewardess before not to tell anyone about me. And I'm not the only one who is shock here. Louis also.

I turned my head to look back and I can see the person who claims he's a doctor on the plane earlier. I forgot his name because I didn't really care about that earlier.

"And may I know who are you?" I asked him a question with my expressionless face.

"Ahh, I thought I told you earlier. I'm Ethan Lorenz. A doctor at Lorentz Family Hospital. You're Dr. Haruka Charles Auclair right?" He asked me back with his shining eyes. I can tell he's excited but why?

"And what if I am?" I didn't answer his question, I replied him with a question instead.

"I knew it. You just look like your sister. And you're my role model in becoming a doctor. I really respect you." He smiles.

"Wait. My sister? Did you know Hanabi?" Now, this guy got my attention.

"Ahh, yes. Your sister. Hanabi Charlotte Auclair. I know her of course." He said, still with his smile on his face.

"Ethan. Come to think of it, I think I remebered Hanabi mentioned your name several times before. She said you did help her a lot during her studies." Now that I remember, I can see why Hanabi likes this guy so much. He's polite and have a good looking face.

"She did mention about me? Now, I'm a little bit embarrassed. I'm not that much of help actually. She's just a talented doctor that's all." He keeps praising Hanabi and I can see his face turning red. I guess Hanabi's love is not one sided after all.

"How did you know her?" Louis' words cut me off before I could ask other question. He looks a lil bit anxious I could say.

"Well, we went to the same university in Ireland, you see. She's my junior and my student too you could say. And may I know who are you? You seem to know Charlotte too." Ethan's words clearly was taken Louis aback but I just pretend not to notice.

"Well, I'm…."

"He's my brother. Louis Ackerman. Well they just know each other during high school and our cousin is a close friend of Miss Charlotte." Out of nowhere, Levi appeared, cutting Louis' words this time.

"Ahh, Mr. Levi Ackerman. It's an honor to meet you here sir." He bowed a little. Did they know each other?

"Yeah. I'm sorry but we don't have much time. So we'll take our leave now." Levi said in his professional way but I could say he wanted to avoid something.

"Ahh, I'm sorry for taking your time sir. Mr. Auclair, this is my card. I hope we can meet each other again and have a talk. I would love to ask some advice from you about medical field." He said politely, handing me his business card and I just take them.

"If time allows us, we sure will. Good luck on being the best doctor." I said with a smile and left with Louis and Levi who already walked ahead of us.

-The Ritz Carlton Hotel-

We arrived at the hotel where we'll be staying for 4 days.

"Levi Ackerman. Three suites." Levi said, showing his booking through his phone without even looking at the hotel staff.

"Ahh, Mr. Ackerman. I heard you'll be arriving today. It's an honor to have you staying at our hotel sir. What are you guys doing? Bring Mr. Ackerman and his acquaintances belongings to their room. I told you Mr. Ackerman will arrive so you guys don't have to check the booking. I'm sorry Mr. Ackerman, let me show you your room." Another staff who's wearing a different outfit came out of nowhere. Maybe he's the manager here.

"It's okay I don't need you to show us the room. Just give me the key." With his boring expression and monotone voice, Levi said that without looking at the manager.

"Ahh, alright sir. Wait a moment. What are you doing? Faster, give Mr. Ackerman the key." The manager said to one of the staff there.

"Yes, sir." She nodded and looked for it. She looks a bit anxious. Well, I cannot blame her when Levi's face is like that.

"I'm sorry sir. Are you Mr. Haruka Charles Auclair?" A voice spoke to me softly as if she didn't want anyone to hear but me.

"Yeah, I am. But why?" I asked her with an awkward smile. I don't know how to respond actually.

"Omg, it's truly him. He's even more handsome in person. Even prettier than other women." I can hear what she said to his friend. This is why I don't really like to go out where there are a lot of people.

"Sorry sir, but can we have a picture with you? A selfie is okay." Her request shocked me. A selfie? I need to reject this but I don't know how.

"I'm sorry but we got to go. And you shouldn't ask for a selfie suddenly. He's not an idol." Levi's voice snapped me out. He wraps his arm around my waist and he is clearly glaring at the girls.

"We're sorry sir!" They apologized and quickly ran away from there. I hate to admit it but Levi Ackerman did save me this time.

"Well then, shall we go?" He said, looking at me. His arm is still around my waist.

"Yes and thank you for earlier." I said, releasing his arm from my waist.

"No worries. I just did my job too." He smirks before he speaks again.

"Louis, this is your key. Your room is on the 15th floor while mine and Mr. Auclair's will be on the 16th floor." Levi said, giving Louis room key to him.

"Why am I on the 15th floor?" He asked and I wanted to ask the same. Actually I wanted our room to be close to each other.

"Because Mr. Auclair is my secretary and I need him to stay in a room close to mine. Since it's the last minute decision that you'll be joining us, only the suite on the 15th floor is available. Whether you like it or not, stay there or you can stay somewhere else." Levi said, smirking at Louis and I can tell Louis is not pleased with this.

"Do what you want. For now." With that, Louis left the elevator when it reached the 5th floor.

Levi did not say anything and we just waited for the elevator to reach the 16th floor where our rooms were located and we arrived at that floor. I step out first without waiting for Levi. We're not in the same room anyways.

"Mr. Auclair, what are you having for dinner?" his voice stopped me from walking towards my room.

"I don't know. I guess I'm going to ask Louis later." I purposely mentioned Louis' name so that he'll give up in case he wanted to have dinner with me.

"Okay then." Just like that? He just said that? He's not going to ask me to have dinner with him? Well good then.

"If that's all, I'll excuse myself." I turned my back from looking at him, ready to walk again.

"As I thought, being a doctor suits you the most." Again, his voice stopped me from continuing my steps.
