Guilty Justice

One week later. Voltrania finally returned to duty at the Crimson Wing, she walked down the hall with Cassandra who followed her from behind, the two of them walked in silence towards Voltrania's office.

After they arrived at Voltrania's office, Voltrania sat at her desk checking all the documents that Cassandra had completed over the past week. She checked all the files one by one to make sure her work on the desk had been completed.

After making sure everything was finished, Voltrania turned to Cassandra.

"You have done your job well, have you discovered any developments?"

Cassandra nodded and approached Voltrania while speaking calmly.

"Ah, I have discovered many new things while replacing you, here is my complete report." Cassandra said while sending the report file she made to Voltrania's computer.

Voltrania opened the file and read it carefully, Cassandra watched her nervously because she hoped all this would impress her, she waited patiently as Voltrania read her file.

After a few minutes of reading, Voltrania smiled slightly and looked at her.

"Hmm, I'm impressed with what you've achieved during my absence, you've lightened a bit of the burden from all my plans, thank you."

Cassandra breathed a sigh of relief, finally she could impress the woman.

"No problem, I'm just doing my duty. By the way, what plan do you mean?" She said curiously.

Voltrania stood up and walked towards the window, she stared out the window while speaking frankly to her.

"Actually, I want to carry out a quarantine where all Crimson Wing members cannot leave the city, I will postpone all missions to carry out hard and painful training for all Crimson Wing Women. We will create super advanced technology and weapons to make our faction stronger so we can eradicate the Destroyer from its roots"

Voltrania continued with a sigh.

"After everything is done and we are ready, we will go to White Moon City to invade them to make it part of the Crimson Wing"

Cassandra was surprised to hear this, but she quickly got rid of her surprise.

"Oh...but are you sure about invading them? I mean what would we do to their citizens?"

Voltrania continued to stare out coldly.

"I will fight Lyla in her palace one on one, I will bet with her, whoever loses will join the winner. We will send spies to convince the citizens of White Moon that we will save them by offering security, economy and a better life on the Crimson Wing, then they'll feel more protected if they're on our side."

Cassandra smiled sarcastically when she heard that.

"You're crazy you know? You talk like it's an easy thing to do."

Voltrania remained calm.

"I know, and I will do everything I can to achieve it, tomorrow I will make a speech in the park about this to all members of the Crimson Wing. If we want to invade a faction, we must be prepared mentally, physically and in strength."

Cassandra wanted to argue but she couldn't, she looked at Voltrania while nodding.

"I understand, I will follow your plan. We will do a lot of training and production of new weapons, as well as inject superhuman serum into the others."

Voltrania smiled slightly and patted his shoulder. "I appreciate your understanding Cassandra, this is not only because of my obsession, but also for Crimson Wing."

While they were chatting, Selena knocked on the door and entered the room quietly, she glanced at the two of them.

"Voltrana, Cassandra, come with me to the laboratory for a moment, I have something to show you both."

Voltrania and Cassandra nodded, they both followed Selena to the laboratory, a few minutes walking in the corridor the three of them entered the lab.

Selena approached the hamster in the cage to show it to the two of them. Selena patted the cage.

"Listen, I have examined the crystal on the Asteroid and I have found something. This crystal contains ingredients that can strengthen the superhuman serum that we have created, and I have combined the two when developing it to minimize the negative impact of that power.

Voltrania and Cassandra were curious about what Selena said, Cassandra asked.

"Then how is the result?"

Selena touched the hamster which startled him and he teleported out of the cage quickly, she saw the two of them.

"This guinea pig almost melted the laboratory last night because he teleported himself to a vial of acid, isn't this what you ordered?"

Voltrania crossed her arms over her chest, she was quite impressed by this development. "You did very well, but has this been tested on humans?"

Selena shook her head.

"Not yet, because no one dares to try it, they're afraid."

Voltrania sighed.

"Huh, they were all timid a long time ago, I'll try it."

Cassandra was surprised to hear Voltrania say that.

"You're crazy, we don't know the consequences of this new serum yet. Selena, are there any risks?"

Selena turned to Cassandra.

"Well I didn't know before trying it on humans either."

Selena was fiddling with a device on a table and a large tube appeared from below, Selena opened the door to invite Voltrania to enter, Voltrania entered without hesitation and waited for what Selena would do.

Selena returned to her computer and pressed several buttons before hitting the red button on the side surrounded by warning girls, red liquid began to come out of the tube and drowned Voltrania in it which made Voltrania's body look like a black silhouette from the outside while Cassandra waited nervously.

Selena pulled the lever beside her so that the crystal energy began to enter the tube through the hose, Voltrania's body began to react in the tube, she began to feel excruciating pain in the process. Voltrania started screaming in pain in the tube as she endured the pain, Cassandra was shocked when she heard her screams, but she could only remain silent while waiting for the process to end.

A few minutes later, Selena turned off the machine and the liquid drained from inside. After the liquid was gone, Selena opened the tube door. As the door opened, red smoke started to come out from inside, Cassandra looked at the tube worriedly and hoped that Voltrania wasn't hurt.

Voltrania stepped out of the tube, her body became more mature and feminine, her hair became more blood red and her red eyes had symbols like the balance of justice , she looked more beautiful and cool at the same time.

All the women in the laboratory gaped when they saw Voltrania's changes, they were silent because they couldn't speak, Cassandra looked at Voltrania with a sense of possessiveness that was starting to increase. Selena started clapping because her experiment was successful and produced something good. She approached Voltrania and checked for external or internal injuries, but all she got was a healthy body and Voltrania's beauty.

Selena asked Voltrania.

"Did you feel anything different?"

Voltrania answered tiredly.

"I felt something growing inside me, I felt stronger and more powerful than usual."

Selena chuckled and nudged her playfully. "Hehe great, my experiment finally succeeded. You are my masterpiece, haha, let's test it"

The three of them went to the simulation room to see Voltrania's body enhanced with the updated serum, Cassandra and Selena stood behind the glass to watch Voltrania, Voltrania entered the simulation room and stood up straight.

Selena released a low-level Destroyer in the shape of a black tiger with human legs on its stomach, Voltrania released all the electricity in her body and hit the creature, the creature quickly shattered into small fragments. Selena looked at her computer and she was shocked by what she saw, the electrical voltage that Voltrania had released was six hundred thousand volts, even though Voltrania didn't look serious when fighting the monster.

Selena raised her hands happily and smiled with satisfaction.

"Hooray~, I finally succeeded."

Voltrania came out of the room and approached them, she felt relief because her initial plan went smoothly, she succeeded in this thanks to Cassandra.

Voltrania smiled slightly and glanced at Selena.

"This is good, make it in the form of an injection to give to our other troops, I want them to be strong and not always depend on me like they have been. But before that, do it with Cassandra too."

Selena nodded happily.

"Of course, your order will be ready in two days miss. Come on, Cassandra."

Cassandra pondered for a moment then nodded.

"Okay, I hope this works for me too, my strength must also be on par with Voltrania if I want to be her loyal advisor and protector."

Voltrania smiled gently.

"That's my girl, how about we test our strength by dueling outside the city after you improve?"

Cassandra chuckled.

"Hehe, I won't hold back." Cassandra said before turning around and leaving Voltrania alone there.

Voltrania breathed a sigh of relief because her list number one had been completed, now plan number two was ordering their clothing designer to make new, stronger uniforms and armor. She started walking to the fashion boutique to meet the designer, Vivian.

After walking through the city for a while, Voltrania finally arrived at Vivian's boutique in the middle of the city. She entered it and saw Vivian measuring a dress on a mannequin, then her attention was diverted when she saw Voltrania enter. Vivian dusted off her clothes and approached Voltrania to greet her, she felt honored to meet her again.

Vivian lowered her head and lifted her dress slightly respectfully.

"Welcome to Vivian's boutique, how may I help you Lady Voltrania?"

Voltrania nodded and said calmly.

"I want you to redesign our uniforms and armor, can you do it?"

Vivian was excited to hear that, she quickly took her notebook and pen. "Of course, what do you want?"

Voltrania started talking about the new appearance she wanted.

"The first thing I want is a white armor dress with red stripes for me and Cassandra, for the other members use black with red stripes, make sure it's not too busy with accessories so we can fight more agilely."

Vivian heard this more and more, she really liked challenges in terms of fashion, especially for Voltrania, she wrote it all down in her notebook and asked again.

"Do I need to make it match the temperature of the air to your body? Like a heater or cooler inside?"

Voltrania crossed her arms.

"Yes, it's very important so that we can adapt to any climate, make sure you make it strong but still beautiful and light."

Vivian is very passionate in writing everything she says, the more challenges in terms of fashion, the more passionate her life becomes. "Ohh yahh~, Lady Voltrania, even though you are quiet and cruel in battle, you still have taste in clothes huh."

Voltrania smiled gently.

"Hehe, you flatter me. Take the time you need to prepare it, I'll wait that long."

Vivian laughed a little, happy to know her leader was open with her about her appearance.

Voltrania waved slightly and left the boutique, she walked in the city while enjoying the view for a moment after her enhancement, she decided to sit on a park bench alone.

Voltrania thought back to what she would do in the future, she remembered the real reason she wanted to invade White Moon, this was not only about the common good but also revenge, she looked up at the sky to remember that incident.

Five years ago. previously Crimson Wing was called Red Wing, this organization was founded by Victoria, the first Red Wing leader. In the past, Victoria and Anna, the leader of the first White Moon, had been friends for a long time. They founded their respective factions and competed to kill Destroyers without injuring each other. The highest number of Destroyers that both factions could kill would win and get an annual prize.

But everything changed when Victoria was dying against a very strong Destroyer, Anna was there to help her but she decided to kill Victoria on the grounds that she could die in peace and not suffer any more in this world. After Victoria's death, Voltrania, who at that time was her secretary, was promoted to the position of Red Wing's new leader, she changed Red Wing's name to Crimson Wing and closed itself off from White Moon.

Back to the present, Voltrania sat alone on a park bench accompanied by birds chirping around her, she would take revenge on the White Moon no matter what, her cold eyes radiated strong determination, she took a deep breath to calm her mind for a moment.

She now felt stronger than before thanks to the crystal, she secretly felt impatient to see Cassandra's power increase as it seemed like tomorrow, they would duel to test each of them's strength.
