Chapter 22: Chapter 20
Damn, guys. I didn't expect all this support and eagerness for more chapters of this fanfiction. I was just intending to let it rest for a while after being a little pissed off. That day wasn't a good day, and I just took it out in the fanfiction after reading comments that weren't positive. Dealing with comments like these all the time in every one of my fanfic became something normal as I know I can't please everyone, but it gets to a boiling point sometimes. Well, I preferred to let the fic rest for a while on hiatus, as I didn't intend to drop it because I was having fun writing too.
Anyway, as I was saying, I felt your passion for this fanfic, and I will show you that I appreciate it by continuing it.
As Jackie Wells tells V in Cyberpunk 2077, "I can feel it. Your passion."
I felt it the same from you, beloved readers.
I made this one a little hurriedly, as I wanted to deliver it before the end of the year, as it isn't yet where I am.
Enjoy it and...
✨ Happy New Year, Amazing Readers! ✨
As the clock strikes midnight, I want to take a moment to thank each and every one of you for being part of this incredible journey in every one of my fanfictions. Your love, support, and enthusiasm have made every word worth writing.
Here's to a new year filled with more adventures and chapters to come. May 2025 bring you joy, inspiration, and success in all you do.
Cheers to a fantastic year ahead! 🎉🥂
With gratitude and love, Bobainox.

"Now you know I wasn't pulling your leg," Henrik said with a small smile.
Henrik's blood in the map wiggled and dissipated after the spell finished. Gloria looked at that with a regretful expression, but she was raging in fury inside her after the next thing to happen.
"Still, I don't know exactly how we are family," Klaus said as he removed his eyes from the map with a small smile on his lips, earnestly content with the result. Now there was someone else in the world naturally like himself, and even more, he was family.
Henrik was about to say something when Klaus interrupted him.
"I know, I know. Wait for the answers." Klaus rolled his eyes, already predicting what he would say. "Well, it doesn't matter for the moment. I already like you, little guy. Now that we are sure we are family, let's celebrate it properly."
"I will have this, my favorite witch," Klaus said, and quickly took the box with the dagger from the table under Gloria's eyes.
Gloria looked like someone killed her puppies as Klaus took the box.
"Oh, come on, love, don't look at me like that. That doesn't belong to you in the first place. What do you expect to do with the blood? Your eagerness was radiating for everyone to see." Klaus smiled mischievously.
"Nothing..." Gloria said after composing herself. She looked at Henrik and felt threatened, knowing that he could kill her at any chance if he wished. Even more with all these hybrids and vampires that also threatened her, not to mention Klaus, who was already a big problem.
"Fine then. Let's celebrate this joyous occasion with a drink." Klaus said, satisfied, and moved to the bar counter. While passing beside Henrik, he gave him the box with the dagger.
"Heh." Henrik had a small smile as he took the box in hand.
"Well, well. What a surprise—so you truly are a Mikaelson, babe." Katherine said as she extended a finger and touched his chest, mischievously looking at his eyes.
"I'm not so bored as to move around talking just to call unnecessary attention to me." Henrik rolled his eyes. Then he took her waist with his free hand, moving her closer to his body.
"I didn't say otherwise. Mhm~~" Katherine said and then blushed, leaning against Henrik's body as he moved his hand from her waist to her ass, pinching hard and squeezing her ass cheek.
"Now you look more sure of it." Henrik chuckled, seeing Katherine's weak state.
"I never doubted it, daddy. Not even for a second since the first moment you commented about it." Caroline said as she leaned against his other side, pushing her breasts against his body.
"I know, baby girl. You are a good girl." Henrik doted on Caroline as he gave her a sweet kiss on her lips.
"Come, girls. You two are the same—good girls." Henrik said as he looked at Megan and Alicia, who were also looking eagerly at him.
After a few hours of drinking at the bar counter, Klaus led Henrik and Stefan to the place where the rest of the family was sleeping, intending to awaken Rebekah. In the meantime, the rest of Henrik's girls stayed back at the bar, but Henrik said to Caroline to fetch Elena and Damon near the bar and wait for an opportunity to grab Stefan as they came along with them to Chicago, intending to bring back Stefan.
"I suppose you already know the family, Henrik. As you can name them all." Klaus said as they walked into a warehouse. "So I don't need to present you to everyone."
"Sure, I know how they look. But I would like to talk to them too." Henrik said, rolling his eyes as he saw that Klaus didn't intend to get him too close to them, maybe in case he wanted to awaken the rest, as he only wanted to wake up Rebekah.
"Well, that would have to wait. But smile, you can talk to my little sister." Klaus gave him a smile as they stopped beside a coffin that was between four others.
Klaus opened the top with a soft smile as he looked at the woman in there, and Stefan and Henrik did the same.
"What a sleeping beauty! A shame she is looking like that, desiccated." Henrik admired with a sigh the looks of Rebekah, already eager to meet her.
"I know, my beloved little sister. Always radiant." Klaus said as he caressed softly Rebekah's cheeks.
"I don't recognize her," Stefan said quietly after looking at her for a moment.
"Well, don't tell her that." Klaus chuckled. "Rebekah's temper is worse than mine."
Klaus then took the White Oak Ash Dagger out of her chest. "Time to wake up, little sister."
After a long while with the three waiting, Rebekah was nowhere near intending to wake up from her state.
"Any day now, Rebekah." Klaus smiled as he said to them both. "She's being dramatic."
"Look, in the meantime while we wait, why don't you just tell me what the hell is going on? I mean, we obviously knew each other, and you say that I also knew your sister, right?" Stefan started pushing again for answers as they waited without doing anything for Rebekah to wake up. "That has to mean something as you took me around all summer running looking for the wolves when you could have done it without me."
"Well, you have many useful talents." Klaus smiled with amusement.
"Do I?" Stefan asked skeptically.
"In fact, I learned some of my favorite tricks from you." Klaus continued. "I was your number one fan."
"Why should I believe any of this?" Stefan asked, not believing it.
"Klaus has quite an eagerness for gore and sadistic tendencies for fun, so you came to him like a ring to a finger for amusement, as you are quite crazy doing shit while inhibited." Henrik added from the side, boringly, as he leaned against one of the coffins, not knowing who was in there.
"You know what? Come, I will show you something." Klaus said as he intended to leave the warehouse.
Klaus then moved next to a guy who handled the transport and compelled him. "When she wakes up, tell her to meet us at Gloria's bar. Then volunteer your carotid artery and let her feed until you die."
"Where would we be going?" Stefan asked uncertainly.
"You think I'm lying, Stefan. You and I knew each other. You trusted me with one of your secrets, and now I'm going to prove it to you." Klaus said as he looked at him.
"How?" Stefan inquired.
"We're going to your old apartment." Klaus smiled mischievously.
"Boring. I will wait here for Rebekah to wake up while you two run around." Henrik said to Klaus as he prepared to leave the warehouse.
"Why?" Klaus asked while looking into Henrik's eyes for answers.
"I want to know her." Henrik smiled. Then he said earnestly to him, "Look, if you are maybe worried that I would wake up the rest, I will not do it, or do anything at all to them. They are my family the same as you are. I will never do anything to my family."
"I believe it. Alright then, wait for her to wake up and then go to Gloria's bar." Klaus said after a moment, removing his sight from him and walking to the exit. "Come on, Stefan. Let's take a trip down memory lane and look at your old self."
Henrik smiled, seeing Klaus's back leaving and Stefan tailing after him. Content, he moved a chair that was from the guy who handled the transport and sat beside Rebekah's coffin, waiting for her to wake up.
After a moment, his phone vibrated, and he took a peek. It was Caroline telling him that they were already waiting near Gloria's bar with Damon and Elena, waiting for a chance to grab Stefan. He texted her that Klaus took Stefan to Stefan's old apartment and then they would move into the bar.
"When will you wake up, sleeping beauty?" Henrik sighed, bored, as he saw how things were moving. Elena was here, but when he met her in Mystic Falls before they came here, he noted that she wasn't so try-hard about getting Stefan as before. It seemed that many disappointments were doing a turning point on her. He was sure that Damon must have shown her the old apartment of Stefan, trying to make the breach even bigger.
Smiling, he just needed to wait.
"Who are you?" Rebekah said as she woke up and was looking at him from inside the coffin, arching upwards while grabbing the coffin walls.
