High school dxd: As Sukuna

Chapter 25: Chapter 25

Soon, they reached the cafe and went in, taking a seat. Both Alastor and Sona ignored the looks of awe that they were getting.

Sona was used to it and he just didn't put any thought into the words of those people.

"This is interesting..." He thought as he looked at the huge menu and plethora of options, "What do you suggest I try? I've never been to one of these places before." He said.

"Iced caramel frappe. It's my favorite coffee here." After a moment of thought, Sona gave him her opinion. "Cool, what about food?" He asked as he looked at the plethora of unfamiliar and familiar options.

"You could try the ramen, it's pretty nice," Sona suggested. "I've already eaten ramen before, I like it, but I want to try something new," He said.

"How about a sandwich?" She asked. "Sure I can give it a go." He agreed. "I'll get you one of my favorites." She said with a smile and gave the order to the waiter as they sat in the two-person booth.

"So we were talking about your goal." He brought the conversation back to the topic they were talking about. "After you finish from this freck show, what do you plan to to do. I remember that you have a dream of making a school in underworld or something."

Sona blushed slightly, looking away for a moment. "It's kind of embarrassing to talk about my dreams like that," she admitted, her voice barely above a whisper.

Alastor leaned in, giving her a reassuring smile. "Hey, it's not embarrassing at all. I think it's admirable. A lot of people wouldn't even have the courage to think that far ahead, let alone have a concrete goal like you do."

Encouraged by his words, Sona looked up, her cheeks still a bit pink. "Well, I've always wanted to build a school in the Underworld—one that focuses on practical skills and real-world education, not just magic and power for devil of all classes. I think it's important for the future of Underworld."

Alastor nodded, understanding her passion. But he also knew the challenges she faced. "But you know how our council is," Sona continued, her expression clouding with frustration. "They're so set in their ways. I don't think I can make that possible. Even my father thinks I'm just daydreaming."

Without missing a beat, Alastor leaned back, crossing his arms with a casual smirk. "Should I beat him until he agrees with you?"

Sona looked at him, a mix of amusement and exasperation flashing in her eyes. For anyone else, such a statement might have sounded like a joke, but she knew Alastor too well. If she gave him the slightest nod, he'd actually go through with it.

And bring hell to those who opposes her. Sona sometimes wonder how can someone be this much fearless.

Alastor was no fool, in fact he can be considered a genius, so he knows the consequences of every action he takes, even better than Sons could predict, but Alastor just don't care.

"Alastor, you know I can't let you do that," Sona sighed, though she couldn't help the small smile tugging at her lips. "I appreciate the offer, but this is something I need to achieve on my own. I want to prove to everyone, especially my father, that I can do this without relying on violence or force."

"Hey Al, Do you think human are weak." Sona asked.

"Why you ask?"

"It's just that most devils think that human is below us and isn't that also one of the reason why a reincarnated devil is not give equal respect as pure blooded devil." Sona asked.

Alastor leaned back in his seat, contemplating Sona's question. "Well, it's true that many devils see humans as weak or inferior, especially those who come from old noble families. They believe power and bloodline determine one's worth. And, yeah, that's why reincarnated devils often face discrimination—they're seen as lesser because they started as humans."

He paused, his eyes narrowing slightly in thought. "But who gives a fuck about them anyway. Say what you want about humans being weak

and shit, I can never drink something this good at a random stall in the Underworld." He commented taking another sip of the drink.

"Told you it's good." Sona smiled appreciatively.

"So have you worked out some structure for your school system?" He asked, making conversation as he drank more of the coffee.

They spent the rest of their time in the cafe discussing Sona's school idea as he also gave her many of his own inputs that incorporated the presence of the royal clans too.

Although she wanted to create equal grounds for everyone, she would have to work quite hard for it.

Alastor really liked the excited glint in her eyes as she talked about her dream with her full attention.

She looks just as beautiful as when she is cosplaying as magic girl.

"So you came with Rias because you wanted to learn about the school system of the humans?" He asked.

"Yeah. Initially, it was supposed to be just her, but I ended up tagging along." Sona said as she ate the last bite of the food.

Oh that's check out many of my doubts.

"Shall we go to the aquarium next?" He offered got up from his seat and offered her his hand. "I haven't forgotten that you are interested in Prince Charming like approach, So-tan."

Sona blushed at him but still hold his hand.
