Hogwarts: The Unscientific Wizard (TL)

Chapter 528: Chapter 528 If you don't do anything outrageous, you don't deserve to be the protagonist

It was nearing noon when Andy arrived at the Great Hall.

"Andy, over here!"

Andy saw Hermione raising her right hand and waving at him as soon as he entered the great hall.

Andy walked over with a smile, joking, "What's up? You missed me after just one morning?"

Hermione didn't deny it.

After Andy sat down, Hermione whispered, "Harry and Ron came to see me this morning... Of course, they were looking for you, but you weren't here."

Andy's head started to throb.

Harry was the protagonist, and protagonists often meant trouble.

This was true in all stories.

But then again, without the protagonists risking their lives, where would the excitement be?

Andy didn't see himself as a particularly qualified protagonist in that regard.

Or was he more like the protagonist of cool wish fulfilment fiction?

"For what?" Andy asked.

In any case, the magic transfiguration had been a success, and Andy had spent the past month practising his magical control during the period of unstable magic.

So from now until the summer holidays, Andy will have some free time.

Provided there was no danger, Andy wouldn't mind spending some time with Harry.

It would be a good way to relax.

"They didn't say much."

It was clear Hermione was a little indignant.

Harry and Ron's unwillingness to tell her was a clear sign of their lack of trust.

"But I've guessed a few things."

Hermione said, tapping her forehead in a self-satisfied manner. "Harry's forehead hurts again, which could be a sign, a sign that it has something to do with You-Know-Who, right?"

"Although the two of them didn't say anything, they don't hide their emotions at all, and I can see right through them."

"Impressive..."

Andy said dryly, "Hermione, I didn't realise you had become so good at this."

This is not a good thing for him.

If Hermione evolves into Sherlock Hermione, how will Andy be able to get away with lying in the future?

"Of course!"

Hermione said with a self-satisfied smile. "We've known each other for almost three years now, and while I may not be as gifted as you in the field of magic, I will never concede when it comes to intelligence."

"Over the years, you've always managed to find out the truth behind things through clues. I've followed suit and read some mystery novels... and it seems to have paid off!"

Andy: "..."

Big sister, I'm cheating!

Although Andy had only seen the first Harry Potter film, the novel was very popular in his previous life, so there was a lot of relevant fandom information online, and he could easily stumble upon numerous references.

Combined with some analysis and reasoning, that's how Andy could predict the future with such ease.

But what about Hermione?

Has she evolved?

"Continue," Andy said, making a 'please continue' gesture.

Encouraged, Hermione continued her analysis: "They seem to be in a hurry, but instead of looking for the professors, they came to you first."

"This shows that this matter should be quite ridiculous, and the professors may not believe it easily-"

After a pause, Hermione added, "Except for Dumbledore."

Andy nodded slightly.

That's right! Dumbledore is... sometimes quite whimsical.

After saying this, Hermione looked at Andy and said in a testing tone, "Now that there are so many clues... Andy, can you guess why they came to see you?"

"You know?" Andy asked in return.

Hermione shook her head helplessly and said, "I can only guess that it has something to do with the Dark Lord."

Andy gave a faint smile and concluded, "The scar hurts, and the first thing he did was look for me... Your analysis is correct; this matter may indeed be a bit ridiculous."

"...Maybe Harry dreamed about the Dark Lord."

Yes! Andy has already changed his tone and called Voldemort the Dark Lord.

Because Snape received a mission.

Here's what happened.

One night, Snape went to see Voldemort, only to find that he was in a bad mood that day.

The reason is not worth mentioning.

Anyway, Snape received an assignment: he had to investigate Hogwarts and find out who had been saying Voldemort's name.

And then kill him!

This made Snape extremely irritable, so Gryffindor lost another fifty points for it.

Back to the topic!

"Dreaming about the Dark Lord?"

Hermione found this hard to believe. "Harry... why would he dream about the Dark Lord?"

"But if that's really the case, the professors probably won't believe Harry. That's ridiculous; who would believe a dream was real?"

"And... if it was just a dream, why was Harry so nervous?"

As she said this, Hermione suddenly came to a realisation.

"No! Why did you guess it was a dream? No normal person would think along those lines, would they?"

Andy: "..."

Hermione: "..."

Andy cautiously suggested, "Has anyone ever told you that your speech rate is like a machine gun?"

Hermione glared at Andy in some embarrassment. "Have you lived long enough? Come to the point!"

"Let Harry explain it himself!" After saying this, Andy raised his chin and gestured for Hermione to look behind her.

Hermione turned around, and sure enough, she saw Harry and Ron walking towards them together.

"Andy, we need to talk to you about something."

Harry looked serious. "We can only turn to you. No one else will believe me."

Ever since Harry had escaped using the Portkey Andy had given him, he had placed an extremely high level of trust in Andy.

He was a simple boy.

If Andy had been Harry and had gone through a similar experience, he would have suspected the person who had given him the Portkey in the first place—did he know something?

"Hermione has already told me,"

Andy said, "What is it? Let's sit down and talk about it!"

Harry looked around hesitantly.

There weren't many people around, but this wasn't the place to talk.

Pop!

Andy snapped his fingers. "It's okay; no one can hear us."

"That's cool, man," Ron said with envy.

Harry also stared with longing.

If he could be as powerful as Andy, he wouldn't have been defeated by Peter Pettigrew that day.

In that case, Voldemort wouldn't have resurrected.

Although Dumbledore, Professor McGonagall, Professor Lupin, Sirius Black and others had been comforting him, saying that it wasn't his fault,

Dumbledore had even bluntly said that Voldemort could have resurrected even without Harry's blood.

But Harry had never stopped blaming himself!

If Voldemort didn't use Harry's blood to complete his resurrection, then Harry could have restrained him forever.

Instead, like now, it completely invalidated the protective magic that his mother had sacrificed her life to cast.

"Andy... I had a dream."

Harry said with a complex expression on his face. "I dreamt about Voldemort. I saw them plotting a plan, and Voldemort seemed very anxious and angry."
