Chapter 6: Chapter 6: Welcome to the Wizarding World
Rosier's words struck Wentworth like a bolt of lightning out of the blue.
"Imprisoned? Imprisoned where?" There was no need to ask—it had to be Azkaban! Breaking into Azkaban? Although Wentworth was curious about everything in the wizarding world, the Dementors were the one thing he had no desire to encounter.
However, Wentworth knew he couldn't refuse too bluntly—at least, not in a way that might offend these people in front of him, who seemed even more ruthless and cunning than Death Eaters.
After a moment's silence, Wentworth carefully said,
"Grandma Rosier, don't worry. Before long, I will enter there openly, rather than sneaking in like this."
Wentworth's intention was to tell Rosier that, after graduating and joining the Ministry of Magic, he could enter Azkaban legitimately as part of his work.
But Rosier interpreted his words quite differently.
Rosier's lips twitched with barely contained excitement.
"Well said, Wentworth. You're absolutely right. Since when have we ever snuck around? We of the Pureblood Party are no skulking rats! One day, we will make the wizarding world remember us again. I believe that day is not far away!"
After speaking, Rosier turned and left. The elderly followers behind her, equally animated, nodded fervently as they followed her out of Wentworth's residence.
Wentworth was left standing in the doorway, bewildered.
"Did they misunderstand me? Whatever, I'll deal with it later!"
He quickly pushed the matter to the back of his mind, happily fantasizing about the wizarding world's future.
"I need to carefully plan my life at Hogwarts. I'm here to experience the wizarding world. Saving the world? That's for the main characters to handle. First, I need a solid plan—starting with..."
As Wentworth was plotting his future, Rosier and her group were back at their headquarters, too restless to sleep.
Gathered around a table, Rosier sat at the head, scanning the room with her sharp gaze. After a moment, she spoke slowly,
"What happened tonight must be spread to the world as soon as possible! Since our master was deceived by Dumbledore and chose self-imprisonment, many of our members have gone dormant."
"Now is the time to awaken them. Let them know that the new master of the Pureblood Party has emerged. And he bears the name Grindelwald!"
A subordinate seated nearby asked hesitantly,
"Rosier, what if they refuse to heed our call? After so many years, some have surely been worn down by time."
Rosier's expression darkened as she replied,
"In that case, we will reclaim everything our master once bestowed upon them. While our master may not care, those treasures will undoubtedly be of great use to Wentworth!"
As she spoke, Rosier pulled out a pendant—a triangle enclosing a circle, with a vertical line cutting through the center. She placed the pendant around her neck and stood, declaring,
"For the Greater Good!"
The next morning, Wentworth was awakened by a loud knock at the door.
Yawning, he opened it to find Rosier marching in grandly, with floating parcels trailing behind her—most of which were clothes, though he also spotted a large number of cosmetics.
Before Wentworth could ask, Rosier turned to him and said,
"Today, I'm giving you your first lesson: Elegance! Magic fades over time, but elegance endures!"
Staring at the whirlwind of clothes behind her, Wentworth was dumbfounded.
When Wentworth finally appeared at the Leaky Cauldron—his blonde hair neatly styled, his pale skin glowing, and dressed in a high-collared coat—the noisy pub fell silent.
"Wow, I haven't seen such a handsome young man in ages. Reminds me of myself in my younger days!" the barkeep, Tom, remarked with exaggerated admiration as Wentworth approached the bar with Rosier.
With a polite smile, Wentworth replied,
"Thank you for your compliment, sir. Your charm remains timeless, like the eternal morning star."
Rosier gave an almost imperceptible nod of approval, clearly satisfied with Wentworth's performance.
Tom, visibly surprised by the young man's poise, asked,
"First time at Hogwarts, are you? A new student?"
Wentworth nodded with a smile, and Tom's face lit up with understanding.
Under Tom's guidance, Rosier and Wentworth passed through the bar to a small courtyard surrounded by walls. Taking out her wand, Rosier tapped the wall three times. The bricks began to quiver and rearrange themselves.
"Welcome to the wizarding world!"
As Wentworth followed Rosier into Diagon Alley, his eyes widened at the glittering shop windows filled with an array of magical goods.
"Where are we going first, Grandma Rosier?" Wentworth asked, his gaze fixed on a broomstick displayed in a nearby window.
"First? We're going to get some money, of course!" Rosier replied.
"Take plenty—it's all part of the Grindelwald family's inheritance anyway. With Hogwarts coming up, I can't help feeling anxious. Better to have extra on hand!"
Their striking presence drew many goblins' attention as they entered Gringotts. Several younger goblins quickly approached, offering their assistance, but Rosier ignored them and strode directly to a counter at the back, where an elderly goblin peered curiously at them.
"What can I do for you, esteemed guests?" the goblin asked, scrutinizing them closely.
"We're here for Vault 714," Rosier stated.
At the mention of the vault, the goblin's clouded eyes gleamed with sudden clarity.
"Vault 714? If I remember correctly, that vault has always been connected to... So, the heir to that family has returned? Truly a revelation for the wizarding world!"
The goblin leaned forward and added,
"Follow me, then. Let's hope you haven't made a mistake—it's a long way down, after all. Vault 714 is accessible only by bloodline inheritance."
