I Am Hades, Lord of the Underworld!

The Titan War! 

It's not as simple as it appears. Hades, Poseidon, Zeus—these three God-Kings seem to have just dealt with a few major figures before facing their father, Kronos, in the end. It seems simple.

But in reality?!

Well, it really was that simple. Despite the life-and-death battles and the dangerously close final outcome, the truth is that the tasks assigned to these three God-Kings were indeed that straightforward. 

Although it was a battle of life and death, their responsibilities were simple.

For the entirety of the Titan War, across all battlefields, the true responsibilities fell on the shoulders of three deities: Hypnos, Nereus, and Prometheus. 

They were truly overwhelmed, to the point where the gods were on the brink of collapse. Especially since Hades had prepared even more contingencies, and all these tasks had to be managed by Hypnos.

One can only say!

Hypnos's abilities are indisputably top-tier. In the shortest time, with the best results, he completed everything.

All of this earned Hypnos the highest recognition from Hades.

Mu! 

As a perfect Specter, he was born from the spiritual essence of the Underworld's butterflies, the divine power of the Underworld, and the power of the god of dreams, among other elements. Finally, the law of sleep was added to complete him. Could Hades not have done this himself? 

Of course, he could! Death, darkness, sleep, night, and so on!

These are all laws Hades controls, and for him, creating Mu was an effortless task. Because of this, as long as Hades wanted to, he could easily bring Mu into existence.

However!

Hades didn't do it. That's just his nature.

Hades doesn't care about mortal kingly methods, but he knows rationally that when his subordinate gods achieve something, they should be rewarded.

Artifacts? Divine items?

Hades doesn't limit these things, and the reason is simple: Hades is different from other gods.

Hades's current path of cultivation focuses on law cultivation and the development of his divine kingdom. Law cultivation needs no explanation, and as for the divine kingdom? He nurtured the World Tree, with the World Tree at the core, birthing the Underworld.

The World Tree, the Underworld, and the Lord of the Underworld are a trinity.

The World Tree, the Underworld, and the Underworld Gods are a trinity.

In essence, when the resources are absorbed by the Underworld Gods, they will also benefit the Underworld, which will in turn benefit the World Tree, and ultimately benefit Hades. This concept is the same!

Moreover, there will be no reduction; in fact, 100% of the resources absorbed will enhance the gods and return as 120% in benefit.

This is clearly a guaranteed profitable venture. Given this, why would Hades limit the growth of his subordinate gods? Fear they might surpass him?

For gods, their reputation is almost the most important thing.

And now Hypnos has something other gods don't—his own perfect, exclusive Specter. How could he not nurture it well?

All the subordinate gods began vying fiercely, just to earn an exclusive Specter as a reward.

Thanatos's thoughts are very serious. As one of the twin gods, doesn't this reward place Hypnos ahead of him?
