"Snake Princess Sama!" 

Inside the weather ship, Hancock's two younger sisters greeted her respectfully, astonished to see her being held by the mysterious cloaked man. 

"Who is he?" Hancock asked curiously, glancing between the cloaked dragon, the Snake Princess in his arms, and Giorno. 

The Snake Princess looked at Hancock with a half-smile, "Hancock, what's going on?"

She lifted her chin and pointed at the old man in the small ship. 

Hancock's two younger sisters felt a little guilty. 

"What's going on?" Hancock replied with a stern expression. "That old man trespassed on our Island and said he would offer three Devil Fruits as atonement!" 

"Oh, really?" The snake princess laughed. 

Hancock felt a little uncomfortable and avoided making eye contact with her. 

The Snake Princess didn't push any further. Her golden hair danced wildly in the wind swirling around Dragon, and she nodded to Princess Jolyne, then looked at the cloud-like Liam, "So you two know each other?" 

"We spent some time together on an island before." Dragon nodded, his grim-looking face revealing a slight smile at Liam. "It's best not to ask for my information. It might cause trouble..." 

"Eh! So stingy!" Liam scoffed. 

He flew up for a while, then approached Dragon and the others, reaching a hand out of the cloud to grab Dragon's body under the cloak and the Snake Princess's shoulder. 

Dragon: "..." 

Snake Princess: "..." 

Kuma: "..." 

"There is no elementalization! Isn't it a Logia?" Liam asked curiously. "So how can you ride the wind and bring someone with you? You can't use Haki to create a storm all the time, can you?" 

Unless Dragon is some kind of superman with such immense stamina that he could circle the Red Line one hundred and eighty times, how could his Haki handle such a use? 

Dragon looked at the rapidly rising weather ship. "Isn't that also generating wind to move?" 

There are many ways to generate wind. 

Even throwing a strong blow into the air can create a powerful gust. 

A skilled swordsman can slash through the air and create fierce sword energy. 

"We're using the science of weather here..." The old man in the weather ship explained quickly. 

Dragon, who was carrying Snake Princess as he rode the wind upward, said flatly, "It's all the same."

At an altitude of nearly ten thousand meters, the balloon was towing the small weather ship, wobbling as it arrived at a small island. 

This small island, however, was composed of clusters of dense clouds that formed the ground. There were bridges connecting the different layers of clouds, creating a miniature version of a country. 

"This is Weatheria! A country that studies the science of weather." 

The old man Haredas, wearing a pointy hat, cheerfully steered the weather ship for landing. 

"Wow! An island in the clouds!" 

The three sisters jumped out of the weather ship one by one. Hancock, a bit cautious but very curious, stepped cautiously onto the white cloud surface, which was soft but didn't seem to sink. 

Liam, Kuma, and Dragon, along with Snake Princess, followed closely behind, flying up from below and landing on the solid cloud surface one by one. 

"This is called 'Island Cloud.'" 

Robin, who had followed the three sisters with the old scientist Haredas after the weather ship had docked, heard the old man explain with a smile. "There's also a water-like cloud called the 'Sea of Clouds.' Look over there." 

The girls followed the old man's lead, and indeed, they saw a small pond not far away. 

Unlike the ponds they knew, this one was completely white and also made of clouds. Fish occasionally appeared in the sea of clouds. 

Marigold ran over and reached into the water, exclaiming, "It really feels like seawater! But it's so light..." 

Sandersonia remarked, "They're clouds, after all."

This was a speculation that many had from their previous lives. 

Dragon shook his head and said, "There is no such element as 'wind' in nature. 

The Snake Princess, admiring the sea of clouds, gently agreed. 

Robin couldn't help but remind her, "Giorno, wind is a natural phenomenon caused by the movement of air. 

Since it's a phenomenon and not a specific substance, how could it be a Logia fruit? 

"Even if there were a Devil Fruit that could be called 'wind,' it would probably be your Gasu Gasu no Mi (Gas Gas Fruit)," Dragon continued. "Or, if there were a Devil Fruit that could create fierce winds... it's more likely to be a Paramecia." 

That's right; creating wind is one of the super powers of the Paramecia Devil Fruit... Robin nodded silently. And if one could turn into wind, it would be like turning into a whirlwind, which was basically what Gasu Gasu no Mi (Gas Gas Fruit) does. 

"Are you talking about Devil Fruits?" The tall old man Haredas who was walking ahead of him turned around and said, "There doesn't seem to be any 'Wind-Wind Fruit'. 

Hearing this, everyone was confused. 

Liam replied, "Old man, you seem to know a lot about Devil Fruits?" 

"Right! What about the three Devil Fruits you promised us?" Hancock, who had almost been enchanted by the beautiful scenery of little Skypiea, suddenly snapped back to reality. "Hurry up and get them out." 

"We'll be there soon," Haredas nodded repeatedly, stroking his moustache, and said to Liam and the others, "I don't really research Devil Fruits... However, I do have a collection of a Devil Fruit encyclopedia, so I have some knowledge of their species..." 

"A Devil Fruit encyclopedia?" Liam said in surprise. 

That was something he had seen explicitly in the manga, but it seemed like only young Sanji and Blackbeard Teach had it? 

Liam had visited many islands and many bookstores with Robin, but he had never found a so-called Devil Fruit Encyclopedia. 

He hadn't expected the old man to have one. 

So that's how he was able to recognize my Flower-Flower Fruit (Hana Hana no Mi)... Robin finally understood.

Weatheria was a small Skypiea, not very tall, and it didn't take long for them to follow Haredas to a warehouse on the edge of Island Cloud. 

"Haredas?" 

A few other old men dressed similarly to Haredas, all weather scientists from Weatheria, emerged from the warehouse. 

When they saw the three sisters from the Boa family following Haredas, they were immediately startled and shouted, "Didn't we tell you not to go to the Amazon Lily Island anymore? Now they're looking for you, huh?" 

The old men then noticed Kuma, Dragon, and Liam, who were clearly men. 

"What's going on here..." 

The other Robin was obviously a girl. 

When the Snake Princess stood there, her impressive appearance overshadowed even the not-yet-blooming Hancock. The old men, though slow on the uptake, couldn't help but wonder if this beautiful and tall woman might be the Kuja Empress! 

Haredas chuckled and explained the situation to his old companions. 

"Ah… So it turns out just three Devil Fruits are enough to let you go, that's wonderful." 

The old scientists all sighed in relief, feeling very pleased. 

"At least it's not our research materials they want!" 

'Who wants your research materials?' Hancock thought, speechless; only you weirdos would treasure those things!

"Cough cough cough!" 

The old man Haredas emerged from the warehouse, his head covered in clouds, looking dusty. He indeed managed to pull out three Devil Fruits with strange swirling patterns on their surfaces from some corner of the warehouse.
