Chapter-57: devour Vaatu and the tree of time

So naturally they took the measures to keep safe.

After 2 months Shaka told them to take care and decided to go into the spirit world again.

His first target when coming here is to see if he is strong enough to fight against Vaatu.

During the time of search he digested the energy.

The forgetful valley turned into a desert after it was sucked dry.

Some days later he found a serpent spirit in a lake.

He directly devoured the spirit along with the lake.

He later found lion turtle with fire element here.

He tried to capture it but it did not work.

It is really strong with that shell that protests its spirit from being devoured by him.

Also the fire and lightning did not work on it.

Shaka can only use the sand water and air to erode the thing and slowly devour it.

Instead the tree of time and Vaatu are surrounded.

Shaka was also worried that the situation outside is not good.

He was sure that avatar and his gang would not cause much trouble to his people and women.

But still when they need him he should be present there.

When avatar is rebelling Shaka can go there and directly decimate them to dust.

Vaatu noticed the sealing around and became anxious.

It is a spirit with cunning nature and aggressive nature.

But its biggest problem is that, it has mental problems.

It did not care about its life and death.

It is confident enough in his rebirth through Raava.

So he tried to tempt Shaka but he did not stop Shaka from doing anything to him.

He hoped that Shaka would break the seal that tied it in the hole of the tree of time.

But Shaka is not stupid.

Shaka let the seal and the tentacles of Goldy enter through small cracks that Vaatu made over the years to absorb its energy step by step.

These holes are the reason for the leak of dark energy and this dark energy is what that made the surrounding spirits into dark spirits.

It took Shaka around 20 days to completely devoured Vaatu and another 15 days to devour the spirit of tree of time that was corrupted by Vaatu.

Then another 20 days to digest the energy and assimilate into his body completely.

The smallest roots that spread throughout his soul looked as thin as hair from outside.

But within the soul each root is as big as a cement pipeline with an average diameter of 4 feet.

The main roots are even bigger in comparison.

They are packed with energy.

Even though there are many roots they are not stuffy or bulky.

They formed into a special intrinsic pattern.

They further connected to form energy channeling between all chakras and all over the soul.

Each chakra has one part of it connected.

These connections are connected to the external body.

The body then became more energetic.

Shaka is not planning to take care of Raava and solve this matter completely.

Along the way he tried to get more spirits for 5 days.

But the spirit energy from them did not have much impact on Shaka.
