Chapter 289: Epilogue 1: The Surroundings of the Chief
Pauleen glanced over to Draxus who was carrying paperwork with Olivia. They were going towards his office as he seemed to be in a great mood. Seeing that great mood, she remembered during that time on his birthday nearly six years ago.
Draxus was in a great mood in his house as he introduced Gayle to his family. His parents were somewhat excited to see Gayle who had become Draxus support during his time who had become an unsmiling multitalented genius. He doesn't show his smile too much, but was able reveal it when he was introducing Gayle.
Pauleen glanced over to Juniper who was also chilling in the Hall of Sentinels. "Yeah, I know what you're thinking. It's been a really long time since we saw Drax like that." Juniper knew what Pauleen was thinking and described it to her. "Ever since that day, I was hoping to at least help him recover, but he never really relied on us in actually listening to his case. He gave us vague answers and sought the emperor. I can understand why now, because the emperor is who Drax will truly answer to." "Yeah, even Keith felt guilty on being unable to do anything for Draxus. But if its the emperor... We're grateful for him huh...?" "Yeah, I doubt Draxus would really listen to our words back then. The only one he would listen to is the only person who can truly change him. But it's all worth it in the end, since we could see him like that again." Juniper was smiling as she watched Draxus proudly as he enters his office with Olivia.
"Now that we know that he's also the [Prime Existence], it was really all the more reason to have the emperor help him." Pauleen brought up Draxus' identity as the Prime Existence, which made them think about how to refer to him. But seeing as Draxus still acts the same way, it didn't really change their behavior towards him.

After Draxus had finished his work, he went around with Scarlet and Matilda accompanying him. Olivia, Wendy, and Abigail were talking about some things that had changed around Draxus. They spoke about Keith's influence over Draxus' morality, Audrey and Jevil keeping him sharp in decision-making, And eventually, their conversation shifted to Gayle as their topic.
"What do you think of Gayle?" Wendy first spoke out about Gayle's behavior towards Draxus. Olivia pondered about it for a few moments before giving her answer. "To be honest, it's difficult to trust her considering what she had done to Drax... However, I could sense things like regret and excitement on her." Olivia started to speak a bit solemnly. "She works really well with Draxus in operations, and it seems that there's something about her that looks towards Draxus. It might be something about their past." "I've seen them together back on Earth before, Gayle was much more clingier to him back then than us." Olivia and Abigail were now interested. Hearing how Gayle behaved towards Draxus, they were somewhat curious as to what kind of relationship they have. "The most I have heard from her is that she's moving as his direct servant... And when I ask Draxus, he would say that she's going to be useful. I tried to read her mind and I couldn't... It's likely her weapon prevents it." Abigail spoke her concerns, she was still wary of Gayle. "At best, she's been very helpful during soul possessions, which may have been Draxus' purpose for her... If she were to declare herself as one of us, what would everyone's decisions be?" Olivia brought an important question for them after describing her "For me it's not okay until she either gets close to us or Draxus approving it, seeing how he behaves around her though, it's unlikely." Olivia then gave out her answer to her own question, prompting Wendy and Abigail to give their opinions. "The same goes for me, if she yearns for Draxus, that's one thing. She still has done something to Draxus which would be irreparable trauma. Constantly being pushed into a corner for her own enjoyment and using him as the shield for responsibility. If she were to open up to us, it would be fine." Wendy gave her answer, thinking mostly about how much she had affected Draxus' behavior. "However, with what she did to Draxus, it did lead to turn him to who he is right now right? It's impolite, but I am somewhat grateful for her with breaking it off with Draxus before he met us. If she didn't, we may have been unable to become his fiancés." Abigail stated her opinion of the case, the two realized that it may have been a good thing in the end. "Anyhow, if she's decides to get closer to us, then we could let her be part of the family." "That's if she does open up to us." Wendy interjects with Abigail's statement, which was understandable for them. "We'll see what happens, it's better to say that there might be potential but as far as I heard from Emperor Serkyrio, most of us are reincarnations from other worlds, and that I'm the sole exception..." Olivia felt slightly depressed on being the only one that isn't seem to be matched with a soul. "Actually, I don't think that's the case Olivia. You might be paired with Draxus from the very beginning. Matilda is a reincarnation of Amelia from the Destroyer's memories, Scarlet was Ernaline from what I remember in Serkyrio's talk, and it seems Gwen was Eve. I'm not sure which soul would be matched with Lilianna, Julianna, Abigail, and mine... But as far as I heard, you're matched with Draxus himself." Wendy reassured Olivia as their conversation then shifted again to talking about Draxus' moments.

Gwen, Lilianna, and Julianna were together this time. They were on the catwalk observing the center of the hall where Pauleen and Juniper were chatting. Their topic was about the souls of Draxus and himself. "Hey, seeing as Draxus was taken over by another soul, would another one happen soon?" Lilianna was concerned as she asked Gwen about Draxus being potentially possessed by another soul. "Hmm... Drax was recently sneaking to my bed often... So I must be one of the reincarnated hearts... It's likely that Drax would start to recollect his feelings from the soul before it is reawakened..." Gwen answered Lilianna's question in an unusual tone. "You're usually light when speaking what's on your mind Gwen, did something happen?" Gwen shook her head as she simply explained the things she had observed. "It's about Draxus and his souls after all... They would all soon merge with him completely... When Drax came to my room last night to talk a bit... He said something about his souls slowly handing their power to him. So it's likely the souls will awaken soon, and give their power back to him and slowly complete his form as the [Prime Existence]..." "Speaking of that... You've been working hard with your mother to shift the religion to worshipping the [Prime Existence]..." Lilianna had another question to Gwen which she remembered. "Hehe~! I know Drax wouldn't enjoy being the object of worship... But the only ones who know of his presence as the [Prime Existence] are us, the Preeliance government, and the members of [Tranquil Harmony]! So the public wouldn't know that Draxus is actually the [Prime], since them being gods and Draxus being the Prime is something only mentioned in the battlefield." Gwen was merrily raising Draxus' public image even if she tries to disconnect any possibility of the public connecting to him. Julianna showed a troubled smile as her thoughts nearly left her mouth. "She's immature, but she's very cunning about a lot of things... Her naiveté and innocence was actually just her trying to be cute to Draxus... Which to be fair... Draxus already knows about it... But the way he just allows us to be ourselves makes me and everyone happy..."
