That morning was uneventful for our protagonist other than his small-scale experiment with dark soul's fire. With some innovation I could easily make the black fire spells as well. With that in mind something interesting is going to happen in Gotham tonight. Two devil fruits, both of them not from the show, appeared near each other. And by the looks of the fortune strings they will merge. I can only tell one is a mythical zoan and the other a logia or a paramnesia with logia like properties.

And a side note from the fortune strings devil fruits started to appear during World War 2 but did not mature during that war. But oh how this is going to alter things I don't know but with the fact I wished tony stark in this timeline it is going to be interesting. A few fruits I can sense in circulation for zoan are over 7k most common being rodent and feline fruits. Only one confirmed mythical the older ones are too blurry for me to read. Logia only 7 not including the one just found. And paramecia over 4k but only started being ripe 4 years ago.

But enough thoughts for later plans. Let's get ready and deal with the awakening ceremony that is going to happen during sunset, so about 6 more hours and 2 more until con gets here. He will "need" to see how the eyes have set and how they have affected me in case he needs to alter the ritual. In this I will mention feeling a power related to will in this case Haki and tell him that when I finger it out I will teach him. Whelp, nothing better to do than adjust the natural array while I wait for him to arrive.

The uncle and nephew were having a nice little chat about what our mc was to do during the ritual. He would just need to offer up a syringe worth of his blood and step into the circle. After words they would just need to Constine to read the results and offer his recommendations.

With that sample given Constine did a quick scan with a simple spell and from the data received he was astonished internally but did not show it much on his face. The sheer amount of potential energy in him was enough to destroy Britain 3 times over. And the aura of the artifact has become overwhelming yet imperceivable if you don't know what you're looking for. What is even more surprising is that it is integrating with his body and vice versa. So, if given enough time his body will become the most energy efficient and have incredibly pure in whatever physical element he majors in.

Though the readings of the soul worried him a little. There was recording of it being grinded and growing then shrinking repeatedly in a short span of time to the point there were no records. But it was not at harmful levels, so he just ignored it.

"Ohkay yak twirp let's get this over with." Constantine said after a puff.

With that our mc got into the circle and let it do its thing.

"Damn lex is really going at isn't he." said lacky 68

"Shur is Val, ben betting and crafting that drone for the last 72 hour." said lacky 86

"Would be great if that robbery didn't happen at one of our faculty's. If our little project had succeeded, then we would have had infinite number of animal-based powers."

"Yeah, but then that 'doc' flight went and ransacked the place. Causing an estimated thirty percent loss of research and another 40% when the flying spandex showed up."

As they said that a laser beam burns lackeys 68 mustaches. And with that they shared a look and back into the next room as more deranged crafting and other sounds happened.
