Jikirukuto: Takoyuki Arc

Chapter 25: Yuki and Alepou stay calm and confident, outsmarting their opponents with words and humor, as Prince Gabrielle's sword shatters in a dramatic twist

Yuki and Alepou were chill, staying calm and confident while everyone else was on edge. They made it look easy, even as the old man, refusing to give up, tried one last desperate move.

Yuki, sensing the drama coming, turned to us like we were part of the story. "Listen up, folks," she said with a sly grin. "Dealing with people like this? You don't need fists. Just roast 'em so hard they're toast before they even know it. Trust me—words hit harder than punches."

Right on cue, the old man lost it, yelling in frustration. Before he could go off completely, Prince Gabrielle made a grand entrance, looking every bit like a hero straight out of a movie. His obsidian sword was raised, his face was serious, but the sweat on his forehead gave away his nerves.

He shouted dramatically, "ENOUGH! This ends NOW!" His voice echoed, and the tension hit its peak. Alepou, ready to strike, tensed up, but before she could act, something totally unexpected happened.

BAM! Gabrielle's so-called legendary sword shattered into tiny pieces, scattering all over the ground. The crowd froze, shocked. Wait, did that really just happen? Even Alepou was stunned, her fist still hovering near the old man's face. Then, realizing what happened, she smirked. Guess I'm stronger than I thought.

Yuki, never missing a chance for a joke, grinned at Alepou. "Yo, 'Pou! Looks like the universe just said, 'Nah, we're not letting you go full Hulk today.'"

Alepou shrugged, relaxed again. "Guess not. But hey, who needs self-control, right?"

Yuki, acting like a referee, threw up her hands. "Alright, everyone, fight's over. Official ruling: Alepou wins by sword-shattering intimidation. And Prince Gabrielle? Bro, let's be real—it wasn't just your sword that took the L today."

Without waiting for anyone to respond, Yuki and Alepou walked off, leaving behind a stunned crowd and a very embarrassed prince. The silence that followed was heavy with awkwardness.

Lesson time, folks! Sometimes you don't need weapons or fists. A solid roast, a quick joke, or even pure luck can mess up someone's day harder than a fight. And that's a wrap.
