"Rena, are you there?" The sudden silence was strange to Shizune, but it didn't last long when she heard the strange question again on the other end of the phone.

"You... You just wanted to show me off that, didn't you?" Rena's voice totally reached Shizune, and just her words made her more nervous and embarrassed.

"N-No, that's just…" But before Shizune could explain anything, Rena's laugh was enough for her to know that she had to calm down.

"Haha, I'm just kidding, Mom... Although I guess I should be happy. I always insisted that you find someone for yourself, and it seems that Kurono-san was the one... How do you feel? Nothing serious happened, right?" The situation returned to normal, Rena had already digested everything Shizune told her and the talk between mother and daughter continued its course.

"I'm fine, maybe just a little tired, but, you're right, I felt very happy and loved by Kurono-kun. I couldn't wish for anything more right now."

"Yes, I'm clear with the marathon you had..." Hearing that, Shizune knew that Rena had joked with her again and they continued talking about anything until an orange glow peeked through the window indicating that it was sunset.

"Well, since you told me all this, it's time for you to listen to me." Rena's voice had turned serious when she said that.

"Yes?"

"You must not allow someone to take Kurono-san from you."

"Huh?" Shizune didn't quite understand what Rena meant, but she couldn't ask since her voice hadn't stopped coming out.

"It's pretty obvious that even though Kurono-san doesn't seem like that kind of person, you can't deny that a lot of women might see him as a great catch, just think about it, he's kind, handsome, and has an excellent job. Do you think no one will dare to make a move on him?"

"But I trust Kurono-kun."

"Still, you have to make it completely yours, Mom. You have to make sure that you are the only woman on his mind and that he only has eyes for you, there are many enemies out there." Rena's words seemed to make a bit of sense, although they seemed a bit exaggerated too, but they didn't prevent Shizune doubted a bit.

"Sigh… I really hate meetings." Kurono finally returned and used his key to open the front door after realizing it was locked, which calmed him down due to Shizune's prudence.

The first thing he realized was that everything seemed to be completely silent, and he was about to call out to Shizune, but he had to stop himself the moment a beautiful woman wearing an apron appeared in front of him along with the delicious smell reaching his nose.

"Welcome back Kurono-kun. Would you like to have dinner? Take a bath? Or maybe..." Shizune had given her all to say those words that Rena had said to her, but no matter how hard she tried, in the end, the embarrassment was too much for her. "I'm sorry, I can't say it, it's too embarrassing!"

The small and comical scene in front of Kurono made him couldn't help but laugh. He got an idea of ​​what Shizune was trying to do, and he had to admit that he admired her courage as well as that she looked really cute at that moment.

"Haha, I'm back Shizune-chan, and regarding your question, I would really like to try your delicious food." Shizune mentally thanked Kurono for not mentioning her failed attempt and was about to go back to the kitchen to prepare everything, but then she remembered something that she could do.

"Kurono-kun."

"Yes…?" Without expecting it, Kurono felt that this time Shizune was the one who took the initiative as he noticed how his lips met her to slowly separate after.

"Hehe, that's your reward for doing a good job." Shizune had turned around with a triumphant smile leaving Kurono alone with his thoughts that were heard deep in his mind.

Dinner had been served and Kurono couldn't stop devouring everything in front of him. He had already tasted Shizune's food on many occasions, but everything seemed to taste better several times for some reason.

"And what was the emergency that Kurono-kun had? Of course, if it is something that can be known." Shizune was also enjoying the food and she knew that it had been worth the effort seeing how Kurono did not leave anything on the plate.

"It was nothing to write home about. I had a meeting scheduled with some investors for the next few days, but they asked to change the day at the last minute, it was not complicated at all."

"I don't think so, I'm sure it was something very important, everything you do seems incredible to me."

"Haha, it gets to the point where you get used to it. I'm sure you could do the same as me, Shizune-chan." Again a pleasant chat had arisen between them, the food on the plates was already finished, but that didn't seem to matter to them until Kurono realized that he should accept Shizune's offer. "Well, I guess I'll take your word for it and go take a bath right now, dinner was delicious."

"Thanks, enjoy your bath, hehe." Kurono didn't say anything else and went up the stairs to go to his destination, but other than that, Shizune's mind was somewhere else at the same time that his thoughts seemed to be heard.

'Alright, Shizune. The first part didn't go quite right, but this can't end here.' The plans she had were running fast in her head, so much so that she didn't notice that time also was running fast.

She prepared herself as best she could and got going. She had gone up the stairs towards the bathroom and heard how the water ran just when she entered. She was already decided, so she began to undress and then covered herself as best she could with a towel and stood right at the entrance to the shower.

Her heart was pounding from the nerves, but once she thought about everything she had already done, she didn't hesitate any longer and put her hand on the door handle, but before she moved any further, she was a little surprised when the door is opened suddenly making the figure of Kurono just out of the shower and with a towel around his waist appear in front of her.

"Eh? Are you going to take a shower, Shizune-chan?"

"A-Ah, y-yes, I'm a bit sweaty, haha. I didn't know you were still inside Kurono-kun." Saying those words that wouldn't deceive anyone, Shizune quickly entered closing the door, leaving Kurono out of the bathroom while more negative thoughts were generated in her head. 'I blew it again!'

Shizune was under the shower while the water washed away her disappointment. Things seemed like they weren't going as planned, but that wasn't the end, she still had something to do and she knew it was her trump card, so she hastened to clean herself as best she could and then get ready again.

The night was already in all its splendor, the moon and stars adorned the sky, and everything was perfect for the moment Shizune was looking for. She had made sure that Kurono was in his room and then slowly opened the door letting the little light that filtered through the window enough for her figure to be fully noticed.

Shizune had dressed in a semi-transparent nightgown that was enough for the important parts of her body to be fully noticed. A slight blush was on her cheeks, but the feeling that she conveyed, in addition to her natural beauty, was enough to captivate anyone that it was there.

Despite her nerves, she was already determined what would happen next, and seeing Kurono on the bed, she simply walked slowly towards him to try to get his attention, but just when she was a few centimeters from him, she heard some small snores that were able to destroy all her plans again.

"Sigh... Kurono-kun really tries hard, I should have realized how tired he was... I guess it doesn't matter anymore... Yawn... I'm really tired too." Shizune accepted the end result and simply climbed up the bed to lie down next to Kurono. Tiredness seemed to have taken over her body at that precise moment, some more yawns had come out of her, and she was about to close her eyes when she felt how she was suddenly hugged by Kurono and heard the words that came out of him although was still asleep.

"Thank you... Shizune-chan..." Maybe Shizune's plans didn't go as planned but feeling the warmth of that moment and all the feelings inside her, she got even closer to Kurono as her eyes closed and a cute smile was marked on her face.
