At that time, it was undeniable that the darkness of the night had already advanced enough, most of the streets were empty being simply illuminated by the streetlights installed in each one since many people were enjoying a deep sleep in their houses.

But especially, in Kurono's house, and specifically in his room, he was supporting his head with his hand making his arm in a perfect forty-five-degree position while his whole body was resting on the bed while covering his nudity with a blanket.

He could hear and feel warm breath not far from him that obviously belonged to Shizune. She was in a situation similar to his, her naked body was also being covered by the same blanket that covered Kurono, but from her breathing, anyone could tell that she was sound asleep.

Kurono was looking at her carefully at the same time that he couldn't help but smile a little. He had also used one of his hands to remove some of Shizune's hair that was falling on her so he could better observe her face.

Just beyond her, Kurono could see the already incredibly familiar alarm clock as it indicated that it was past midnight. He and Shizune had a lot of fun this time, but they didn't exaggerate like before, plus it seemed like she was still a bit tired from exercising in the morning, so it wasn't strange that she fell asleep after several rounds.

'I hope that tomorrow I can withstand the side effects. Just like Kazumi-nee, it was also kind of hard for me not to laugh a bit, but I could bear it…' Kurono was just enjoying the calm as he was busy with his thoughts, but an idea had come to him, and couldn't help but say it out low. "Shizune-chan and I haven't used protection... Maybe I should tell her a bit about this later... But anyway... If something were to happen, I'll take full responsibility for it."

A sudden yawn had come out of Kurono's mouth. A new day had clearly arrived, the silence in Kurono's room was quite characteristic since it was always interrupted by the combination of the breathing of the two people who were resting at that moment.

The light was not on, but the sun's rays were enough to illuminate a bit after coming through the blinds that covered the window. The alarm had gone off relatively early at the time causing Kurono to unconsciously listen to it and then get up and make it shut up.

'Sigh… That sound makes me feel like I'm being tortured, at least it's not a song I like or I'd end up hating it.' Finishing that, Kurono felt a cold breeze touching his skin making him aware that he was naked, he quickly saw the underwear that was still on the floor and put it on to at least cover himself.

He believed that the noise of his alarm hadn't been enough to disturb Shizune, but the slight movements of her figure indicated that she was beginning to wake up. It wasn't long before she opened her eyes and slowly stood up as a yawn slipped from her mouth.

Her blanket had been strong enough not to fall off and let her naked body show in front of Kurono, but it was still hugging her figure giving an equally good view.

Kurono approached her and then sat on the edge of the bed to get her attention a bit.

"Good morning, Shizune-chan." His words were enough to reach her.

Shizune was blinking a little making her mind fully awake and seeing Kurono's figure not far from her.

"Hehe, good morning, Kurono-kun." Her somewhat sleepy voice was no surprise as she had just gotten up.

"How do you feel?" Kurono's question was a bit strange for Shizune, she thought he was asking that because of what they had done, but before she answered, she realized something the moment she tried to stretch at the same time she realized what Kurono meant.

"A-Ah!" And that little groan of pain was produced the moment Shizune realized that both her arms and legs hurt enough to cause that discomfort and pain.

She couldn't stretch her arms fully as the pain wouldn't allow it, and her legs felt incredibly tired, he didn't know why that was happening, but Kurono started to explain before she panicked.

"Calm down, Shizune-chan. This is all quite normal since yesterday was the first time you exercised seriously. Basically, while you were exercising, you were breaking down your muscle fibers, so now they need to regenerate and rest. This is totally necessary for your muscles to get stronger and for the exercise to really be worthwhile." Shizune listened intently and realized that it was true, she wasn't too far off on the topic of exercise, so she knew about that point that Kurono explained to her, only she didn't remember it... "Possibly you feel tired and with some pain in your arms and legs."

"Yes, that's exactly how I feel, it's quite uncomfortable." Shizune was now with her blanket still on top of her, she didn't want to move too much since she had done so recently and felt the pain Kurono was talking about.

"I know what you're talking about, but there's not much that can be done about it, I can give you some painkillers so that the pain is reduced enough so that you don't feel that way." Kurono hadn't experienced those sensations for a long time, but still, so he could understand Shizune, so he had to help her in any way he could think of.

"That would be perfect, but…" Shizune was thankful to Kurono as he really cared for her, but she also realized the situation she was in right now. "Actually I would like to take a bath first of all."

Shizune was aware that she was naked and felt the need to cleanse herself of it, plus he thought it would help her relax a bit… After some thought, she said what was on her mind.

Kurono listened to her as he nodded, he also wanted to clean himself up a bit, but he didn't expect what Shizune would recommend at that moment.
