Kamen Rider In The Marvel World

Chapter 2: The Vanishing Ether Particle

The void of space was eerily silent and empty. Stars glittered faintly in the vastness of the universe, like forgotten fragments of light lost in the endless black expanse. The surrounding nebulae twisted in strange, chaotic shapes, casting an unsettling array of colors—resembling the abstract, haphazard strokes of a child's first attempt at painting.

In the midst of this cosmic stillness, a blood-red beam of light erupted from a distant, nearly invisible nebula. It moved at an unimaginable speed, a fleeting streak that disrupted the silence, leaving nothing in its wake but a fractured space for a mere fraction of a second.

The beam shot through the universe with a sharp, unnatural precision, and as it passed through the starry sky, it crossed the threshold of a grand palace—a place of unimaginable power. Inside the hall, Odin, the All-Father of Asgard, stood abruptly, his piercing gaze sweeping across the far reaches of the universe. With a single eye, he saw beyond the palace walls, across the expanse of Asgard's shining city, through the vast cosmos. His focus was locked.

"Heimdall," Odin commanded, his voice carrying the weight of authority. "Scan the Nine Realms. Something has entered from beyond our borders."

At the base of the Bifrost, the great Rainbow Bridge connecting all Nine Realms, Heimdall stood vigilant. His armor glimmered faintly in the dim light of the palace, and his golden eyes, capable of seeing across space itself, turned toward his lord. With a raised hand, he began his scan.

Heimdall's vision spread over the Nine Realms like a vast net. His eyes flickered across each of the realms, and after a long moment, he reported back, his expression unreadable.

"The Nine Realms are stable, my lord. There is nothing unusual."

But Odin, holding his mighty spear, the Eternal Spear, did not seem convinced. His keen senses had felt something, and his one eye narrowed, searching for the unseen presence. "It passed between Asgard and Jotunheim, but now it is gone. What was it?"

"If it can evade the All-Father's sight," Heimdall mused, his tone unwavering, "it may have also slipped past my all-seeing eye."

Odin's thoughts turned darker, the possibility of an ancient threat surfacing in their midst. "Could it be one of the Infinity Stones?" he pondered aloud.

He scanned the starry heavens once again, his gaze fixed on the dim nebula that seemed to almost consume light. A strange, dark presence emanated from it.

"Open the Rainbow Bridge to the Lost Land," Odin ordered, his voice brooking no argument.

Without hesitation, Heimdall stepped forward. He raised his sword high, its blade forged from the rare and unbreakable Bult Steel, and drove it into the central mechanism of the Bifrost. The gears around the platform began to whir to life, and a surge of energy flooded the structure. As the light bent and twisted, the Bifrost formed a beam, its colorful energies blasting through the void toward the dark nebula.

The cosmic bridge rippled with light as the beam pierced the dense dust surrounding the Lost Land, cutting through the abyss like a knife through air. As the beam hit the heart of the nebula, it revealed a vast and eerie land, suspended in the void of space.

Odin rode Sleipnir, his eight-legged steed, stepping out from the shimmering light of the Rainbow Bridge into a cavernous space—a cave so vast it seemed to reach into eternity. In the center of the cave stood a massive stone pillar, over fifty meters in diameter, exuding an aura of ancient power.

The surrounding darkness was pierced only by the flickering light of the Rainbow Bridge. Odin's gaze fell upon the stone pillar, his sharp eye catching the signs of damage. The surface of the pillar was cracked, and a seal was broken—a hole in its center that seemed to radiate from within, as though something had forcefully erupted out.

"The Ether," Odin murmured, his grip tightening on the Eternal Spear. "The seal has been broken. Has someone taken the Ether particles? The Dark Elves, perhaps?"

He surveyed the remnants of the broken seal, his mind racing. But there was no time for hesitation. With a heavy heart, he turned and strode back to the Rainbow Bridge, mounting Sleipnir once more.

"Heimdall," Odin's voice rang out over the expanse. "Contact the leaders of Alfheim, Niflheim, and all the realms. A new king will rise in Asgard, and the coronation will be held in ten days."

Heimdall's eyes widened with surprise, but before he could speak, Odin and his steed had already disappeared into the distance.

On Earth, a man named Noah stood frozen, staring at his reflection in a shop window. He was taken aback by what he saw—his own face, but unfamiliar. The young man had short, slightly curly hair, wet with sweat, and his pale skin had an unnatural, sickly hue. His features were delicate, almost fragile. His eyes, a deep brown, were circled with dark red rings, adding to the overall strangeness of his appearance.

"What is happening?" Noah whispered to himself. His body felt like it belonged to someone else, as though his soul had been transplanted into a stranger's form. Confusion and disbelief clouded his thoughts. Just moments ago, he had been in a truck, bloodied and disoriented, surrounded by death and destruction. How had he ended up here, in this strange place, in this foreign body?

Panic surged through him as his mind replayed the scene of the slaughter. His hands trembled as he looked down, finding his chest soaked in blood. Beneath the fabric, he could feel something hard and foreign—a metal object lodged inside his body.

The realization hit him like a lightning bolt: the object, whatever it was, had pierced his chest.

"No... this can't be happening," Noah gasped, his hand instinctively reaching for the foreign object. As he touched it, a sharp pain shot through him. The metal dart, resembling a diamond shape, was lodged deep in his flesh.

With a horrified realization, Noah understood the danger. The piercing was fatal, and if he couldn't remove it... his fate would be sealed.

As his vision blurred and the world around him seemed to spin, Noah's last thought was whether he could survive this, or if he was now part of a greater cosmic game that he could not possibly understand.
