Konoha, Just Like Kizaru

"I think I sense some killing intent from you," Pakura said, holding a kunai and smiling at Simu.

"Is it because of that boy named Simu?"

Kushina quickly formed hand seals with both hands.

"It has nothing to do with you!" she replied.

With a flash of golden light, four Adamantine Sealing chains shot out from her body, speeding toward Pakura like pythons.

Pakura barely managed to dodge in time.

"Using the sealing technique as a form of combat? That's quite creative," 

Pakura remarked as the four chains wreaked havoc across the arena. 

She swiftly moved through the gaps, her speed making it hard to catch her with just the chains.

However, using more sealing power could risk affecting the Nine-Tails seal within her.

Unlike other Jinchūriki, Kushina's biggest weakness is that she can't fully control the power of the Tailed Beast inside her. 

Instead of using the Nine-Tails' power, she often gets distracted by it. 

Naruto from the original story is a good example of this.

At first, Naruto couldn't even master the basic Clone Technique due to the interference of the Nine-Tails. 

So, aside from Kushina benefiting from the Nine-Tails' rapid healing, the rest of the effects are mostly debuffs.

Pakura moved freely, evading Kushina's attacks.

"If this is all you've got, then it's my turn," she said, lightly pushing off the chain with her toes and leaping high into the air.

She formed hand seals with her hands pressed together.

"Scorch Style: Oversteam Kill!"

From the air behind her, countless bright red fireballs formed, floating like will-o'-the-wisps in the dark night.

"Go!" 

Pakura shouted, waving her arm. The fireballs behind her seemed to come alive, flying toward Kushina.

Kushina quickly stepped back. She had received information about Pakura from Shikaku and knew she couldn't let the fireballs hit her, or she could end up like a mummy.

Although the rules should prevent Pakura from killing her, losing her ability to fight was inevitable.

With that in mind, she used her chakra chains to sweep and scatter the fireballs in all directions.

Although Kushina blocked the attack, Pakura gained more space to move.

Her hands were covered in red flames as she quickly advanced toward Kushina. 

The Adamantine Sealing chains, like a boa snake, tried to bite her tightly, but Pakura easily dodged them.

Pakura's fighting style was certainly entertaining. 

As she closed in on Kushina, the kunai in her hand was wrapped in red flames and aimed straight for Kushina's face.

Just as Pakura thought she had succeeded, the ground beneath her feet suddenly cracked open. 

A golden chain shot up from below, wrapping tightly around her.

"You don't think I can control only four chains, do you?" Kushina said as she charged her arm and struck Pakura with a strange force.

In an instant, the situation changed. Pakura felt her chakra being drained rapidly.

In a last-ditch effort, she threw the kunai wrapped in red flames at Kushina.

Kushina easily dodged it, and with a powerful punch, her charged fist landed heavily on Pakura.

The expected impact never came.

The moment Kushina's fist made contact with Pakura, the enemy in front of her suddenly turned into a piece of clothing.

Body Replacement Technique!

"Oops..." Kushina quickly spun around, controlling all the chains to protect herself.

But it was too late. The shuriken she had seen earlier also turned into Pakura with a loud bang.

However, Pakura's dress, which resembled a cheongsam, was gone. 

Only a few key areas were wrapped in bandages, leaving the audience on the sidelines stunned.

Pakura lightly tapped Kushina's shoulder, and a red fire flashed.

The protective barrier shook. In an instant, Simu appeared on the other side of the arena with Kushina in his arms.

"I'm so sorry, examiners, but Kushina has surrendered," Simu said, holding her tightly.

Though Pakura wouldn't kill Kushina, Simu didn't want to take any chances, especially if Scorch Style came into play...

Simu glanced at Pakura, then walked off the field with Kushina in his arms.

"In that case, Pakura wins this match," Admiral Mifune announced the result.

After speaking, Mifune glanced at Simu from the corner of his eye.

Simu had broken through the protective barrier of the arena in an instant and saved Kushina from Pakura. 

Just how fast does someone need to be to do that?

"Actually, you didn't need to save me," Kushina whispered while lying in Simu's arms.

"That's not happening. Pakura wasn't taking it seriously, but what if she catches you off guard later?" Simu replied.

"Hmph, you're the one who's stupid!" Kushina retorted, poking his nose playfully.

Simu's face was full of smiles. 

As he smiled, he couldn't help but think about when he could enter the seal and beat up Kurama.

He was determined to make Kushina the perfect Jinchūriki, because if not, she would be too dangerous.
