Black murky substances were expelle from his body along with dark red sticky substances.

But even so, he didn't stop practicing and moved closer towards the skeleton. The quality of milky liquid was denser and speed of practice increased.

Even the speed of practice was faster and in just two hours he reached the peak of the sixth level and then his body vibrated intensely, and dark and sticky filth was expelled from all over his body.

The aura on his body seemed to have undergo some kind of transformation and his entire body become lighter as though he had shed something off.

"My body seems very lighter. Is this the effect of accumulating Vital Qi in my body?" He couldn't help but he shocked.

The changes from the sixth to the seventh level seemed far greater than his advancement from a mortal to the vital Qi Accumulation stage.

He could only push this throughts aside and continue to move closer to the skeleton. His speed of absorbing the Vital Qi was faster.

"I remember when I was sinking I ended up drinking this liquid and the speed of refinement was not slow." Without even thinking too much, he sank into the bottom of the pond and started to drink the liquid without any stopping.

Just as he had expected the moment the Liquid entered his mouth it was as though he was on fire.

Vast energy started to spread rushing in all directions in the body, but the situation from before didn't happen, as he could only feel his organs being impacted and strengthened.

He knew the reason, his body was stronger than before, after all the first stage of Vital Qi Accumulation is mainly for body refinement.

But he didn't stop, when the energy in his body calmed down, he would sink in the pond and Gulp more.

Just like that, it took less than two hours before he felt his body trembling slightly and impurities from the body were still expelled as the usual routine.
