Life after being a Mercenary

As I got home from a ride, I open the garage, put the bicycle on and head inside the house. As I head inside, I heard the door of my sister's room open and she whispers "big brother! There's a sandwich on the table, I made it after you took a ride. I'm about to call you after I mafe it but, you already go outside so I didn't get any chance to tell you, eat it if you want! There's a milk on the fridge!" She says and the smile at me "alright, thanks" I said with a smile on my face, she then head inside her room and closed the door.

I go to the kitchen and then look over the table, I saw a two piece of sandwich in a plate 'i think this is what Ara is talking about' I said in my mind as I took one sandwich and the open the fridge, grab the milk and then sit one of the chair to eat. After I eat, I go to my room and then lay down on the bed, I grabbed my phone and look through messages, I saw Lieutenant Keller sent me a message

*Julian, it's me lieutenant Keller, but from now on refer to me as big brother Hang, how's you day in there with your family? Are you having a good time?*

Is what I read him texted me

*Yeah, school is fun too, all of them are nice to me.*

I replied back, it didn't took a minute for him to see my text and he also replied back fast

*Really? Im glad, you didn't get into fight in your first day aren't you?*

He text back but, I didn't managed to replied back fast 'i shouldn't tell him that I got into fight;;;' I said in my mind

*You already killed someone!?*

He says which made my eyes big

*No, there's a minor inconvenience but I managed to resolve it fast.*

I replied fast to removed the misunderstanding which I succeeded

*Whoo, I'm worried to the guy who is going to pick a fight on you, you might kill them, it's gonna be a big problem*

*Just tell me if there's a big problem, I will do anything to help you out, just call you're big brothers and we will gonna come as fast as we can to help!*

He says which made me smile because of how much he cares about me

*Alright sir, thank you.*

*If there is some time, I'm gonna visit the other guys.*

I texted back,

*Yeah, thanks, we will be waiting for you*

He says, I then turn off my phone took my blanket and pillow and head to sleep.

As I open my eyes, I saw a two guys and one women 'they look familiar to me.....' I said in my mind as I stand up "hey no. 1, wake up, the chief said to gather outside" I hear the first guy with a gray hair said "here we go again, with this shitty day, I didn't even managed to sleep last night because of my fucking insomnia" I hear the other guy with purple hair says "let's just go, before the chief yell at us, he might shot us for real this time if we didnt managed to move fast" I hear the woman with blonde and wavy hair says with a smile on her face "no. 4?" I said to the woman who just speaks "what? You need something?" She says again with a smile on her face, I look besides her and find the guy with gray hair "no. 13?" I said to him "what?" He says while looking at me I then look at the guy with purple hair "no. 9?" I said the guy with purple hair answers "now what? You call 4 and 13 without even asking them any questions, and now you're calling me!? Don't tell me you are not even gonna ask a question to me too!?" I hear him shouts "nothing..." I said "the fuck?" He says "hey, no. 1, let's go" says no. 13 "the chief might call us no-" he didn't managed to continue what he is going to say as we hear a guy shouts "hey! Get up and run! The mercenaries from the 'forest of ghost' is ambushing us!" I heard him shouts, the other three immediately took their guns "hey no. 1! Stop spacing out and let's go!" I hear no. 9 shouts but the tent we were in has been shot from the outside so we all immediately created a whole from the inside and then head out there and run through the forest 'wait, why am I here!? I'm sure I'm with my family! Is that just a dream!?' I said in my mind as I ran besides the three lf them 'no! I need to escape here!' I said in my mind as I ran towards the other direction "hey no. 1! Where are you going!" Says no. 13 but, I didn't look back, while I was running, I saw the chief from the distant holding a gun and a grenade, as he saw me, he shouts "hey no. 1! Where in the fuck are you going!? Come back here you fucking traitor!" He says but I didn't look back to him and just keep running away "hey! Catch no. 1! I don't care if he comes back without an arm or a leg just bring him back!" He shouts and then some of the man and the other familiar guys ran and try to catch me "no. 1! Where are you going!? Are you gonna betray us too!?" I hear a voice of a man said 'no. 10!?' I said in my mind after a long brown haired guy trying to catch me "don't do this no. 1!" I heard another guy's voice 'no. 19....' I said in my mind as I keep running away from them "hey! Fall back! Grenade incoming!" I hear a guy said which made my eye big and look back to see a grenade coming towards me, I saw a cliff Infront of me and without any second thought, i jump through the cliff and saw a river down it, as i jumped down, the grenade explode behind me which mafe it looked like i got exploded and my body fell down the river "no. 1..." I hear a women says 'is that no. 7?' I said in my mind as I land though the river, I saw my own blood covering the surface of the water as I go through the wave of the river.

I saw all the others who tried to catch but all of them only looked down the river that is covered with my blood, it looked like they were talking about something but i didn't hear it because of the distance we have and because i am losing consciousness, after that, i just wake up..... In my bed... In my room.

Knock knock knock

I hear a knock on the door "..." I didnt answer already but after I few seconds I said "come in" and my sister come in"hey big brother...." She says but didn't managee tk continue whay she is going to say and just keep looking at me "?" I looked at her confused "hey... Are you alright? Did you have a nightmare" she says "huh?" I said "you looked like you are really tired.... Did something happened?" She says looking worried about me, I just smile at her and the. Answer "yeah, I just have a nightmare. Sorry for making you worried" I said "it's okay, you must be having a nightmare because of what happened to you" she says with worried on her voice "yeah...." I said with a smile on my face "you should get up, the breakfast is ready and we have school, it's only just 2 weeks before the final exam.... I didnt know how they managed to even let you in even though it's just two weeks before the final exam and then the summer break" she says and then sigh "I didnt actually know, but I'm glad I'm gonna be able to study" I said and then stand up from my bed "let's go eat breakfast and get ready to go to school" i said to her and the go outside my room "yeah.." she says and then follow me through the kitchen to eat.
