Kang Hui POV

It's been a week and I have no idea on Mei activities.

"Why did I let her go so easily". I said forgetting I was at the dinning table with my family.

Damn, I shouldn't have let her go. Still, I heard she was kicked out of the house.

"Kang, what's the problem?". Mother asked.

I know she knows who I'm thinking of

"It's nothing mother". I lied.

"Kang you don't have to lie".

I can tell what she's thinking.

"You miss Mei". That can never happen.

"I do not". I said nonchalantly, how many times do I have to repeat my self.

What if she's living happily but she got disowned.

"Yeah, there's no way she's happy". I said quite as I played with my meal

Mrs Hui POV

He as always been like this, he dated An zihan just to prove that he had no feelings for Mei.

Kang told me he hated her for being carefree.

"I know you're still unaware of your feelings but I still think you made a wrong decision by divorcing Mei". With that said, I left the dinning room.

I don't know why he dislike Mei so much but I find her considerate.

I noticed that after Kang started realizing he had feelings for Mei, he brought a girl home and it turned out the girl was a friend of Mei and dated her.

Later that evening my husband came to see me.

"Darling, I think you're being hard on your son". He said with a look of concern.

"I know he hasn't realize what he's doing but give him some time". My husband said.

"I know, I just hope he doesn't realize too late".

Back at the company

I watch as the lounge door opened. A man walk in, in a well customized tailored suit. He had dark blue eyes, a muscular jawline and tell from his looks, height, dressing and aura, I can tell his the boss

"Good morning sir". I stood up and greeted politely.

Something about this man feels familiar.

"Miss...". He said waiting for me to complete his sentence, by saying my name.

"Miss Mei". With that he smiled at me.

'What I thought he was cold to every one'. I thought to my self.

"You are to resume tomorrow". We, that's not a problem. I heard each day you work here, there's an interest added to your income, so I don't mind working over time

"Sure thing sir". I said as I handed him a cup of coffee.

"And... how do you know I love this kind of coffee". He said surprised by my action.

"I don't have experience but I got the brain". I love praising my self.

I don't remember when last I acted this way but I'm glad Kang left me.

'Ahh, why I'm I thinking of him right now, let's not spoil the mood.

Jung LingPOV

I prayed in my heart that the woman behind that door will be the one I'm hoping to see.

Opening the door I saw a woman on dark blue dress, she had black wavy hair and a curvy body which I notice from her posture on the sit.

"Good morning sir". She greeted politely.

"Miss...". I wanted to confirm that she was the one, although I had enough evidence of just wanted more proof.

"Miss Mei". She said calmly.

"You are to resume tomorrow". I think that was too early but I don't want to go back on my words.

Doesn't she not recognize me?.

"Sure thing sir". I thought she would put up a fight.

"Here sir". She handed me a cup of coffee.

"Ahh.. How do you know I love this coffee". I asked surprised. Like she really came prepared.

"I think I'm gonna let be the top secretary". I said completely forgetting the third person in the room.

"But sir, you have never complimented me since I started working for you". Oops. I don't care.
