Marriage Disposal

From the information, Mei was once a married woman. Which means she had a man in her life but me being her first means there was bad blood in their relationship from the start.

"So the affair she had with me lead to their divorce". I said acknowledging the fact I played a major role in their relationship.

"If Mei find out, I'm sure she'll quit being my assistant".

Although we were but drugged, I had 10% of awareness of what was going on.

"Boss here's your coffee". Mei said suddenly disrupting me from my thoughts.

Damn, when did she get you. I tried hiding the files but was slow to do so.

"Sir, do you need my help with this?". Mei asked with concern.

"No, I don't and get me black coffee instead". I said coldly with no remorse.

"Okay sir". She walked out with the coffee in her hands.

Mei POV

On getting to the Company, I noticed that Mr.Jung arrived early but he may have his reasons, so I didn't give me much thought to it.

"Morning sir you came early today, here are the files". I said dropping the meetings documents.

"Drop the files there and get me some coffee". He said coldly as he pointed to his desk.

Out of habit, I brought his usual coffee but he told me to get another cup of coffee and this time around he wanted black coffee.

I hurriedly left for the coffee but I bumped into someone.

"I'm sorry". I said to the woman I bumped into. Immediately I apologized for intended to walk away but she decided to create a scene.

"Do you know how much this cost?". She asked agitated. I just noticed her phone on the floor broken.

"Please, if it's the money you want just let me know". With that being said I gave her my contact, so she can vent it all to me later.

"Who the hell do you think you are?". With a scroll on her face she said.

I ignored her and carried on with what I was doing.

"I don't know what I did wrong but the Mr.Jung is definitely angry or avoiding me". I don't want to make enemies here.

I brought two types of coffee just to be prepared for another rejection.

"Here's the black coffee". I placed the coffee on his desk.

"And what's that". He said pointed to the other coffee in my hands.

"Oo.. This is an americano iced coffee". Waving the coffee I signified to the label on it.

"Ring ring". My cellphone rang out interrupting our conversation.

I glanced at my phone and saw my Dad number on the screen, I ignored it but he called again.

"Why aren't you picking up the call". Mr.Jung said indicating for me to answer up my calls.

I took my phone out and held it firmly to my ear. I won't lie I was kinda anxious, why now and it's been more than half a month since I left the Feng family.

"Dad, why did you call". I tried hiding my anger from my boss watching me from the other end of the office.

"We are having a family meeting and you are to be part of it". He send from the other end of the call.

"I thought you disowned me". I said with a frown on my face.

"Your name's still on the family Mei, I only said that to get you to give in your all". He said, that wasn't reassuring enough.

"I work now and I don't get days off". I hope he let me be after this

"Family or business, you can do both. I want my answer before tonight". He hanged up before I could say my thoughts
