Desires or we can say wishes

Everyone have a wish. Even the person who have everything that exists in this world can still have a wish.

Having a desire is quite ordinary, until you try to understand it from it's roots. No man or woman in this world is detached from it.

No one can say they don't have any desires

And if someone ask me then yes I do have a desire too, For me I want to travel around the world barefoot feeling the softness of the sand and the hardness of mountains.

You know you can never despair someone just because they have a wish, because, well as I said even the person having the access to heaven can still have a wish for something else.

And for me yeah I was born in a rich family with a loving parents, I was given everything from a you to a castle but the only thing I missed is freedom.

And the more they put restrictions on me the more my desires to fly high grew.

My parents did no bad, because they think as a girl i cannot walk alone because there is always a beast lingering in the dark and waiting for you to step on their trap...

I gave a stoic smile to the carriage rider who was peeking inside the carriage with a curious eyes on Lila's small figure "You know mister, my brother works as a royal guard"

"If you don't want to be your eyes gorge out, please mind your dirty eyes"

The carriage driver hearing the word royal guard quickly moves his gaze away. He gave a fake laugh before asking "where are you two kids are going"

I slowly put my hand inside my bag and held the handle of the dagger that my dad gave me for my personal protection "we are going to meet my brother who lives in the center of the city"

"Ha ha ha so you guys went to some relatives house and now you are going back"

My face loomed expecting inevitable danger, since we were crossing a small forest, anything can happen here---

"How many times I have told you not to bring the pistol" lila said in a loud voice catching me off guard. But as those words come out of her lips I felt a sudden silent outside the carriage as the man was sitting silently waiting for my reply.

Maybe one wrong word will end up in a fight. As I looked at Lila she took a deep breath looking at me as if telling me to do the same.

I took a long breath and finally broke the silence "I am okay by myself but when you comes with me I have to be extra careful" I said in a deliberate loud voice but also keeping a calm and composed tone in my voice.

Lila nodded at me as if she was saying I did good "Well! The city is very safe you know"

"Last time brother was teeling me that they have their guards in the forest too"

Lila's intelligent words made me smile "is that so"

As we saw the carriage driver to fasten the speed, Lila also smile at me "yeah he was saying that the robbers in jungle has been increasing so the royal family want to capture them all"

After talking for sometimes while laughing at each other's words secretly we finally reached the heart of the EMPIRE. The carriage driver gave us a quick look before pulling the carriage back.

Lila looks at me and after a pause for few seconds we both burst into laughter.

After a while we both looked forward and saw a bustling crowd.

Lila smiled at me and held my hand, and with a little pull we walks towards inside the crowd "are you ready for the festival my dear brother"

"I am ready my dear intelligent sister" I said while following her lead

BORDER AREA

The border area far from the bustling city of the EMPIRE it was nothing but some worn out houses which looked like it will fall anytime.

The small town with dead silence, but the silence suddenly pierced through by a Loud and long Howl from a big mansion making the people of the market look back at the big dark and gloomy mansion standing alone.

For few seconds the people were looking at the mansion as if they were hypnotized. All the people man, woman, old and even children were staring at the mansion without blinking their eyes.

After a few seconds the howling stops and everyone get back to normal, walking around and doing their work like nothing ever happened.

IN THE FESTIVAL

I don't know why but I felt a sudden urge to run just now. I stopped in the middle of the crowd while lila was looking at me with worried eyes since we were getting a lot of attention because of my behavior.

Suddenly I looked back, my gaze was far, searching for something, as if there was something that I could feel but I cannot see it.

I was lost in my thoughts when Lila gave a pull dragging me out of the crowd.
