Chapter 14: Chapter 14: One Against Two

"Fleet Admiral Sengoku and Vice Admiral Garp are attacking together?!"

"Hmph, looks like those guys don't stand a chance. These two are our ultimate trump cards!"

"Fleet Admiral Sengoku! Vice Admiral Garp! Charge!"

The Navy soldiers roared louder with every cheer. Even Whitebeard noticed the scene unfolding nearby.

"Those two old coots... teaming up?"

Seeing Sengoku and Garp joining forces, Whitebeard's expression darkened. Their combined assault was so formidable that even he couldn't guarantee withstanding it.

Just as he was about to break away from his battle to aid Han Yu and the others, he saw Han Yu gesture for him to stay back.

"Well, well. Sengoku the Buddha and Garp the Iron Fist. These kinds of opponents are worth testing your skills against. Wanda, go have some fun," Han Yu said casually.

The overwhelming presence of Sengoku in his Buddha form and Garp throwing his full power into his punches was suffocating. On this vast sea, few dared to face the combined attack of these two legends head-on.

Unfortunately for them, their opponent was Wanda.

Wanda remained unshaken. Slowly, she took her hands out of her pockets. At that moment, her eyes turned crimson. As her hands clenched, a surge of scarlet, chaotic energy erupted from her body, forming an intensely oppressive energy field.

Within the field, most people were immobilized by its sheer force. Some even coughed up blood mixed with unidentified fragments.

Only a handful of the strong, leveraging their own abilities and Devil Fruit powers, managed to resist its effects.

Interestingly, the energy field targeted only the Navy. The pirates, bewildered, glanced at their Navy adversaries with confusion.

"It's that beautiful woman! Don't miss this chance—attack!"

"Attack!"

Realizing the opportunity, the pirates raised their weapons, ready to strike the Navy. But as soon as their blades were lifted, they bent out of shape.

"I'm here to help you escape, not to help you kill," Wanda said coldly, her displeasure evident. "Take your people and leave—quickly!"

This scene brought a slight smile to Han Yu's lips as he continued treating Ace.

"Good. This girl hasn't lost herself to the chaos magic. If she had, I'd have to seal the power I activated myself."

Han Yu had brought Wanda and the others here partly to expose them to the new world and partly to test Wanda—whether she could retain her gentle heart despite wielding such overwhelming power.

Many who gained immense strength eventually spiraled out of control, a common occurrence. But now, Han Yu no longer needed to worry.

"What kind of power is this? It's incredible!"

Even Sengoku couldn't help but admit Wanda's abilities exceeded expectations. Then, suddenly, he froze. Wanda had disappeared before his eyes.

"Getting distracted during a fight? That could be fatal, you know," a cold voice whispered into Sengoku's ear.

Before he could turn, he caught a glimpse from the corner of his eye—a red, energy-cloaked hand growing larger and larger in his vision.

Years of combat experience drove Sengoku and Garp to retaliate instinctively, each unleashing a powerful punch without reservation.

Palm versus Fist!

Their attacks collided, generating a visible shockwave that rippled outward.

The shockwave annihilated everything in its path—objects shattered, the ground cracked, and those caught in its range were reduced to nothingness.

Witnessing the destruction, those at the rear retreated in terror. However, some slower individuals were also swept into the shockwave and vanished into oblivion.

The shockwave spread over 500 meters, leaving a barren wasteland in its wake.

"What kind of power is this? What happened to Fleet Admiral Sengoku and Vice Admiral Garp?!"

"We don't know!"

The Navy soldiers stared in disbelief toward the epicenter of the shockwave. The intense combat had pushed both sides far apart.

Amidst the devastation, one figure remained standing, while two others knelt on one knee.

The one standing was Wanda.

And kneeling? Sengoku and Garp.

Even their combined assault had failed against her.

Not only the Navy but even the pirates stood in stunned silence, unable to believe what they had just witnessed.

Sengoku and Garp were considered the Navy's strongest combatants, yet even they were defeated by Wanda?

With a light laugh, Wanda withdrew her hand. Protected by the immense power of chaotic magic, she remained unscathed. The only effect of the impact was that she slid back several meters, leaving deep footprints on the ground.

In stark contrast, Sengoku the Buddha and Garp the Iron Fist looked far worse.

The arms they had used to attack were now bent at impossible angles. Any ordinary person would have screamed in agony or passed out from the pain.

But the two endured it, their faces flushed red, refusing to let out a cry.

"Who are you?"

Sengoku, his voice strained from holding back the pain, asked with difficulty.

A woman as powerful as Wanda couldn't possibly be an unknown figure on the sea—someone like her would at least qualify to join the Seven Warlords of the Sea.

Wanda gently tucked a strand of hair behind her ear, walking back to Han Yu's side. She softly replied, "Just a humble shop assistant working in a small general store."

A moment ago, Wanda had been formidable enough to take on Sengoku and Garp simultaneously. Now, she appeared delicate and demure, like a gentle lady.

Men from both the Navy and the pirates couldn't help but feel envious. A woman so powerful and beautiful—who wouldn't desire her?

"Alright, my work here is done. Time to leave!"

With that, Han Yu snapped his fingers. Countless green lights burst from his body, attaching themselves to the members of the Whitebeard Pirates.

In the blink of an eye, the crew members were lifted into the sky, streaking away as beams of light, vanishing from sight.

"Hey, I'm not done playing yet! No! Stop!"

Quicksilver shouted toward the ground as the green energy carried him away. Unfortunately for him, the lights only sped up in response.

"Where are they?"

"Stay alert!"

"Keep your guard up!"

The Navy soldiers shouted orders, raising their weapons and scanning their surroundings warily.

Garp and Sengoku exchanged a glance, then shook their heads. Sengoku addressed the soldiers, "Stand down. His presence has completely vanished. He's really gone."

Garp murmured, "Who is he? I've never heard of anyone like this appearing on the seas before."

With Han Yu gone, Whitebeard saw no reason to continue fighting. Activating the power of the Tremor-Tremor Fruit, he unleashed another wave of devastation upon the Navy, creating an opportunity to slip away. In a flash, he appeared beside Ace and carried him to safety.

The Navy could only watch helplessly, unable to stop them.

Everyone was left wondering: Who is Han Yu? This man who appeared so suddenly—we've never even heard of him.

"She mentioned a 'small general store'?"

"Which one could it be?"

Back aboard the Whitebeard Pirates' ship, the crew looked around at their surviving comrades. Cheers erupted from every corner.

"This is a miracle! What just happened?"

"Were we flying just now? That was amazing!"

"Where's Boss Han Yu? That had to be his doing, right?"

Even though they had narrowly escaped danger, the pirates were as jubilant as ever, shouting and celebrating. Many of them scanned the deck, searching eagerly for any sign of Han Yu.

"I'm relieved to see everyone still so full of energy."

A lighthearted laugh came from the mast. Everyone looked up to see Han Yu standing atop it, with Wanda and Quicksilver by his side. They were smiling warmly as they watched the lively deck below.

Han Yu leapt down gracefully, intending to speak, but before he could, a group of burly men charged toward him, one after another, laughing heartily.

Their actions, though rough, clearly conveyed their excitement and gratitude. It didn't matter who Han Yu was—he had saved them, saved Ace, and saved Whitebeard.

To the Whitebeard Pirates, that was a debt of immeasurable gratitude, one they would never forget for the rest of their lives.

"Hey, hey, hey! You guys, get off me! You're too heavy!"

Han Yu shouted in mock irritation, though his tone carried no real displeasure—it was more like a playful complaint among friends.

"Han Yu, we truly owe you one today."

Whitebeard approached Han Yu, speaking sincerely. "If there's ever a time when you need our help, don't hesitate to ask. We will do everything in our power to repay you!"

Han Yu glanced around, noting the smiles on everyone's faces. It was clear they all wholeheartedly supported Whitebeard's words. His actions today had earned the unwavering trust of the entire Whitebeard Pirate crew.

"You should thank her first," Han Yu replied, nodding toward Wanda. "Her name is Wanda, and she's the one who shielded me from those attacks. Without her, I wouldn't have been able to rescue Ace so easily."

Hearing this, the pirates turned their attention to Wanda, clearly intent on showing her the same enthusiastic gratitude they had given Han Yu.

However, before they could tackle her, Han Yu waved his hand, sending them flying back onto the deck in a comical heap.

The rest of the pirates burst into laughter, with one teasing, "You fool! That's clearly the boss's lady! You really think you can just jump on her? Are you tired of living or what?"

Wanda blushed at the remark, stealing a glance at Han Yu, only to find him smiling warmly at her. Her face turned an even deeper shade of red, and she quickly ran off, flustered.

As for Quicksilver, the rough-and-tumble guy didn't catch any of the conversation about Wanda. He had already blended in with the pirates, laughing and joking as if he were one of them—saving Han Yu the trouble of making introductions.

"Alright, let's celebrate Ace's rescue! Let's party!"

"OHHHHHHHH!"
