But before it even touched the ground, it disappeared, leaving Arthur, dressed in black, spinning wildly in mid-air!

In an instant, Arthur was dazed: "Where the hell am I?"

Looking down from high above, the distance to the ground was impossible to gauge, and almost immediately, he felt a sense of suffocation.

He put on his headset, tapped it lightly, and his mask attached itself to his face.

Letting out a sigh, Arthur activated the Wings of the Raven, and his form began to float high in the sky.

Just as he was about to find a landing spot and figure out where he was, he saw a massive object flying in the distance.

"A Helicarrier?"

Arthur quickly realized that Heimdall, knowing the situation on Earth, had sent him here directly.

"But you could've at least given me a heads up! Is it just because I exposed your peeping?" 

His gaze swept across, and his expression suddenly changed.

The Helicarrier was in trouble, with a huge gash near one of its turbine engines, looking as if it was about to stall.

In a flash of thought, Arthur tried to connect with Natasha: "Are you there?"

There was no response from Natasha!

"This doesn't look good…"

Arthur flapped his wings and headed towards the Helicarrier.

"Help me…"

As he flew above the Helicarrier, Natasha's voice suddenly came through his ears.

The Eye of Horus was immediately deployed, and Arthur swiftly landed directly above the Helicarrier.

"Where are you?"

As Arthur asked, The Eye of Horus pinpointed Natasha's location.

She was directly below him, right where he was standing.

At the same time, a massive figure was following her!

"Hulk!"

The Hulk was clearly not in a friendly mood, chasing Natasha like a neighborhood bully chasing a girl, and he was a particularly big bully at that!

In an instant, Arthur appeared in front of Natasha.

Natasha's eyes widened in shock as if they were about to collide. Arthur quickly grabbed Natasha's hands, swung them around, and they swapped positions. Meanwhile, Arthur removed his mask, extended a finger towards Hulk, and said, "Stop!"

Hulk immediately halted, seeming momentarily stunned, then roared furiously at Arthur, visibly enraged.

He clearly didn't know how to express himself. After stomping and howling, he suddenly charged at Arthur and Natasha.

Arthur pulled Natasha with him, activated his acceleration, and moved like lightning, instantly bypassing Hulk and appearing where Hulk had been.

Hulk, seemingly unaware of what was happening, crashed through the wall and went outside with a thunderous roar.

Arthur was about to pursue when Natasha tugged sharply on his wrist.

Looking back at Natasha, Arthur saw she was trembling.

Taking a deep breath, Arthur patted her shoulder and said, "It's okay."

"I know…"

Natasha nodded: "I'm sorry. Even though I knew about the Mind Stone, I still ended up making things worse. The magic staff's effects were even more terrifying than I imagined. I… didn't have an adequate way to deal with it."

"It's not your fault."

Arthur, seeing her like this, could only offer calm reassurance.

In contrast, the big guy outside wasn't a major problem, as long as he wasn't attacking others.

"Loki's scheme should involve more than just using the Mind Stone against you," Arthur said thoughtfully. "He's the god of mischief and trickery, and his words carry a kind of magic. Have you talked to him?"

Natasha looked up at Arthur, her eyes reflecting complex emotions, and after a moment, she nodded. "I'm fine, just... a little scared."

"It's normal to be scared."

Arthur smiled. "I often felt that way too. During the war, I just couldn't run away; otherwise, I would have left long ago."

"Why couldn't you run?" Natasha asked curiously. "With your skills, escaping the battlefield shouldn't have been difficult for you."

"At that time, I didn't have such skills."

Arthur smiled. "Besides, I was on Hydra's blacklist. It wouldn't have mattered where I went. Staying with the army was actually the safest place."

He paused and looked at Natasha seriously. "Fear is a rare emotion. It at least proves that we're still alive and our minds are still clear. The battlefield is the easiest place to break down. Life withers constantly, and there are bloodstained butchers everywhere. I can't wash the blood off my hands. No matter the era, my hands will always be stained with blood. This is unchangeable, and it doesn't need to change!"

"Fear the events unfolding before us, dread all the tragedies and suffering."

Arthur gazed at Natasha, speaking in a tone that seemed to be both reassuring her and himself. "Only through this can we strengthen our resolve and understand what we are truly doing. Before he could finish, Natasha suddenly threw herself at him, wrapping her arms around his neck and giving him a passionate kiss on the cheek.

"Ah?"

Arthur was momentarily stunned.

"Unfortunately, now isn't the time..." Natasha released Arthur. "Are you trying to feed me some motivational speech?"

Arthur rubbed his face, feeling helpless. "I know I'm an eye-catching man, like a bright moon wherever I go, but you can't just kiss me out of nowhere... As a normal man..."

Just as he was speaking, there was the sound of metal tearing, followed by a red cape flying towards them.

Arthur used his Steel Bones ability to catch Thor. "What's going on?"

"Sorry to interrupt," Thor said, shaking his head and pointing outside. "But I think that guy out there needs more of this kind of tenderness. It might calm him down a bit."

Arthur patted Thor on the shoulder. "I've got a way to deal with him. I'll handle that big guy."

He looked at Natasha again. "Let's let this one slide, but no more random kisses next time. I'm a serious man, after all."
