A tall building, constructed in the last century, carries a hint of historical weight. One of its floors is exquisitely decorated, and inside its spacious study, a middle-aged man sits at a desk, looking at the computer in front of him. On the screen is a stock trading interface, showing transactions being completed by someone else, not him. The stocks being traded are those of Osborn Corporation.

The middle-aged man, Norman Osborn, sits there watching others acquire a large number of stocks. He too is buying stocks, but he doesn't have sufficient funds and can only watch as others acquire more. Norman Osborn is out of money. Over the years, he invested everything in producing a serum for human enhancement. The entire company has been pouring investments into this project, but as a result, it has not been profitable, mainly relying on military funding to sustain itself.

This is why the board of directors is dissatisfied with Osborn. They blame him for wasting resources on a bottomless pit, which eventually resulted in the project's failure. When the military withdrew its funding, the board expelled Osborn. Without profits, Osborn hasn't had any income for years and has little savings. His expenses have mostly been covered by company reimbursements.

Now, Osborn wants to regain control of the company, so he is constantly collecting scattered stocks on the market. He believed no one would compete with him for Osborn Corporation's stocks since the company currently has no prospects. However, recently, someone has been crazily acquiring stocks, with much more capital at their disposal. This realization drives Osborn into a frenzy of anger.

Seeing this, Osborn's eyes burn with fury, his face twisting as he exclaims, "Damn it! Who is snatching the stocks in the market!?" He observes the mysterious person relentlessly acquiring Osborn stocks, as if aiming to seize control of the company. "Does this guy want to take my company away?" he wonders, smashing his fist against an iron cup, which flattens under the blow.

Osborn grits his teeth, declaring, "Osborn Corporation is mine! No one can take it away!" Yet within him, a struggle unfolds. "No, I can't kill! Killing is wrong!" he battles within, trying to control himself. But soon, a sinister smile creeps onto his face: "No, you want to kill. Anyone who tries to take your company away is an enemy and unforgivable."

Osborn's inner voice continues, "I've already killed several major shareholders to reclaim a large number of shares. Isn't that gratifying?" But he retorts, wrestling with himself, "I won't reclaim the company through despicable acts! I will use my talents to regain it! Once I succeed in my research, the military will inevitably return!"

The struggle disappears, Osborn's face twists into a grimace, and he sneers: "You alone will never be able to take back the company! Only with my blessing can you get what you want! We are one; you shouldn't resist me." Immediately, Osborn looks at the stock trading interface on the computer. His face is terrifyingly twisted: "No matter who you are, I will definitely find you! I will tear you into a thousand pieces! I will make you realize that there is only a dead end when you try to snatch something from me, Norman Osborn!"

At this point, Osborn clenched his fist, his eyes filled with cold light. He then looked to the side. A piece of paper lay calmly on the desk. The paper had an address written on it. Seeing this, Osborn sneered, "No matter who you are, no matter how you struggle, you cannot take my company from me. As long as I get the remaining 20% of the shares from the last major shareholder tonight, I will be the largest shareholder of the company. I will have the greatest say. And you, you are just a jumping joker."

He stood up and walked towards the bookshelf on the side. He gently pressed a certain book. With a bang, the bookshelf opened, revealing a secret room. Inside, a set of green battle suits hung. Next to it, there was a silver skateboard with a fierce appearance. Seeing this, Osborn grinned, "And this is the capital for me to take back the company. That jumping joker hiding in the dark, when I find you, you will know how ridiculous you are." A sinister laughter echoed in the study.

Meanwhile, in a safehouse, Noel continued to buy stocks on the market. At that time, an anonymous email was sent. After opening it, he found it was from Klaus. During this time, Klaus would occasionally inquire about his situation and ask if he needed help. Additionally, Elizabeth would also inquire about him. This time, Klaus sent an email, besides the usual inquiries about his situation, he also talked about his own situation. Almost a month has passed. HYDRA has greatly reduced their search efforts for Klaus because they haven't found any clues. And little Yi has been trapped in the deep mountains every day, feeling uncomfortable. So Klaus and little Yi disguised themselves and went to a nearby amusement park to have some fun. Little Yi had a great time. After that, there were some greetings from little Yi, indicating that she missed him a little.

Looking at Klaus's email, Noel's mouth curled up, and he felt a little happier. He immediately replied, saying that everything was fine on his side. After finishing the reply, Noel looked at his account. The original balance of 20 million USD was almost depleted. Although Osborn's company's stocks were almost worthless, a camel is still bigger than a horse, and the stocks he bought had almost exhausted all his money. So he currently has no cash to acquire the remaining 20% of the shares from the last major shareholder. But he must obtain the last 20% of the shares in order to have the greatest say in the company. Therefore, he needs something to help him obtain these shares. He looked up in the direction of Osborn's company.
