Marvel: Transmigrated with Travelling Frog?!

Chapter 186: Chapter 186: The Ultimate Emperor Armor

Crack… crack…

In the crater, Mephisto struggled briefly before slowly standing up, his gaze filled with disbelief as he stared at Alan not far away.

"Emperor... what are you?"

"How can you be this strong...?"

As the Lord of Hell and one of the oldest beings in the universe, a primordial native, Mephisto was essentially a god. His confidence in his own power was absolute, especially after he had defeated Galactus, one of the five cosmic entities.

He had always believed that as long as no higher gods intervened, he could walk unchecked across the entire universe.

But never, in his wildest imagination, did he think that he would be humiliated twice on the very planet he looked down upon—Earth.

The first time, by the Ancient One, could be excused. After all, she had borrowed power from a dimension beyond this one.

But this Emperor? What was his deal?

From beginning to end, he had been overwhelming Mephisto. If not for his immortality and regenerative abilities, he would have been slain by the Emperor Sword multiple times.

Originally, Mephisto's plan had been to lure Emperor into outer space, away from the meddling of the Ancient One.

Once he absorbed the Emperor's power, his strength would rise to a new level.

At that point, he would return to Earth and eliminate the Ancient One for good.

But now, it seemed he had severely underestimated his opponent.

It appeared that if he didn't reveal some of his trump cards, he wouldn't be able to defeat Emperor.

"Mephisto, is this really all the power you have?"

Alan stood at the edge of the crater, smiling as he looked down at Mephisto.

In truth, Mephisto was already formidable—by far the strongest opponent Alan had faced so far.

Even now, Alan was utilizing over fifty percent of the Emperor Armor's power.

To go beyond that would mean tapping into the armor's ultimate form.

However, Alan could sense that Mephisto, as a Hell Lord, still had more tricks up his sleeve.

"Emperor, don't be so confident."

"Let me tell you a secret—the stronger you are, the more excited I become."

"Because it means that once I absorb your power, I'll become even stronger."

At that thought, Mephisto couldn't help but burst into laughter.

"Who knows? Maybe I'll even surpass some of the ancient beings of this universe!"

"Is that so?" Alan smirked.

"If you've got the skill, why not take this armor from me?"

"Arrogant!"

"Then allow me to show you the true power of a Lord of Hell— A power that even gods fear!"

With that, veins bulged on Mephisto's hands as he began chanting in an ancient, incomprehensible language.

Alan's brow furrowed slightly. He could feel a chilling force converging from various corners of the universe, flowing toward Mephisto.

At the same time, crimson flames began to rise from Mephisto's body.

The heat was so intense that the meteor beneath his feet melted into magma.

But in the next instant, emerald green flames erupted, releasing a terrifying wave of extreme cold that froze the surface of the molten meteor in thick ice.

Two opposing forces—fire and ice—intertwined and merged on Mephisto's body.

A dense white mist began to rise, shrouding the surrounding space.

Sensing Mephisto's growing power, Alan's smile widened.

"Mephisto, you haven't let me down."

"At last, I can test the true power of the Emperor Armor."

Since his transmigration, what had frustrated Alan the most?

It was that after acquiring the Emperor Armor, he had never encountered a worthy opponent— Someone strong enough to push him to unleash its ultimate power.

Now, Mephisto had revealed himself.

"Emperor, still running your mouth even on the brink of death."

"Prepare to experience your personal hell!"

Mephisto's voice had grown piercingly shrill, like a terrifying wail from the depths of hell.

Alan watched as Mephisto's figure in the mist continued to grow taller and taller.

Finally, the once human-sized Mephisto had become as massive as a skyscraper.

In front of this colossal figure, Alan appeared no larger than a mere human ant.

Mephisto's body not only grew in size but also underwent a monstrous transformation.

On either side of his head, a ghastly face emerged—

The left face, crimson red, bore a maniacal grin, while the right face, emerald green, twisted in agony as if tortured.

As for his original face, it had turned completely pale, resembling a deathly white mask.

"Emperor, before I fully absorb your power, I'll make you experience the true terror of hell."

Mephisto locked onto Alan's position within the fog. His left hand, now massive and glowing with flames, came crashing down toward Alan.

The searing heat distorted the very fabric of space around them.

The attack was so swift that Alan barely had time to react.

In that moment, the fire rune from his belt flew out, and the Emperor Sword in Alan's hand absorbed its power, becoming engulfed in a fiery crimson aura.

"Emperor Strike: Demon-Sealing Slash!"

A massive, fiery slash met Mephisto's colossal hand head-on.

BOOM!

A devastating wave of heat erupted from the point of impact, spreading out in all directions.

The remnants of shattered meteorites from their earlier battle were vaporized in an instant, turning into nothing but steam.

In the blink of an eye, everything within a hundred-mile radius was obliterated, leaving behind only empty space.

Had this battle taken place on Earth, it wouldn't have taken long before the planet was reduced to a lifeless husk.

At the center of the explosion, Alan staggered back a few steps, while Mephisto's massive hand was forced to retreat.

"Hahaha…"

"Emperor, is that really your best? How pathetic and fragile!"

Mephisto's laughter rolled like thunder, sending sound waves rippling through the void.

"I'll give you one more chance—sign a soul contract with me and bow down before me…"

Alan, holding the Emperor Sword, looked up at the towering Mephisto.

Beneath his armor, the corner of Alan's mouth curled into a faint smile.

If Mephisto could see Alan's face now, he would realize that not a trace of fear or anxiety was present.

On the contrary, Alan's expression radiated pure excitement.

"Mephisto, you chose the perfect battlefield."

"Hmm?"

Mephisto frowned, his expression shifting abruptly.

He could see it now—the golden light around Emperor surged dramatically, and an even more overwhelming power erupted from his body.

Alan's form began to grow larger and larger, until he matched Mephisto in size.

Every inch of his body radiated an indescribable, unstoppable force.

Even the Emperor Armor underwent a transformation, exuding an aura of unrivaled dominance.

"You... this..."

"What is this power?"

Mephisto struggled to comprehend how Emperor had become so powerful in just a few breaths.

His own transformation had come at a great cost—

Yet, for Emperor, it seemed as effortless as drinking water.

Alan smiled calmly and replied, "This is my second form—the Ultimate Emperor Armor."
