Flash felt very embarrassed. He lost his balance and fell on his ass.

Mary Jane saw Flash was flunk away from Peter. 

She stood up and walked toward him.

Peter saw that she walked toward him and thought that she might have something to say to him.

Maybe, just maybe she thought of coming back to him.

He shook his head.

'No way, she will never come back. I already saw through her true color. What am I even thinking? I am not a loser anymore.'

"Why are you doing that to Flash? I know he has done something wrong to you but you shouldn't resort to violence. I thought you were better than this."

As expected, she already picked a side. She had become someone she said she hated.

Peter looked at MJ and he felt both disappointed and angry. However, when he thought about her sweet mother who was very good to him. 

Peter decided to let her say whatever she wanted. She would stop after he didn't pay any attention to her anyway.

"Peter Parker, I am talking to you. Don't ignore me!"

Still ignored her like she was air.

MJ looked shocked and hurt when Peter didn't even look at her and act like she was just air.

"Hey buddy, you should not ignore a lady like that."

Harry saw that MJ's face changed when Peter acted like she was air. He decided that it was the time for him to show up and assert dominance.

"Who's your buddy? I don't remember we are that close, Osborn."

Peter had changed without him knowing. 

He had seen something that the people of this era didn't have a chance to witness. The pain, the suffering of the poor and weak people.

They were slaughtered like animals.

He suddenly felt like everything that happened to him now was simply not worth enough for him to be agitated for.

There were many people who faced more hardship than him.

Harry was speechless when he saw how indifferent Peter was to him. 

Peter had changed, he could tell. And it was not a good idea to mess with him right now.

"You have changed so much, Peter. I hope you know what you are doing. Come on, MJ. Let him be."

Harry looked at Flash and signaled him to stop what he was going to do. He saw everything that happened and he was sure that Flash would be humiliated again if he did something to Peter.

MJ looked at Peter and sighed. 

She listened to her boyfriend and went back to her seat with him.

"What a coward."

Peter said softly. Harry would only bully someone who was weaker and helpless. And when someone fought back he would retreat. He didn't want his father to hear what he had been doing at school.

Norman Osborn was a real man and he was very good to Peter. He saw his potential and offered him a job at his company when he graduated.

Harry was a disappointment but because he was his son. He gave him chances to prove himself. If he could not reach Peter level by the end of the day.

He should kiss goodbye to inheriting his company. 

Norman would better give his company to his trusted and loyal subordinate instead.

Touring Oscorp was pretty boring for Peter. There was nothing new at all.

The spider that bit him was gone as expected. It ceased to exist as Peter couldn't find any information about it like he did before getting bitten.

"I am one of a kind. I am spiderman."

Peter walked around for a bit and he thought that it was a waste of time. He should conserve energy because he was getting hungry again.

He didn't have much money on him to buy a lot of food.

'I should rest for now. There is a bench over there, Lucky me.'

Peter sat on the bench. Then someone sat close to him.

"Hi."

The one who sat close to him was a beautiful girl with platinum blonde hair and she took the initiative to speak to him.

"Eh… Hi"

Peter was surprised and he tried to look around to check if there was a camera or not.

"There is no camera anywhere. You are not pranking me are you?"

The beautiful girl heard that and she laughed a little bit. Her beautiful laughter really made Peter go into a daze.

"Nope, I am not going to prank you. At least not right now. I just want to come and say hi. My name is Felicia Hardy. Nice to meet ya."

Felicia showed her hand. She wanted to handshake him. Peter didn't see anything wrong so he handshake her.

"Wow, your hand is super strong. No wonder you can suppress that asshole. Impressive!"

Felicia checked his hand and she praised him. She thought that he must have trained his body to fight back the bullies.

She didn't pay attention to him at first because she hated weak-willed people but today he had changed her mind from his actions.
