Chapter 3: Chapter 3
"Do vampire really hurt the humans here."? Emily asked ,even tho she had convinced her parents these creatures where civilized here ,she didn't want to take chances.
Penelope's expression turned serious, and she leaned in closer to Emily. "Honestly, Emily, the vampires here are civilized. They're just like any other students, trying to learn and make a name for themselves. But, there is one group you should steer clear of."
Emily's eyes widened with curiosity. "What group?"
Penelope's voice dropped to a whisper. "The Bloody Three. They're three vampire students from prestigious backgrounds, and they think they're above the college rules. They're notorious for their cruel and reckless behavior, and they have no qualms about hurting humans."
Emily's eyes grew wide with alarm. "What? That's terrifying! Why doesn't the college do anything about them?"
Penelope shrugged. "From what I've heard, their families are extremely influential, and the college is hesitant to take action against them. But, trust me, Emily, you don't want to cross paths with the Bloody Three. They're not to be trifled with."
Emily nodded, feeling a shiver run down her spine. She made a mental note to steer clear of the Bloody Three at all costs. "Thanks for warning me, Penelope. I'll definitely keep that in mind."
"You are sure welcome,I have something to do ,let's have dinner later after you rest."Penelope offered as she stood up to leave.
Emily nodded, feeling grateful for Penelope's friendship. "That sounds great, thanks. I'll see you later."
After Penelope left, Emily rested for a while, feeling a bit overwhelmed by the events of the day. She eventually got up and decided to explore the college. She checked the class schedule that Professor Wellesley had given her and noticed that she had a class later that day, but she decided to skip it and explore the college instead.
As she walked around the campus, Emily couldn't help but feel a sense of wonder. The buildings were beautiful, with intricate stone carvings and stunning stained-glass windows. She walked through the quadrangle, admiring the perfectly manicured lawns and the vibrant flowers that bloomed in every corner.
But as the sun began to set, casting long shadows across the campus, Emily realized that she was lost. She had wandered too far from the main buildings, and now she had no idea where she was or how to get back to Ravenwood Lodge.
As she walked down a narrow corridor, trying to find her way back, Emily stumbled upon a scene that made her blood run cold. A vampire was leaning against a wall, his fangs sunk deep into the neck of a young lady. But it was clear that they were doing more than just sharing blood. The vampire's hands were under the lady's clothes, and Emily could sense the erotic tension in the air.
Emily's eyes widened in shock, and she froze, unsure of what to do. She wanted to quietly walk away, but her feet seemed rooted to the spot. And then, she accidentally made a sound, a soft gasp that echoed through the corridor.
The vampire's head snapped up, his eyes locking onto Emily's. The young lady, realizing she had been discovered, let out a mortified cry and pushed the vampire away. She quickly adjusted her clothes and ran out of the corridor, her face bright red with embarrassment.
The vampire, on the other hand, seemed completely unbothered by the interruption. He smiled lazily at Emily, his fangs glinting in the dim light. "Well, well, well. What do we have here?" he drawled, his voice dripping with seduction.
Emily quickly bowed her head in an apologetic way."I'm really sorry for interrupting you fun time ,please pardon me."
The vampire chuckled, his eyes glinting with amusement. "Ah, no need to apologize, little one. But since you've interrupted my...dinner, I think it's only fair that you provide me with a replacement."
Emily's eyes widened in alarm as the vampire took a step closer to her. "I...I don't think that's a good idea," she stuttered, trying to back away.
But the vampire just smiled, his fangs glinting in the dim light. "Oh, come now. It's just a little blood. I promise I won't hurt you...much."
Emily's heart was racing with fear, but then she noticed the smirk on the vampire's face. She realized that he was just teasing her, trying to scare her. She took a deep breath and stood up straight, trying to look braver than she felt.
"I'm not afraid of you," she said, trying to sound firm. "And I'm not going to give you my blood."
The vampire raised an eyebrow, clearly surprised by Emily's bravery. "Well, well, well. Look at you, little one. You've got spirit. I like that."
Emily didn't know what to say, so she just stood there, trying to look confident. The vampire chuckled again, then turned and walked away, disappearing into the shadows.
Emily let out a sigh of relief, feeling a bit shaken but also proud of herself for standing up to the vampire. She quickly turned and started walking back the way she came, eager to get back to the safety of her lodge.
As she walked, Emily couldn't shake off the feeling of unease. She was still trying to process what had just happened. She had never been so close to a vampire before, and she couldn't believe how calm she had remained.
When she finally arrived at the cafeteria, Penelope was already there, sipping on a cup of coffee. Emily sat down across from her and took a deep breath.
"Penelope, I need to tell you something," Emily said, her voice barely above a whisper.
Penelope looked up, concern etched on her face. "What is it, Emily? You look like you've seen a ghost."
Emily took another deep breath before launching into the story of her encounter with the vampire. Penelope listened intently, her expression growing more and more serious.
When Emily finished, Penelope reached out and took her hand. "Emily, I'm so sorry that happened to you. But you have to know that you're safe here. The vampires may be a bit...forward, but they're not allowed to harm humans without their consent."
Emily nodded, feeling a bit better. "I know, Penelope. But it was just so...unsettling. I've never been so close to a vampire before."
Penelope smiled reassuringly. "I know it can be a bit intimidating at first, but you'll get used to it. Just remember, you're in control. Don't let anyone make you feel uncomfortable or scared."
Emily nodded, feeling a sense of gratitude towards Penelope. "Thanks, Penelope. Just talking to you makes me feel better."
Penelope smiled and squeezed Emily's hand. "Anytime, Emily. That's what friends are for."
