max in Pokémon

Luckily for max he managed to get the job thanks to his unique abilities and this was his fifth day and he was being called the healing touch doctor since he is spreading his healing energy on to injured Pokemon.

Max has the ability to absorb energy and stock it up and amplify it and thanks to his other sister Mona she gave him a charm that changes spiritual energy into healing energy when he needs to refill his stock of healing energy he can just used the charm in his pocket.

The charm was a valuable object in terms of importance and personal familial bond so he hides it in case someone tries to break it.

But of course the healing process is extremely perfect but it's effective however thanks to max's ability to stock up energy he can amplify the healing process.

And this made him popular in the medical department but of course he is just doing it just to get some money and to buy stuff to move since he feels like whoever was after meloetta is still looking for her.

He wasn't scared since he delt with more dangerous things bu he was being cautious because they might pull something to get her.

Speaking of which apparently the nurses noticed how I didn't have any Pokemon but he just answered with the excuse that he wasn't interested in catching Pokemon which they understood.

Currently he is counting the amount of money he has and he nodded in confirmation.

Max: looks like this might be enough to buy some supplies.

Meloatta: are you going shopping?

Max: yeah. I'll need to buy a backpack first and then I can stock up I'll start tomorrow since I'm mentally exhausted.

Meloatta looked at him with curiosity when on the second day she sneaked out to see him work and she saw him healing Pokemon with his hands with green energy she meet some Pokemon who were capable of healing but she never saw human do it and this got her more and more curious.

Max called the Pokemon center and he told them that he was moving out since he wants to explore this world and not be restricted to just one place.

They of course accepted and they were generous enough to give him some extra money for the effort he of course wanted to refuse but the nurse wouldn't take no for an answer.

It was now night time and max was on the bed thinking about what's he is going to buy since this world has completely different types of ideas.

Meloatta: max.

His attention was caught by her and when he looked at her he saw that her look was that of curiosity.

Max: yeah?

Meloatta: who or what are you?

Max:mmm?

Meloatta: you sprouted black wings from your back you can understand me and you can heal Pokemon. That's not normal for humans to have such abilities.

Meloatta looked at him straight in the eye and he saw that this was eating away at her.

Meloatta: I tried to not think about it much thinking that maybe you were just a little special but. I want know the truth I'm not mad I'm just confused because this just breaks the laws of nature.

Max though about and he could have just ignored the question but since him and Meloatta were stuck together they grew closer so he guessed that it wouldn't kill him to reveal his origins.

Max: believe it or not I'm from another world.

There was a moment of silence and Meloatta was surprised by this.

Meloatta: you're from another world!? But how!?

Max was somewhat surprised that she actually believed him he would have thought she would have called him crazy.

Max: you actually believe me?

Meloatta: well considering that some Pokemon come from different plain of existence I can somewhat believe that and actually I'm actually a somewhat legendary Pokemon.

Max had a skeptical look on his face and he thought on the day meloetta almost got captured by team rocket and he learned the name from her

Max: you are?

Meloatta seeing his skeptical face just pouted at him.

Meloatta: yes I'm I just I'm more of a pacifist and team rocket came out of nowhere and started to chase after me it might be because of my legendary status.

Max: maybe.

Another moment of silence happened and Meloatta was again the one who broke it.

Meloatta: so tell me what's your world like I bet you have some real cool Pokemon.

Max: sorry to disappoint you but Pokemon don't exist in my world.

Meloatta was honestly shocked to hear that imagining a world without Pokemon that thought gave her chills but she shook her head to make those thoughts go away and focused on max.

Meloatta: well that's. Surprising but if you don't have Pokemon what do you have in your world?

Max: well we have creatures called spirits you can say they are kinda like Pokemon but they are really not.

Meloatta: so what are they?

Max: well a spirit is born when someone via animals or human die there souls leave their body and take shape depending on whether they can accept that they are dead or not they become two types of spirits. lost souls and pure souls.

Meloatta was now more interested because this a completely different thing from Pokemon and she will admit these creatures are somewhat creepy to think about and very interesting.

Meloatta: what's the difference? Aren't they both the same?

Max: there is a difference between them lost souls are aggressive and when someone turns into a lost soul they become like a rabid animal killing anything whether they are lost souls,humans,or animals and what is the terrifying part is that they can eat your soul and grow stronger.

Meloatta has a chill down her spine she was used to hearing about aggressive behavior but creatures that eat your soul that is terrifying.

Max: as for pure souls unlike lost souls they can keep their humanity and they can eat souls but they don't attack in random they only attack whether they are threatened and they actually stick around family members to keep them save from any lost soul that dares attack.

Meloatta: wow. But what about you how can you do all of that stuff?

Max: because of this.

Max showed his hand and on it a black fire of energy was dancing in his hands and this was quite a surprise to meloetta.

Meloatta: woah that is so cool. What is it?

Max: it's my spiritual energy I trained a lot to master it.

Meloatta: so are you the only who can use it?

Max: nope and believe it or not I'm actually still in training.

Meloatta: still in training? But I thought you said you mastered it.

Max: I mastered control of spiritual energy but I mean in terms of being a beginner but I'm currently like. An advanced beginner.

Meloatta: so what do you call yourself?

Max: an exorcist.

Meloatta: that makes sense so what exactly do you do as an exorcist?

Max: I most kill lost souls and make sure people are safe I mainly joined to pay back my mother who took me in.

Meloatta: aw that's sweet of you.

Max: thanks.

He looked at the clock and saw that it was late and he should go to sleep.

Max: let's talk more tomorrow.

Meloatta: okay. Actually if you want I can sing a lullaby to help you sleep faster.

Max was considering telling her no but he was curious how she would sound.

Max: sure go ahead.

Meloatta smiled at him and she started singing of course it was low that it won't bother anyone who was at the motel and her voice was soft but powerful and max could feel his eyelids getting heavier and so he managed to sleep.

When Meloatta noticed that max was asleep she looked at the night sky wondering if she ever gets the chance to see max's world for herself.

The next day max was at the Pokemon store to buy some supplies Meloatta was there invisible to normal people.

But while he was buying supplies crooks came out of nowhere and they were mugging the store one of the robbers saw him and was about to order its Pokemon to attack but max noticed him first and so he dashed towards the bisharp and he gave it a palm uppercut and grabbed its neck and buried it into the ground disorienting him.

The robbers was surprised along with meloetta but he didn't give the robbers time he grabbed him by the collar and pushed him against the wall.

Max: are there any more of you?

Robber: I'm not talking.

Instead of doing something to the robber he flared up his spiritual energy and killing intent to scare the guy and it work because he had a scared look on his face but not just him everyone felt it and Meloatta felt a bit of fear towards him

Max: talk.

Robber: there is 4 of us we just came here to get a quick buck!

Max: thanks for the info.

Meloatta saw that the bisharp was waking up and charged towards him she was about to warn him but he already sensed it coming he spun around and grabbed the bisharp and tipped one of its legs and he grabbed the head making bisharp crash into the wall making it dizzy.

He followed up with a spiritual energy enhanced kick making sure that it was knocked out properly this time.

The robber saw this and he ran away from the store.

Meloatta: was that necessary?

Max: when it comes to being in a dangerous situation it's better to fight back instead of just standing around.

Meloatta didn't approve but she understood what he was trying to say.

Max: stay here I'll take care of these guys.

Meloatta: you are going to take them on by yourself!?

Max: don't worry remember this isn't my first time dealing with a 1 v 3.

While he walked towards the center of the store to deal with the robbers she was still unsure she decided remain invisible and watch in case things go south.

The robbers saw one of there members run away they thought that he chickened out but then they saw a max looking relaxed.

Max: I would try to be Sybil about this but I can tell that you idiots aren't gonna listen to me.

Robber 1: what did you say you twerp!? Pidgey use peck on this clown!

Max: (he literally could have just get him or destroy him or any cheesy lines. But no just yell out the attack that your going to use and this is why I don't name for my attack but just my black arms)

The pidgey flew towards him and was about to attack but max was quicker he grabbed it by the break and slammed it into the ground with enough force to crack it and the bird was knocked out cold.

The onlookers were surprised that a human actually knocked out a pokemon like it was nothing.

And the group of robbers along with the Pokémon max once again let out his killing intent and the robbers felt fear towards him.

Max: leave or I'll cripple you.

Those words sent chills down spines but they recovered there confidence and one them ordered there arcanine to use bite on him.

This time max had enough and so with blinding speed he knocked out every single Pokemon along with the robbers some had broken bones but that wasn't his problem.

He walked back to where he put his supplies down and he paid for it.

Max: sorry for the disturbance.

Cashier: n no problem.

He left the store like nothing happened but little did he know that he was going to make it big on the news.

When they got back to the motel max was packing up all the supplies into the back pack and he noticed how meloetta was quite and somewhat scared of him.

He guessed that he can't exactly blame her he is used to dealing with the ugly side of life while she didn't.

Max: sorry that you had to see that. And look I know you are a pacifist but sometimes you have to push back against people who push you and those guys didn't came none of this would have happened.

Meloatta looked at him and she saw that he was genuinely sorry and she was glad that he was good person.

Meloatta: I know but. I don't like hurting others and I would rather avoid it but I guess you are right that sometimes you have to fight back.

Max: glad to hear that. look I don't like fighting either but sometimes it is the only thing you can do to survive.

Meloatta floated up and hugged him and he hugged back.

Meloatta: thank you.

They pulled away and he grabbed the bag.

Max: moline.

He threw it into the air and from out of nowhere a white snake appeared and ate it storing it in her second stomach.

This of course surprised meloetta.

Max turned to her and introduced her.

Max: this is my little sister moline she is a pure soul.

Moline shifted to be in her humanoid form and she wrapped her hands around she sat on max's shoulder and layed her arms on his head.

Moline: hey I already know who are. And not gonna lie you are pretty adorable.

Meloatta: um thanks but max why did ordered her to eat the bag?

Max: to save me the trouble and don't worry she has two stomachs one is a pocket dimension and the other allows her to eat properly.

Meloatta: but I thought you said spirit can eat souls.

Moline: I can eat normal food they don't fill in the gaps but they are still tasty.

Max: alright come on let's go before it becomes night time I want to at least have a head start.

Moline: alright nice to meet you in person Meloatta.

With that she disappeared in white particles and they got moving while Meloatta was looking at max's back she was thinking about what else he can do.
