Itadori pinched his chin and smiled, "Then you've already encountered it."

Melissa was stunned. Although she admitted that Itadori was indeed terrifyingly strong—at least compared to others his age—such a straightforward admission really caught her off guard.

But unlike the reservedness of Eastern cultures, Westerners advocate for self-confidence, even arrogance.

Therefore, Melissa was quite satisfied with Itadori's attitude and smiled, "Well, I hope that one day I can provide support for you."

"Want to take a walk?"

Itadori stood up and invited her.

Melissa glanced at her watch and nodded generously, "Yeah, it's okay. There's still some time before the meeting time with Dad."

The two walked along the beach in Hawaii. Itadori suddenly remembered what Melissa had said and asked, "Just now, you said you have no Quirk?"

Melissa paused, kicking the seawater with her white and tender feet, and smiled, "Yeah? What's wrong?"

When it came to "no Quirk," Itadori couldn't help but think of a classmate with green hair.

"Nothing, it's just the first time I've seen someone so openly admit they have no Quirk."

Itadori smiled.

Melissa's eyes flashed with sadness for a moment, but she immediately smiled again, "Actually, when I was a child, I also complained about why I didn't have a Quirk. But after seeing that my father, a person without a Quirk, could help a hero like All Might, I no longer had that complaining thought."

"What do you think of heroes?" Melissa walked in front of Itadori, turned around to face him, and lowered her head slightly, asking playfully.

In the middle of her coat, the gap between her bikini's neckline was revealed, more suggestive than the ones that were directly exposed on the beach.

"This profession was born out of criminals. In other words, it's a profession that specializes in dealing with enemies with unique Quirks."

Itadori gave his heartfelt opinion.

If there were no crime, there would be no heroes.

The "police" thing is enough.

In fact, although many people look down on the police because most are weak or lack Quirks, in reality, the police have more authority than heroes. Higher-ranking police officers can even pass judgment.

The more powerful the hero, the more restrictions there are.

This is why Itadori doesn't want to be a hero.

If he had to choose, he prefers a world like "One Piece."

Do whatever you want and be strong.

You claim to be righteous, and if you don't like me, then come and catch me.

Melissa thought for a moment and said, "Aren't you and Uncle All Might very different?"

"Ohhh~ Yessss~"

Just as Itadori and Melissa passed by a sea reef, a suggestive cry came from behind a rock wall.

Itadori, who was no longer a virgin, smiled, "Is this the so-called American custom?"

Melissa, standing by, blushed and subconsciously quickened her pace, whispering, "I, I, I… Let's go quickly."

When the two arrived at an open-air cafe, they ate two ice creams. The blush on Melissa's face faded a little, but she was still embarrassed and not as open as before.

"Um?"

Itadori didn't mention it again, but pushed the parfait in front of him toward her.

"No, no, that's enough."

Melissa pursed her lips, smiled awkwardly, and tried to get back to the point, "Itadori, at the Sports Festival, your opponent in the final said your time stop lasted about 1 to 2 seconds. Is that true?"

Hearing this, Itadori was silent for a few seconds.

Melissa quickly waved her hands, "No, don't get me wrong. I don't mean anything else. I just want to help you see if there's any way to strengthen your Quirk. Dad used to help All Might in the same way."

"Strengthen it?"

Itadori tapped his forehead with his right index finger, "If you insist, the only way is to fight a stronger opponent."

Melissa frowned slightly, then suddenly smiled and suggested, "Did you bring your combat uniform? If possible, I can help you improve it."

Unfortunately, according to U.A. regulations, students aren't allowed to travel in combat uniforms unless there are special circumstances.

Itadori's own combat suit is nothing special. It's simply a fusion of Dio and Jotaro Kujo's outfits, with a sword added to the waist.

When Melissa heard that Itadori didn't have his combat suit with him, a dim look flashed across her eyes.

"Would you like a drink?"

The two walked and played for a while, then sat at a bar, where Itadori invited Melissa to sit next to him.

"Oh, I haven't had any alcohol." Melissa said, a little embarrassed, though curiosity still lingered in her eyes.

"Oh, beautiful lady, at your age you should have learned to drink. Boys will like it more."

The bartender on the other side of the bar assisted.

"Well, let me try then."

Melissa took the cocktail curiously and took two sips. A faint blush appeared on her fair skin.

"Well..."

Melissa rubbed her temple with her right finger and pursed her lips, "Yeah... my eyes are a little blurry..."

"Your alcohol tolerance is too low."

Itadori shook his head and pulled Melissa away.

"Hey, sorry..."

Melissa smiled foolishly.

Just as they took a few steps, a dozen people suddenly appeared and surrounded the two of them. A white man in the lead, with a bandage on his nose, shouted coldly, "Brothers, this is the guy!"

Seeing the fierce-looking men around her, Melissa immediately sobered up and said in horror, "You, you are…"

Four of them were the ones who had harassed Melissa earlier and had been knocked away by Itadori.

"You are annoying…"

Itadori also felt a surge of impatience.

"It's this yellow-skinned kid who got us into this state. Brothers, let's take care of this guy!"

Another white man, missing a front tooth and speaking in a sly voice, began to curse.

There was a sharp sound of breaking wind, and the dozen or so white thugs surrounding Itadori and Melissa suddenly felt sharp pain and coldness in their calves.

Looking down, they saw beer-bottle-sized icicles lodged in their calves, piercing through their legs.

Blood stained the icicles red and continued to drip onto the beach.

"Uh, uh... Aaaaaaah!!!"

"Legs! My legs!!!"

"Help, help, it hurts, it hurts so much!!!"

More than a dozen people collapsed to the ground, holding their thighs that were pierced by the ice and screaming in pain.

Melissa and many onlookers were dumbfounded and subconsciously turned to look around.

Where did the attack come from?

"Walk."

Itadori, who had rich experience, knew the police would arrive immediately after something like this happened.

He didn't want to get into unnecessary trouble, so he took Melissa's hand and left quickly.

Petra, hovering over the beach, also left.

After changing clothes, Itadori sent Melissa to the Hawaii branch of her company.

"Hmm~~ Today was really a unique experience."

On the way, Melissa stretched her arms, smiling.

'I have to say, she is good-looking and looks great doing whatever she does.'

"How dare you, a Quirkless person, say that. If it weren't for me, you would have been forcibly taken by those idiots this morning."

Itadori walked on the other side.

"But didn't you save me? Thank you."

Melissa smiled.

"There won't be a next time."

When they arrived at the Shield branch company, even Itadori, who had seen the upper class, couldn't help but be slightly surprised by the scale of the company.

"Goodbye."

Itadori turned around and was about to leave, but unexpectedly, Melissa, who had already walked to the company's door, waved and shouted, "Itadori, today was really interesting! Can we hang out tomorrow?"

Anyway, they were here for vacation these two days, and there was a sexy Western beauty accompanying him, so Itadori didn't refuse, waving his hand and agreeing.

___

The next day, Melissa arrived as promised.

Sitting on the sofa in the hotel lobby, she attracted a lot of extra attention from men.

Fortunately, Itadori took her away before anyone approached.

Melissa, a native American, enthusiastically served as Itadori's tour guide today.

She claimed that because of All Might, Japan's crime rate is less than half of the United States.

Therefore, the U.S. does not restrict the use of Quirks like Japan does.

If a Quirk crime occurs on the street, you can use your Quirk to stop it first.

After investigation, if it's found that the individual's Quirk was used for self-defense, no liability is pursued.

What U.A. teaches is "how to defeat the enemy while minimizing the use of Quirks."

Although the United States is not as free as the world of "One Piece," it is indeed more to Itadori's liking than Japan.

However, he don't know if it's a coincidence or if Melissa just has a bad mouth.

As soon as she finished speaking, the Walmart building above her head exploded.

An American man who turned into black wings, with a quirk similar to Japan's No. 3 hero Hawks, rushed out of the broken hole. He had a large amount of banknotes hooked in his two bird claws.

Countless pieces of broken wall rocks fell, and Melissa looked up with astonishment.

"The World!"

At the critical moment, Melissa only heard Itadori shout this sentence.
