Mi Marido Misterioso (My Mysterious Husband)

Chapter Five:

"Then, I decided! I'll meet her tomorrow!"

"If that is what you want. I'll arrange it quickly."

"Good! That will be all."

At the Croosalba's place…

I sense that my husband stops for a while before he came in to our car.

"What is it?" I asked as he sits at the car sit.

"Nothing." He simply answered before he starts the engine.

For that simply answered, once again, I cannot ask for more. So instead, I took a heavy breath and let myself be pulled into a sleep. Since that I cannot find anything out of him, I rather choose not to speak and just take a nap until we get home.

After a while…

I keenly look at the face of my wife who's sleeping at the moment. We've already got back home but I couldn't wake her up. I just wanted to stares at her longer for this night in silence.

I love her so much and badly wanted to feel her in my embrace, to be with her as one. Yet, I cannot because of my secret that she doesn't even know. I badly wanted to tell her everything that I am hiding though it isn't the right time.

That is why all I can do for now is to secure my true feelings for you, even though I knew that you were getting tired of waiting. So, I beg you, please bear with me love.

I reach out for her hand and hold it tight then close the gap to speak through her ears. "I love you, Shu Tokino."

Meanwhile…

I feel and sense that Haimon closes the gap between us, which I decided not to open my eyes since that he really thought that I am sleeping soundly. I just pretend that I'm still in sleep and let him do what he will do.

Then, suddenly he holds my hand so tightly while I feel his breathe touches the side of my face and he whispered so softly.

"I love you so much, Shu Tokino."

My heart beats so fast and I cannot hide it any longer. I open my eyes only to see him looking at me without a surprised. It is more of I am the one that was surprised not just by his words but also with the distance that we had.

I could smell his breath, the wine that he drinks which mix through his natural scent and it makes my mind and heart go wild yet I knew he will just dodge it if I indulge myself to him. So, I decided not be sway and with all my efforts, I pretend to be tough and strong.

"A-are we home?" I asked though I couldn't control my stammer.

"I wanted to kiss you." He suddenly speaks out instead of answering my question.

"Wha…" before I could finish my words, he quickly grabs my head and kiss my lips so roughly and deeply that I never been expected anyway before.
