Chapter Eighty-Five:

"What happened earlier and why did you suddenly end up the spell?"

"Because of someone…"

"Who's someone?"

"The one that you met when you were suddenly gone," she answered.

"That someone is 'The Joker' as he called himself. But as I remember it correctly, what we have all seen in your spell was a dark creature. And not just mere shadows but a very dark creature," I stated because it was different from who I met at my lost times.

"Yes, you were right. A dark creature shown at my spell but I am so sure, whoever that was, that was the same person you have met. And he is not merely a creature because I am so sure he has great power."

"Are you telling me he was the one who caused the explosion?"

"Indeed, he is."

"But how he did that?"

"I don't know exactly how but right now I need to stay inside this barrier until Elder Brennan comes back."

"Alright, you need to rest anyway for now I will visit my brother." She nodded but then she stops me before I could leave. "Why?"

"'The Joker', is that his name?"

"Yes, why did you ask?"

"I don't know but I seem to have read about a creature that identifies as 'The Joker' and every time it happens that he comes it only means that the 'Maiden's Grail' has been found."

What she said gave life to what I had been looking for and if what she said was true, I would need to see and talk to 'The Joker' once again.

From afar…

"They seem to have given a good defense to the woman who was looking for me… I can't find her anymore but I am sure she's still inside the siblings' house."

"Why do you have to look for him when the surprise you gave them almost ruined the home of the siblings, isn't that enough?" my little shadow minion suddenly speaks to me. His name is Ozul and he is my shadow.

"Ozul what I did is not enough."

"Why?"

"Because I want to know who made that spell." I simply answered.

"Or maybe you think he's one of the Cabot Tribes, so that's how you long to meet that person?"

I look at him. "Well, I won't lie. Indeed. I badly wanted to know if she came from the Cabot Tribes too."

"But isn't their whole race gone? So how can any person survive from them?"

"There were still Witches and Warlocks left with them because their Queen was able to protect her entire palace so there were survivors of the destruction of their village. But since the God of Death has swallowed me up, I have not been able to know who they are. And that makes me more curious to find out who that person was." I said as I intently look at the Reinhardt's Residence.

When I was finally able to recover from the explosion, I immediately remembered my brother Kanik and I found out that he was conscious before me.

"Then what happened to Lady Medea?"

"She is still unconscious to this day and was placed in a protection to save her from whoever made the explosion." Iman answered.

And I know that Elder Brennan ordered it to be done because after I came to consciousness Iman already explained the whole thing to me. So, I already know what happened after the explosion. All their staff including Iman and Maury was all unconscious due to what happened. And what happened puzzled me, who was the dark creature seen in Kanik's lost time?

Why did what happened have such an impact? Because I'm pretty sure Lady Medea wasn't the cause of the explosion that was all because of that dark creature we all saw before the explosion. And whoever he was, I'm sure that's what my brother met when he was gone.

"I need to talk to my brother." I decided.

"Yes, my Prince." He answered and was about to help me to stand up when all of a sudden, the door to my room opened and there, I saw Kanik.

"Kanik!" I surprisingly said.

"Looks like you're going somewhere?" he asked.

"Yes." I replied. "I was about to talk to you."

"The same reason why I came here." He seriously answered.

"Good. Now we can talk about what happened before the explosion." I replied. "Have a sit first and let's talk about it."

Kanik sits down across to my bed. "Mau, you may leave now."

"Yes, my Prince." Maury answered before he went out to my room.

"Iman." I just said and Iman immediately get it and left us alone. "Now talk. Who was that dark creature?"

"He is 'The Joker' that I am telling you. But he was far more different when I first met him."

"Then he was able to deceive you."

"I already think of it. I didn't even notice my entry into the dark clouds that we all seen in my lost time."

"Then, all we need to do now is to find out who was 'The Joker'."

"Indeed, and Medea gave me some information."

"What kind of information?"

"She told me that she had read about a creature that introduced himself in the name of 'The Joker'."

"What kind of book was that?"

"One of their ancient spell books though that book is in their main house."

"That only means we need to visit the Edelweiss Kingdom."

"That's not easy to do. Do you know that already right?"

"Yes, I know. But if that book contains the identity of that Joker, then we need to have that at any cause." I am determined of my decision.

"But--"

"No buts Kanik. We need to go—"

"You don't have too." suddenly the door to my room opened once again and from there we saw Elder Brennan and he was the one who cuts me off.

"Why?" I asked.

"Because I know who was 'The Joker' and I'll tell you about him."
